SMS Camps
COVID-19 UPDATE: Stratton Mountain School has implemented mitigation strategies that will allow us to provide a safe and fun camp experience for all. All camp operations and procedures comply with guidance from the CDC, VT Dept of Health, VT Agency of Education, US Ski and Snowboard, in addition to updated policies to our campus facilities.
HP Summer Adventure Camp
The High-Performance Adventure Camp – coming to you Summer 2023! Join us for a fun week of conditioning, sports education, field games, and adventures in the mountains of Southern Vermont!
Campers will have a blast while improving their winter sports skills through circuit training, trampoline training, conditioning, field games, and adventures in the mountains of Southern Vermont. Campers will have full access to SMS’s world-class facilities, including the Simpson Center for Action Sports (formerly knows as the Air Awareness Center), which features a new progression ramp and super tramp.
Each camper will participate in physical testing and training, the results of which will be utilized to develop an individualized program for each athlete to follow throughout the remainder of the summer and fall. Afternoons will focus on fun, with adventures including hiking, swimming, and mountain biking together with visits to a ropes course and alpine slide. Campers will also enjoy daily games on Stratton Mountain School’s Luckenbill Field.

$625.00 per child. Camp fee includes all meals, training fees, activities, and camp t’s!
Alpine Camps
The Stratton Mountain School Alpine Program is proud to offer a variety of ski racing camps around the world. The training camps are open to any racer and are scheduled throughout the year.
Our NextGen Mini-Camps (2-3 days) are hosted at Stratton Resort, where as the SMS Development Camps are much longer and held at Copper Mountain, Colorado and Mt. Hood, Oregon. These camps provide young racers with extra training to supplement their club offerings and an introduction to the SMS experience.

Freestyle Whistler On Snow and Water Ramp Camp # 1 – June 11-26
Join us for SMS Freestyle’s Whistler Summer Camp 2023!The camp includes 12 days of on-snow training up on the Blackcomb Glacier, one of the premier summer mogul training venues in the world. In addition to skiing, the camp includes water ramp sessions at the Blackcomb Water Ramp Facility.
Note: June 11 is the travel/arrival day, and the athletes will train on June 25 and take a late evening flight home, arriving on June 26.
On snow, athletes will re-establish their baseline in the flats and refine their form and posture. In the bumps, through mogul sections and full course training, athletes will work on improving their turn technique & speed.
In the air, athletes will focus on mastering their current jumps as well as increasing their trick degree of difficulty both on snow & on the water ramps.
Off the hill, expect plenty of field games, light strength & conditioning, lake time, hikes, mountain bike rides, and many other adventures!

The Freestyle Action Sports Camp utilizes our Simpson Center for Action Sports on the Stratton Mountain School campus, providing campers with access to our full-sized foam pit, Ross Trampolines, the Max Air Super Trampoline, full-size skate park, strength and conditioning space, and our new rollerblade & skateboard Progression Ramp. Campers also participate in group activities, including field games, hikes, and trips to local swimming holes.Session Dates: July 20-23 @ Stratton Mountain School, VT – This is a 3-day camp. Lodging will not be provided. Athletes and parents are invited to join us the night before camp starts from 6:30-8:00 pm for a meet and greet/BBQ.
