Gameplay
• Lacrosse 16 combines the player movement and passing of basketball with the stick control, shooting, and hitting of hockey to create a high scoring, action-packed lacrosse video game.
• High Scoring: Say goodbye to that “I can’t score” feeling of standard sports video games. Lacrosse averages 20+ goals per game. Get ready to sting corners!
• Big Hits: Line up the ball carrier for huge hits by perfectly timing up your attack. Imagine a football linebacker with a titanium shaft. Lay him down!
• Combination Stick Checks: Strip the ball away from the offense with various sword-like stick checks. Slice and dice!
• Evasive Dodging: Execute combination dodge moves to work your way past the defense. Lacrosse players are pure athletes. First you break their ankles, and then you break their heart.
• Quick Stick Passing: Perform amazingly accurate and fast passing to exploit your opponents. Tic-tac-toe anyone?
• Face-offs: Control every movement of your players stick in first person face-offs. Clamp, pinch and pop, laser? Its in your hands!
• Groundballs: Decide if you are going to pick up the ball with two hands, one hand, or go for the quick Indian pickup. The team who wins the GB battles, wins the war!
• Transition Offense: The team who knows how to create numbers is the team who knows how to score goals! Find the 2v1s!
• Transition Defense: Its on you to decide when to stop ball, when to scrape, and when to rotate. Transition defense will make or break you!
• Settled Offense: There are times to push transition and there are times to settle the ball down. Do you know the difference? Championship teams do…
• Settled Defense: How far do you want to close out to play the ball? Are you going to pack it in and play zone? Slide from the crease or adjacent? Want to lock off their two best players? If you can’t play defense, you are going to be in a world of hurt…

TOP 10 most difficult sports in the world and movies about them
Among the countless sports that are played in the modern world, what can be called the most difficult? Deciding which sport is the most difficult is very difficult due to the many ways in which this concept is defined. When compiling such a list, different people will consider different characteristics. And yet, after spending a lot of time on research, we bring you a list of the most difficult sports in the world, as well as some great films about these sports for your entertainment.
Contents
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is the hardest sport in the world and probably one of the most dangerous. It is an incredibly demanding sport and involves perhaps one of the most complex training processes known to man. The sport itself requires excellent balance and coordination, as well as great mental strength. Professional gymnastics will make you cry from time to time, it is very easy to break bones in it, and it can lead to death if you are not careful while doing this sport.
The best film about gymnastics : Peaceful Warrior (2006).
Boxing
Boxing is a sport that you try once and then immediately quit, simply because it’s too hard. In boxing, you constantly push your limit through rigorous training and long hours in training, and then once you reach that limit, you push even further. The beatings and suffering that are part of a boxing career cannot be compared to any other sport.
Best Boxing Movies : Raging Bull (1980), Knockdown (2005), Million Dollar Baby (2004) and the Rocky film series (1976-2006).
Swimming
A swimmer must be at the top of his game both physically and mentally. Swimming uses every inch of muscle, and if you don’t try your best and physically exhaust yourself, you won’t be able to compete. Even a 0.1 second delay is critical and you have to give more than 100% both physically and mentally to win, and what’s worse – if you fail despite all the hard work, the blame will be entirely on yourself.
The best movies about swimming : Against the Current (2003) and Pride (2007).
Hockey
Hockey is probably the most difficult sport to play professionally, simply because first you have to learn how to skate, which in itself is quite difficult before even thinking about playing hockey with puck, and secondly, it’s a pretty physically demanding sport that involves intense confrontation with players looking to hit you at every opportunity. If you still have doubts, just watch some videos from hockey games on YouTube.
The best films about hockey : “Miracle” (2004) and “Rocket” (2005).
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
In MMA, fighters must maintain an unsurpassed level of physical and mental alertness in order not to fall victim to an opponent’s technically perfect knockout punch. Aspiring to become an MMA fighter requires an incredible demonstration of full body strength, speed, training, fitness and endurance. You can train as hard as you can, and yet it’s no guarantee that your opponent won’t “destroy” you in 10 minutes in the ring.
Top MMA movies : Warrior (2011), Never Back Down (2008) and Never Back Down 2 (2011).
Rugby
Rugby is a crazy contact sport: you have to run around the field non-stop, facing opponents who are charging at you at full speed. The imposing physique of the players tells you everything you need to know about the sport. These guys puff without interruption in the game, without changing teams, even the kicker has to play the whole game and intervene in the tackle.
The best rugby films : Invincible (2009) and Everlasting (2008).
American Football
Another very difficult game involving physical contact between the players. American football players expect tough training conditions and methods, and hit the gym at every opportunity to increase their strength. Despite the fact that the game often stops and the players wear protective equipment, its physical aspect alone is enough to make our list.
Best American Football Movies : The Blind Side (2009), Second Chance (2006), We’re One Team (2006) and Remember the Titans (2000).
Surfing
Take into account all the dangers associated with surfing – drowning, collisions, not always harmless marine life, reverse currents, and you will realize that this is indeed an incredibly dangerous sport. Surfing requires great courage and excellent balance, as well as great physical and mental strength. In addition, it has one of the longest learning curves of any other sport.
Best Surf Movies : Soul Surfer (2011), Ride the Wave (2007) and Point Break (1991).
Athletics (pole vault)
How many people do you know who can jump 18 feet high? This is perhaps the most difficult sport in athletics. You will need tremendous stamina, speed and courage to start pole vaulting. After the pole vault, the most difficult are the high jump, triple jump and running.
Best films about athletics : “No Limit” (1998), “Saint Ralph” (2004) and “Run, Fat Man, Run” (2007).
Football
If running all over the field for 90 minutes doesn’t sound like much of a challenge, add to it the need for exceptional endurance, speed, skill, agility, instant decision-making, courage, confidence, mental toughness. Football players subject themselves to hard training almost every day, and this sport really tests your mental and physical qualities.
Best Football Movies : Damn United (2009), Goal (2005) and Bend It Like Beckham (2002).
Other sports
Water polo
Water polo originates from swimming, but certainly deserves to be mentioned as one of the most difficult sports. You have to swim fast and hit the ball when the chance presents itself, getting kicked and punched underwater. Definitely, this is the kind of sport that you never want to play if you are not confident in your abilities.
Best Water Polo Film : “Children of Glory (2006)”.
Figure skating
Figure skating is a close relative of hockey. You need to not only move very fast on the ice, but also perform various movements that seem almost impossible. Even in order to ensure the correct work of the legs, it is necessary that your arms, hips, legs, head, in general, the whole body, is constantly in the correct position. As for jumps and spins… It will take thousands of attempts to perform them accurately. ..
Best films about figure skating: Golden Ice (1992) and Blades of Glory (2007).
Wrestling
You must train and wrestle as much as your body will allow you to. You must have the technical skills to apply all kinds of movements that you have learned during hard training, maintain your weight in order to fit into different weight classes, and finally have a high pain threshold, because, ultimately, this sport is based only on two things – blows and pain.
Best Wrestling Movies : Visual Search (1985) and Legendary (2010).
Lacrosse
Probably not all of you have heard of lacrosse. Basically, you are being beaten by huge defenders, and a ball weighing over a kilogram is constantly being thrown at over 160 km/h with an almost two-meter pole, and you have no protection other than a helmet. You are sure to experience discomfort after every match and there is over 9 chance of a match going bloody5%.
The Best Lacrosse Movies : no lacrosse movies have been made yet.
10 reasons why the Harry Potter saga is the best
Get ready to feel old! It has been 21 years since the young wizard Harry Potter made his debut on our cinema screens. With this article, get ready to relive all the adventures of Hogwarts, Harry and company. On the one hand, ever since Harry, an 11-year-old orphan, was first told he was a wizard in Harry Potter and the Wizarding School. On the other hand, to his increasingly frightening battles with the dark forces of Voldemort.
Harry Potter, the best saga movie of all time
Today we give you 10 reasons why the Harry Potter saga is the best.
Dumbledore
Dumbledore or Professor Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, to use his full name. The most powerful wizard of his time and headmaster of Hogwarts, Harry’s wise and benevolent protector, with a magnificent beard and his own phoenix. He is an essential character in the saga.
Severus Snape
Despite being a (sort of) villain, we never tire of Alan Rickman’s disdain for Potter. Arguably one of the most complex characters in the film, he has the ability to make us scream in anger on screen, yet break our hearts.
Creatures
Werewolves, Centaurs, Boggars, Dementors, Basilisks, Hippogriffs; there are countless creatures in the saga. In fact, they, in turn, are cute, funny and even intimidating. If you have a phobia of spiders, keep your eyes closed for some scenes!
UK distribution
In addition to Dan-Red, Rupert Grint and many others, the films feature true British legends. Like Maggie Smith, Julie Walters and Robbie Coltrane.
Magic
The scenes at Hogwarts are some of the most magical in the entire movie saga. Indeed, throughout the saga, we learn to conjure with our favorite heroes. Over the years, we’ve spent way too much time yelling “Expelliarmus” at our roommates or wondering exactly what we’d do if Expecto Patronum became a reality.
Dobby
We’re almost ready to trade our cat for a house elf – that’s how cool they are. Dobby is a Harry Potter hero who spies on the Malfoy family and uncovers their nefarious intrigues. Also, he ended up giving his life to save Harry and his friends from the Death Eaters. Real sobbing.
Unlikely romances
Did you want Harry and Hermione to make a deal, or did you still support the blond future Romeo Ron? There were many romances throughout the eight films, including Hermione, the Quidditch champion Viktor Krum, and the werewolf who bugged Bill and Fleur.
Voldermort
Voldemort is Harry’s sworn enemy, a terrifying wizard who wants Harry dead because he alone has the power to defeat him. It was because of him that Harry was orphaned – Voldemort went to kill Harry when he was a baby and his parents died protecting him.
Quidditch
Broomstick lacrosse? Subscribe to us! Surprisingly brutal for a child’s game, Quidditch involves taking to the skies and chasing the Snitch, which looks like a golden ping-pong ball with wings.
