5 Important Rules for Beginner Girls Lacrosse Players
If you’re new to the sport of lacrosse, there are a ton of things you have to learn. While the basics are some of the first things that come to mind – like learning how to catch, pass, and shoot a ball with a lacrosse stick – there are also all the rules and more subtle aspects of the game that need to be understood.
At the end of the day, nothing is more important than being safe while on the field, so here are five rules (courtesy of US Lacrosse) to keep in mind for girls diving into the sport of lacrosse as a beginner.
When a lax player with the ball is guarded closely within the restraining area, girl’s lacrosse encourages ball movement. As you might imagine, the three-second rule gives offensive players three seconds to do one of two things: pass the ball or change her cradle, which is the manner in which she’s holding the ball.
If the offensive player isn’t able to adhere to this rule, the referee will award the defensive team with a free position.
Avoid the Goalie Circle
Similar to ice hockey, the goalie circle is off limits for offensive players. If the shooter or someone else on offense steps into or on the goal circle and interferes with the goalie, that particular goal won’t be counted.
For players on defense, though, they’re allowed to reach inside the goalie circle with their stick in order to block or redirect a shot. For those lax players who haven’t reached ninth grade just yet, offensive players aren’t allowed to follow through on a shot that takes their stick into the circle.
Draw Control Motion
If you’re a beginner lacrosse player, chances are you have no idea what this phrase even means. That’s OK! That’s also why we’re here. In this particular situation, players from opposing teams are required to move the ball with their lacrosse sticks by using an up-and-away motion. It is not allowed to go in an outward or downward motion. If that happens, the team whose player didn’t violate the rules will be awarded with a free position.
For any beginner lacrosse players who also play basketball, this rule is going to sound awfully familiar! If an offensive player has the ball in their position, they’re not permitted to push into a defensive player that has already established their position. This is considered a major foul and typically occurs when a player is heading toward the goal, which will take place within the 12-meter fan.
Pick or Screen
This is another rule that feels similar or those who play basketball. Like in basketball, the player setting a screen won’t have the ball. Players are allowed to set a pick or screen on the field, but they must set themselves within the line of their opponent’s vision, so they have an opportunity to change their direction.

Women’s Lacrosse Positions
Women’s lacrosse is played with 12 girls on the field from each team. In order to better understand the roles of the different positions, as well as where they are on the field, it is helpful to understand the layout of the playing surface. A women’s lacrosse field is typically 120 yards in length and 60 yards wide, with a center circle and a half field line. There are two restraining lines in each half. Each restraining line is 30 yards from it’s respective goal. At any given time, there may only be a maximum of seven offensive players and eight defensive players (including the goalie) in this area.
A circle known as the crease surrounds the goals, and in front of the goal is a 12-meter fan (semi-circle) used for administering minor fouls. Inside the 12-meter fan, is the eight-meter arc. Within this arc, defenders must be within a stick length of their attacker. The critical scoring area is an unmarked area 15 meters in front of the goal, 15 meters on each side of the goal and 9 meters behind it. Defenders in the critical scoring area have to allow the other team’s attackers a free space to the goal when they are on offense.
There are three attackers, five midfielders, three defenders and one goalie. The three attackers line up in a straight line just beyond the restraining line in their attacking half of the field. These three positions are called 1st home, 2nd home and 3rd home. These players are typically the team’s goal scorers. Their role is to get into scoring positions around the goal.
The midfielders consist of two defensive wings, two attacking wingers and one center. When a face off takes place, the defensive wings line up just outside the center circle on the defensive half of the field. The attacking wings line up on the outside of the center circle in the other team’s half. The center stands in the middle of the circle and takes the face off. The midfielders are the team’s primary ball carriers and control the pace of the game. Because they have to play both offense and defense, these girls must be extremely fit in order to cover the whole length of the field.
Like the attackers, the defense also lines up in a straight line, this time behind the restraining line in their team’s defensive half. The 3rd man is closest to the half line, the point is closest to the goal and the cover point is in the middle. These players remain in the defensive half of the field.
Finally, there is the goalie, who stands in the crease. The goalie is the only player that is able to touch the ball with her hands, but she may only do so while inside the crease. Once the goalie gets control of the ball she has ten seconds to either pass the ball to a teammate or to run it out of the crease herself.

Whether you are new to the game or just need a refresher on the rules, the following basic info will have you understanding what’s happening on the field in no time.
Basic Rules of the Game
For more detailed rules visit 2017 US Lacrosse Girls Rules
- Before the game begins, the umpires check every stick for legality. The most common illegality in a stick is that its pocket is too deep. The strings at the bottom of the stick’s head can be pulled to tighten the pocket.
- If a player commits a foul, the umpire blows the whistle and play stops. The player fouled wins or retains the ball, while the player who fouled her is moved several yards behind or to the side of the player she fouled.
- If a major foul is committed in the arc by the defense, the umpire blows the whistle, and a “free shot” on goal is taken by the player fouled. All of the defense players are required to clear the arc to the border closest to which they were standing when the whistle blew. The attack player who was fouled takes her place at the hash mark closest to which she was standing when she was fouled. The defense must move away at least four meters from the fouled player. When the umpire blows the whistle again, the player can take a shot on goal or pass while the defense moves in.
- There are no boundaries to the field, but if a ball enters an area that is dangerous, unplayable or not clearly visible to the umpire, the player who retains it or is closest to it (if the ball has been grounded), at the umpire’s whistle wins it. The player then waits for the second whistle to begin play again, either by running with or passing the ball.
- When the umpire blows the whistle because a foul has occurred, or the ball has gone “out of bounds” all players must stop and check all forward movement. Play resumes and the players can move when the umpire blows the whistle again.
- Checking — the method by which a player knocks the ball from another’s stick — is prohibited when it is: directed toward the face; uncontrolled; holding down the other’s stick,or when the checker’s stick is too close to the head or face.
- Defensemen may not remain in the arc without guarding another player for more than three seconds.
- When the ball is grounded, covering it with the back of a stick’s net, and preventing play by another player is prohibited.
- No players, other than the goalie, may enter the circle around the goal cage if the goalie is present.
- When a foul occurs, the player who was fouled is allowed a free shot at the goal, with the defense pushed to the perimeter around the arc.
Girls Lacrosse Field Positions
- ATTACK: The attackman’s responsibility is to score goals. This player generally restricts his play to the offensive end.
- MIDFIELD: The midfielder’s responsibility is to cover the entire field playing both offense and defense.
- DEFENSE: The defenseman’s responsibility is to defend the goal. This player generally restricts his play to the defensive end of the field.
- GOAL: The goalie’s responsibility is to protect the goal and stop the opposing team from scoring.

Position Descriptions and Field Diagram – CreaseRoll
For the first time parent, a girls’ lacrosse game can be a pretty strange sight with players lined up on both ends of the field, unlike soccer, and unusual markings near the goal, resembling a basketball court. The field is similar in size to a soccer field and includes a center circle like soccer. Twelve players, including the goal keeper, take the field for each team. A typical player arrangement includes four defensive players, four offensive players, and three midfield players. While lacrosse is a fairly fluid game, each player, or set of players, has a basic role.
This downloadable diagram includes a general explanation of each position and field markings with dimensions and descriptions. Girls Lacrosse Positions and Field Diagram.
The marked areas in front of each goal are called the “arc” and “fan” and often synonymously referred to as the “8” and the “12”. This downloadable diagram illustrates the 8 meter arc and the 12 meter fan and includes dimensions to line a field. **The rule book is metric so this one in yards is helpful for field maintenance people. Arc and Fan with Dimensions.
Key Areas on the Field
Critical Scoring Area – An area that includes the 8 meter arc and 12 meter fan and extends behind the goal to the end line. While not specifically lined out, in this area penalty administration is different than in other parts of the field. In other words, the same foul is penalized differently when committed in the critical scoring area, than the middle of the field.
Goal Circle – The circle around the goal with a radius of 2. 6 meters (8 feet 6 inches). No player’s stick or body may “break” the cylinder of the goal circle.
12 Meter Fan – A semi-circle in front of the goal used for the administration of minor fouls.
8 Meter Arc – A quarter-circular (pie shaped) area in front of the goal used for the administration of major fouls. A defender may not remain in this area for more than three seconds unless she is within a stick’s length of her opponent. For more detail see the post on the three seconds rule.
Restraining Line – There are two restraining lines; one on each scoring end, thirty yards up from the goal line. Only seven players can be attacking to score between the goal and the restraining line; thus four players and the goal keeper need to remain at least thirty yards out (on their defensive two thirds).
Goal Keeper – Protect the goal, have a lot of confidence and thick skin.
Low Defense – Typically charged with marking the opposition’s better scorers. They need to be quick on the slide and protect the goal keeper.
High Defense – The first line of defense responsible for picking up attacking wings in transition, killing fast breaks, and also the opposite role of transitioning the ball back to her attacking teammates. This is a tough fast player.
Wings (Right and Left Midfield) – These girls pretty much play the whole field and need to be complete players skill-wise both offensively and defensively and are critical in transitioning the ball from defense to attack , but most importantly need endurance and speed.
Center – Another midfielder with the same role as the wings, but this player has a special skill – taking the draw. Draw control is important and a big factor in getting scoring chances.
High Attack – The high attackers are also responsible for transitioning the ball from defense to attack, typically receiving the ball from the midfield wings and setting up the attack.
Low Attack – The primary responsibility of a low attacker is to score. They work all around the goal cutting to receive a pass for a shot or cutting to make room for another player. Good stick skills and good shooting technique are essential.
Defensive Stick Positioning in Girls Lacrosse – CreaseRoll
Playing defense can be a tough skill to master for younger lacrosse players due to the nature of the rules regarding contact and stick control. Often times, at the youth level, one of two scenarios occur: an attacker runs right by a defender that is playing too conservatively, or the opposite, the defender commits a foul attempting to stop the attacker. Common fouls in this case include a) crosse in the sphere, b) illegal contact, or c) detaining.
Note: Each year the Official Rules for Girls & Women’s Lacrosse includes modifications and special points of emphasis to rules critical to player safety. Rules regarding Illegal Contact (Rule 6, Section 1, g), Crosschecking (Rule 6, Section 1, h), and Illegal Use of the Crosse (Rule 6, Section 1, i) may change from year to year.
In short, all three rules noted above mean a defensive player cannot contact and offensive player with her stick. The variation between the rules has to do with the nature of the contact. Illegal Contact is crosse (stick) to body contact, while a Crosscheck is a shove using the stick, and Illegal Use of the Crosse references intimidation or weapon action creating an unsafe condition.

Proper defensive stick positioning is a stick held straight up, arms extended, and two hands on the stick; one on the bottom and the other 2/3 down from the top. The defender should mirror the attacker body to body and stick to stick without stick to body contact and without tilting the stick outside of the radial range of 2 o’clock and 10 o’clock. This is especially important at the youth level. Once the stick head exits that range, it is a safety trigger for the umpire.
Some coaches encourage players to hold the stick with the pocket side open facing to the attacker to be able to intercept passes. However, defending with the backside of the pocket facing the attacker (shown in the image at left) keeps the stick in better position to field ground balls. There’s really no wrong or right.
When defending “off ball” the player should maintain one hand on the bottom of the stick held out in the ball side / goal side passing lane. The stick needs to be up and out – “sticks up” – coaches often say so the defender “becomes bigger” and can block crossing passes. This is also important for sliding to help by leading with the stick, closing lanes, and avoiding shooting space calls.
US Lacrosse Girls Rules
Guidance — No Checking/Modified Checking
US Lacrosse is attempting to send a consistent message regarding checking to youth players, whether they are using the regular women’s lacrosse rules or following the girls’ rules. Players below the seventh grade level should not be stick checking. It is the hope of the Rules Committee that mandating no checking will allow the beginning player to work on the basic fundamentals of the game – passing, catching, footwork, proper positioning, and marking – before they are introduced to the more advanced skill of stick checking.
Once players have mastered the basic fundamentals, coaches will want to introduce stick checking. Players on 7th and 8th grade teams will be allowed to use modified checking as an intermediate step towards full checking. Modified checking is defined as checking the stick if it is below shoulder level, using a downward motion away from the other player’s body. Use of modified checking will allow the older youth player to learn proper checking skills, while at the same time encouraging good cradling and stick handling skills for the attack player. Umpires and coaches should strictly enforce this rule, never allowing checks near a player’s head or face.
It should be noted that stick-to-stick contact is not necessarily a violation of the no checking/modified checking rule. A defender who is holding her stick in good defensive position may force the attack player to cradle into her stick causing contact. This is not considered a stick check, as the attack player initiated the contact, not the defender. A similar situation would exist when the defender puts her stick up in an attempt to block or intercept a pass and the attacker makes contact while in the act of passing or catching the ball.
Please note that it will be left to individual school districts, counties, and leagues to decide what they consider a seventh grade team and an eighth grade team.
Official Rules for Girls Youth Lacrosse
The purpose of the Official Girls Youth rules is to familiarize young players with the sport of women’s lacrosse by introducing them to the terms, the field, the playing positions, the concept of teamwork and the skills required to play the game safely and fairly. These rules were written by the US Lacrosse Women’s Division and ratified by the US Lacrosse Youth Council in an effort to standardize youth rules for girls throughout the United States. Youth leagues may decide on age level play that best suits their needs, within the following suggested guidelines: 6-8 year olds (Under 9), 9-10 year olds (Under 11), 11-12 year olds (Under 13), 13-14 year olds (Under 15).
The girls’ youth rules are divided by levels (A, B, and C). Beginning teams/players would be expected to use Level B or C rules, which do not allow checking and do allow certain stick modifications to make throwing and catching easier. Players would then progress to Level A rules which allow modified checking and require the use of a regulation crosse and pocket.
Any tournament play sponsored or sanctioned by US Lacrosse, such as the US Lacrosse Youth Festival, will use the following age and rule levels: Under 13 – Level B rules; Under 15 – Level A rules. Non-US Lacrosse sponsored tournaments should follow an age/rule level format and announce to participants prior to the tournament which level(s) (A,B,C) will be used at their event to avoid any confusion.
It is strongly recommended that at least one qualified umpire be assigned to Level C games, and two qualified umpires be assigned to Level A and B games.
Goals – regulation lacrosse goal cages; smaller (street hockey type) cages may be used for indoor play and for Level C playing outdoors.
Ball – may use a regulation ball, or a “soft” ball. It is highly recommended that new or beginner programs use the soft ball until players have developed their throwing and catching skills. If a soft ball is used, it should be approximately the same size as a regulation ball. A regulation ball may be used for indoor play, however a “no bounce” ball is recommended.
Sticks – Level C may use a youth stick with mesh or traditional stringing or regulation women’s crosse and may have a modified pocket. With a modified pocket, only half the ball may fall below the bottom of the sidewall. Level B must use a regulation women’s crosse with either a regular or modified pocket. Level A must use a regulation women’s crosse with regular pocket.
Protective equipment – mouthguards and eyewear are mandatory at all levels. Close fitting gloves are permitted, as is soft headgear; no hard helmets except the goalie. Goalie must wear helmet with face mask, separate throat protector, chest protector, goalie gloves, and leg padding on the shins and thighs. Protection for the abdominal area for goalies is strongly recommended. All protective devices used should be close fitting, padded where necessary, and not be of excessive weight.
There are no measured boundaries. Official(s) decide on the boundaries. When playing indoors, play the rebound where possible.
Level A – desirable field length is 100 yds. between goal lines, 10 yds. behind each goal, and 70 yds. wide. Field should be marked according to US Lacrosse Women’s Rules including a restraining line. (See Rule 3, page 9.)
Level B – desirable field length is 90 yds. between goal lines, 10 yds. behind each goal, and 50 yds. wide. Field should be marked according to US Lacrosse Women’s Rules including a restraining line. (See Rule 3, page 9.)
Level C – desirable field length is 50 yds. between goal lines, 10 yds. behind each goal, and 25 yds. wide. Field markings should include two goal circles (radius 2m) with a goal line in each, two 8m arcs around each goal circle and a center line.
Start of the Game
The procedure for the start of the game/draw shall be the same as outlined in Rule 10 of the US Lacrosse Women’s Rules with the following modification: for all levels, a free position will be taken at the center by the team with fewer goals if a four or more goal differential exists. When this occurs positioning for the draw will apply.
All play is started and stopped with the whistle. All players must stop and stand when the whistle blows (to stop play). All may move again when the next whistle blows.
A goal is scored when the ball passes completely over the goal line and into the goal cage. Scoring must be by an attacker’s crosse, and not off the body of an attack player. A goal may be scored off the defender’s body or crosse.
Substitution is unlimited and the substitution procedure should be the same as outlined in Rule 9 of the US Lacrosse Women’s Rules, i.e. substitute any time during play, after goals, and at halftime.
Duration of Play
Level A – 25-minutes running time per half (maximum)
Level B – 25-minutes running time per half (maximum)
Level C – 20-minutes running time per half (maximum)
At all levels, the clock will be stopped on every whistle (to stop play) in the last two minutes of each helf. Teams may choose to play four quarters, but total playing time should not exceed the maximum time for each level. The clock will stop on every whistle (to stop play) in the last minute of each quarter.
Fouls shall be the same as those outlined in Rule 18 of the US Lacrosse Women’s Rules with the following modifications:
- No shooting on free positions (Level C). (Major Foul)
- No checking (Level B and C). (Major Foul)
- Modified checking only (see definitions) (Level A). (Major Foul)
- No holding the ball for more than 3 seconds when closely guarded/marked (see definitions) and the defense has both hands on her stick and is in position to legally check were checking allowed. (All levels). (Minor Foul)
Note: If the player with the ball takes the stick to the other side of her body and thus away from the defender making a legal check impossible, the 3-second count would be over. If the defender adjusts her position to where a legal check could be made, the count starts again. If another teammate joins the defender and that second defender is in good position to check, the count starts again. The umpire will give an audible 3-second count. The purpose of this rule is to encourage good defensive positioning and to make the offensive player aware of her defender. The attack player must try to keep the stick away from the defender, and, if she does not she will be forced to pass or she will lose the ball. Even when the defender may not check, if she is in good defensive position she will force the attack player to pass. This will give her team a chance for a play on the ball either by interception, by blocking the attempted pass, or by forcing a bad pass and causing a ground ball.
Penalties for Fouls
The penalty for fouls is a free position with all players, including the offender, moving 4m away from the player with the ball. For specifics on major, minor, and goal circle fouls and carding, see Rule 19 (page 41) in the US Lacrosse Women’s Rules. A 3-second violation is considered a minor foul with the closest defender to the ball carrier being awarded the ball. The only modification for these youth rules is in Level C, where all free positions are indirect (i.e., the player with the ball may never shoot directly from the free position).
Definition of Terms
Closely Guarded: Player with the ball has an opponent within a sticks length.
Free Position: Penalty awarded for a foul. Player who has been fouled gets the ball and all others must move 4m away.
Indirect Free Position: No shot on goal may be made until the player with the ball passes the ball to another player.
Modified Checking: Checking the stick only if it is below shoulder level. The check must be in a downward direction and away from the body.
Pass: Exchange of the ball through the air from one teammate’s crosse to another.
Possession: A player has the ball in their crosse.
Position to Check: Player has an opportunity to legally check the stick without fouling (the 3-second count starts when the umpire deems that the player with the ball could be checked legally if checking were permitted. )
Level A Specifics
- Eleven field players, one goal keeper.
- Field size: 100 yds. X 70 yds. is recommended.
- Regular field markings, including restraining line.
- Regular women’s crosse, regulation pocket.
- Modified checking only.
- 25-minute halves (max.), running time.
- May shoot from direct free positions.
Level B Specifics
- Eleven field players, one goal keeper.
- Field size: 90 yds. X 50 yds. is recommended.
- Regular field markings, including restraining line.
- Regular women’s crosse, modified pocket allowed.
- No checking.
- 25-minute halves (max.), running time.
- May shoot from direct free positions.
Level C Specifics

- No checking.
- 20-minute halves (max.), running time.
- May not shoot from any free position.
These rules were written with the safety of all the players being of utmost importance. Youth lacrosse should be fun, challenging and safe. To that end, the umpires shall have the authority to penalize any foul, unsafe play, or unacceptable behavior not covered specifically in these rules. Play should be as continuous as possible, and any foul which does not gain an advantage for the offender or her team should result in a “held” whistle whenever possible.

Lacrosse – what is it? The sporting game is rooted in the antiquity of Native American culture. It is a team battle. The goal of the players is to place a rubber ball into the opponent’s goal using a club. Let’s get acquainted in more detail with the history, description and options of the game.
Lacrosse is a contact sports game invented by the American Indians. It was originally used to train warriors and resolve disputes between tribes. Then the teams included hundreds of people, and the length of the playing field reached several kilometers. Archaeological excavations in Canada date back to the 15th century for lacrosse. Two centuries later, European settlers met him. What it is – lacrosse at a professional level, they learned in Canada in 1867, when a simple dentist from Montreal founded the first club. At the same time, the first official match was held in Canada.
Currently, the rules of the game involve competition between two teams of six or ten people.Their task, as before, is to get the ball into the opponents’ goal. To do this, use a special stick. In lacrosse terminology, it is listed as a stick. Its striking part, called the head, is equipped with a net. It helps the player catch and hold the ball. The lacrosse ball also has its own characteristics. Its diameter is 63-65 mm, and its weight is 140-147 g. The coating material is rubber. The color doesn’t matter, but traditionally it is white. This makes the ball easier to see on the green field.
The team is conditionally divided into four types of players: forwards and defenders, midfielders and goalkeepers. Each has its own area on the field. Only midfielders are allowed to play any, taking on the role of striker or defender. In high-level clubs, midfielders are divided into attackers and defenders. The competition is judged by three judges at once.
Lacrosse strategy resembles other team competitions. Players pass passes to each other. The goal of the defender is to prevent an opponent’s goal. It is allowed to kick the ball with the stick and push each other into the body. For safety reasons, players wear a helmet.
Types and features
Today, there are several varieties of lacrosse. The classification is determined by the size of the field, the rules and the number of players in the team. The most popular were four types: according to the place of the game and the composition of the teams.
Lacrosse on the grass – the classic version. The game takes place in the open air, on a large field. Each team has ten people.
Lacrosse in a box (mini lacrosse) – what is it? Matches of this type are held indoors. The quantitative composition of the teams corresponds to the word “mini” – only six people each.
Women’s lacrosse. The very definition speaks about the composition of the team. However, this option has its own characteristics. The length of the field is defined by the rules as 100 m, width – 55 m, and the distance between the gates – at 92 m. The match includes two periods of 25 minutes each.
Men’s lacrosse maintains field sizes. However, the gates are at a shorter distance from each other – 72 m. The substitution of players is allowed nine times. And the duration of the game is four periods of 15 minutes.
Among the varieties there are also intercross and polocross. They are eclectic sports that combine at least two types of team games.
Currently, lacrosse is a sport that is not included in the Olympic program. However, since 1974, world championships have been regularly held in this sport. In addition to the usual national teams from different countries, the team of the Iroquois Indian tribe, which represents both the United States and Canada, takes part in them.
In the homeland of lacrosse, the game is the premier summer sport. And the local association is the oldest in the world. Its foundation dates back to 1867. The country hosts annual championships in classic and mini-lacrosse.
The sport is represented by a professional league in the United States and also has national status. Women’s and men’s teams play at the national championships.
Small lacrosse associations have been operating in England and Australia for more than a decade. Associations of the countries of Europe, South Korea, New Zealand, Japan are young. All of them operate as part of an international federation. The associations of China and India are still independent.
Russians have learned what lacrosse is for a long time. However, interest in the game arose only in 2007, when the famous sportsman David Diamonon came to Moscow. At first, he just taught his friends to throw the ball. Then the game aroused the interest of strangers. So David formed his own Moscow Rebels team. In it, the athlete simultaneously acted as a coach and a player. At the same time (independently of Moscow Rebels) a strong team was created in St. Petersburg, which was the reason for the founding of the Cup of Capitals. However, despite all this, today lacrosse in Russia remains only an amateur sport and is alive thanks to the enthusiasm of its fans.
In 2013 David Diamonon founded a lacrosse club in Kiev.
- The name of the game was invented by the French. Literally translated, “lacrosse” means “hockey stick.” The American Indians also called him “the brother of the little war.”
- What it is – lacrosse, became known to the whole world in 1904. Then the game was included in the program of the Olympic Games with the drawing of medals. Gold went to the Canadian team. It was played by the Mohawk Indians. In the subsequent Olympics (1925, 1932, 1948), lacrosse was used as an exemplary discipline.
- In one of the first championships, the game made a positive impression on Queen Victoria. And she gave permission to give lacrosse lessons in English schools.
- There are more than 30 national lacrosse teams in the world. Most of them were created in the 90s. And the leaders are the associations of Canada and the United States.
NCAA Rules for Men’s Lacrosse
Lacrosse is a game played at the high school, college and professional level. When played by men at the college level, it is run by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The NCAA ensures that players have the academic eligibility to compete at the championship level and that the game is played properly.
In men’s lacrosse, the game consists of four 15-minute quarters with 10 players on each team. There is a two minute break between Q1 and Q2 and Q3 and Q4. There is a 10-minute break during the break. If the game ends at the end of four quarters, an overtime death will be played within four minutes. The first team to score wins the game. If no goals are scored in the first overtime period, the sudden death overtime will continue until a goal is scored.
In men’s lacrosse, each team has a goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders, and three forwards. Attacking players must remain in their own half of the field, defensive players must remain in their own half of the field, and midfielders can run the entire length of the field. If attacking players leave their side of the field or defensive players leave their side, offside positions will be declared and the opponent will take possession of the ball.
Checking is legal in lacrosse. However, the only time a defender can test his body is when the attacker has the ball. If the attacking player has just passed the ball or is waiting to receive it, the defensive player can put the stick on his opponent’s check. However, there can be no body contact unless the opponent has the ball.
Each team is allowed to cause two half timeouts. Only the team in possession of the ball can call a time-out. Timeouts are 1 minute and 40 seconds. When a time-out is called, both teams can make substitutions. Substitutions can only take place when the time is up. There is no on-the-fly change in NCAA men’s lacrosse. Players can return to the game after they have been removed from the game. If a team calls for a time-out when it has no remaining time-outs, the opponent will be awarded the ball.
News: Battle of the landing net – Expert
– Kostya, help a little! – one of the players shouts.
– I can help! – Kostya answers.
– Great! Great! – one of the Russian-speaking Americans rejoices after a successful attack.
Communication on the field takes place in a mixture of Russian and English: the only Moscow lacrosse team Moscow Rebels of thirty permanent members has seven Americans, two Japanese, the rest are Russians, but some of them studied in the States on exchange. It was thanks to the foreigners working in Moscow that lacrosse came to our country.
“It all started in 2007,” says David Diamonon, founder and captain of the Moscow Rebels team, the main promoter of lacrosse in the capital.- At first we played with my Moscow American friends, then Russian guys started to join us. And then we found out that in St. Petersburg, at the same time, its own, quite strong team was formed. Since 2010, we have been holding the Cup of Capitals in Moscow in the fall, and in the spring, the Battle of the Neva takes place in St. Petersburg.
It makes no sense to inflate the calendar: there are simply no other teams in Russia besides the ones already mentioned. Competitions are held between them twice a year. The last time the Cup of Capitals was held in Moscow in a drizzling rain.On the wet grass, the players from the St. Petersburg team White Knights and the Moscow Rebels slid, collided with each other and, in the eyes of an outside observer, fell dangerously to the ground. In the third quarter of the match, the Muscovites’ striker literally drove on his side into the St. Petersburg team’s goal with the ball (the goal was scored), and one of the athletes left the field after the collision with a broken chin and a blood-stained T-shirt. However, the players themselves do not consider lacrosse to be a traumatic sport.
– Of course, you can get a lot of bruises, but if you play at a good level, then you don’t need to beat your opponent too much, – says the defender of the Muscovites Gavriil Egiazarov.
The Muscovites won the first half of the last match of the Cup of Capitals dry against St. Petersburg. Numerical superiority made it possible to make frequent replacements. Former Russian American Evgeny Arkhipov trains Moscow Rebels and teaches newcomers.
“My parents took me to the States when I was six years old,” says Eugene. – There is an excellent sports infrastructure, you could practice many sports for free. Unlike baseball, which everyone plays, lacrosse is a kind of elitist game. In it, I found for myself everything that I loved in other sports: basketball tactics, the toughness of American football, the dynamism of hockey.
Despite the apparent elitism, according to Evgeny Arkhipov, young people come to them almost every week. If at first they learned about lacrosse from friends, now through social networks and popular culture.
– I first saw this game in the movie American Pie, – says the young player Artem, – it was in the early 2000s. Tried to find out if it is played in Russia but found nothing. And literally six months ago, I saw a man with a stick on the subway and realized that we finally had lacrosse.
Only men take part in the competition, although girls can be seen in the training of the Moscow team.
– In men’s lacrosse, a very strong contact is allowed, – explains Gavriil Egiazarov, – you can hit the hands with a club, you can demolish it with the body. And in women’s lacrosse it is forbidden, you can only pass. But since men are in the majority, girls have to play by our rules. Of course, there is an unspoken agreement not to beat the girls too much, but in the heat of the struggle it happens that they get it too.
Yulia Kovaleva, a female minority in Moscow Rebels, does not complain about bruises:
– I played lacrosse when I was in high school in the USA. All this time, our team had a dream to play with the boys, because women’s lacrosse is quite boring, girls in skirts run with nets, without helmets and without gloves. Nobody ever came to our games. And in Moscow there was an opportunity to play with men.
In the future, the founder of Moscow Rebels David Diamonon plans to create a lacrosse federation in Russia. This would greatly simplify the team’s participation in international tournaments. In particular, the athletes are planning a trip in 2014 to the World Championships in Denver, Colorado. But so far the path to federation is blocked by the need to comply with a lot of bureaucratic formalities. The development of lacrosse in Russia is largely driven by enthusiasm.

An uninitiated spectator might mistake a lacrosse contest for a brawl of well-equipped entomologists. In part, the game resembles field hockey, only as sticks in it they use sticks similar to nets, with which the players pass a small but weighty rubber ball (weight about 150 grams) to each other. In order to take it away from the enemy, forceful techniques are used: with the stick you can hit not only the net of another player, but also his body and arms. The task is simple – to score as many goals as possible into the opponent’s goal. Teams play on a field 100 m long and 55 m wide.Men have 12 players in each team, women – 10.The game lasts an hour and consists of four 15-minute intervals.

Lacrosse comes from the traditional game of the North American East Coast indigenous peoples. The Indians used the game both for the purpose of training warriors (in the engraving) and for the peaceful resolution of territorial conflicts between tribes.Up to a thousand people could take part in the competition, the area of the playing field sometimes reached several square miles, and the game lasted for several days. In the 17th century, European missionaries condemned the “Indian ball game” for excessive cruelty and pagan savagery, but two centuries later it interested the French population of Canada.
According to one version, the name “lacrosse” comes from the expression le jeu de la crosse – “playing with a club.”
Queen Victoria was impressed by the game. Its approval allowed the introduction of lacrosse lessons in many English girls’ schools.
- 1637. Priest Jean de Breeuf described how North American Indians play lacrosse.
- 1867 Canadian dentist William Beers founded the National Lacrosse Association in Montreal.
- 1890. The first official game of women’s teams took place in Scotland.
- 1904, 1908.Lacrosse is included in the Summer Olympics program. Both times the victory went to the Canadian national team.
- 1928, 1932, 1948. Due to the small number of national teams, lacrosse is presented at the Olympics only as a demonstration sport.
- 1967. The first Men’s Grass Lacrosse World Championship is held.
- 1988. Professional Indoor Lacrosse League organized.
- 1990 The Iroquois Nationals competed in the World Championship as a separate national team from the United States.
- 11/13/2009. The first official match between the national teams of Moscow and St. Petersburg took place in Russia.

Before talking about the rules, it should be noted that there are several varieties of lacrosse that are quite different from each other: men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, box lacrosse , lacrosse 6 to 6. In addition, there are differences, albeit not as conceptual as in different types of lacrosse, in the rules according to which professional leagues, university teams and national teams play at international competitions. In this article, we will focus on the rules for men’s lacrosse, approved by the International Lacrosse Federation, it is according to them that most tournaments in Europe and Asia are held.
Object of the Game
Lacrosse is played by two teams with ten players each. The goal of each team is to shoot the ball into the opponents’ goal and prevent the other team from doing the same.
In play, the ball can be carried, thrown or kicked with a stick, rolled, or kicked in any direction, provided that the rules of the game are observed.
Duration of the game
According to international rules, the match lasts 4 periods of 15 minutes of “dirty time”. The exception is the last 30 seconds of the first three quarters and the last 2 minutes of the fourth quarter, these periods of time are played with the stopwatch stopping at each stop of the game.
At the end of each quarter, the teams change sides.
The break between the first and second quarters and between the third and the fourth is 2 minutes, the break in the middle of the match is 10 minutes.
If at the end of the playing time, the score is equal, then the teams play 4-minute extra periods until a goal is scored, which will determine the winner. The game ends when the first goal is scored.
The lacrosse field is rectangular in shape, 110 meters long and 60 meters wide. On the field of white paint, the boundaries of the field are marked, which are called side and end lines, the center line, as well as the lines of the flanks and the goal zone lines, often called boundary lines. Around each gate, a circle with a radius of 3 meters is drawn, which indicates the area of the gate. The center of the field is indicated by an “X”, square or circle.
The gate consists of two vertical posts connected by a rigid crossbar and has a square shape measuring 1.83 meters by 1.83 meters. The gates are installed in the center of the site between the side lines at a distance of 12 meters from the end line. The gate should be painted orange.
Being in the goal area, the goalkeeper has some privileges: he can stop or block the ball in any way with his stick, body and even hand.No contact with the goalkeeper or his stick while he is in the goal area, regardless of whether he is in possession of the ball or not, but if the part of the goalkeeper’s stick that is outside the goal area and there is no ball in it, then only the stick is allowed to be attacked. …
The team consists of ten people. A full team must include 1 goalkeeper, 3 defenders, 3 midfielders and 3 forwards. In addition, a team can have no more than 13 substitutes. Each team must appoint a captain and no more than four vice captains. They act as representatives of their team on the playing field during the game. Also, coaches appoint a “Nominal Defender” – this is a player who will serve a penalty for the goalkeeper if he receives a foul, and a “Home Player” (“Inhome”) can be any player who will serve a penalty for violations committed by the coach or the team generally. The other team’s own goals are also recorded on Inhome’s account.
All players are required to wear protective gloves, suitable footwear, and a safety helmet equipped with a face shield. All players, including the goalkeeper, must wear a mouth guard (mouth guard) that must fit snugly against the teeth and jaw. Elbow pads, bib, rib guards, groin guards, etc. are recommended items of equipment for the fielder.
The goalkeeper must wear a safety helmet equipped with a face shield, throat protection, chest protection, groin protection. If desired, the goalkeeper can wear shin protectors (football shields) and compression shorts or pants with special protective pads.
A throw-in in the center of the field is taken at the beginning of each period and after every goal scored, except in situations:
1) when at the end of the period the teams were playing in unequal compositions, then the next period starts with the possession of the was the ball at the end of the previous one.
2) If a player or coach of a team commits a foul before the throw-in, possession is awarded to the opposing team in center field.
The referee places the ball on the ground in the center of the field. The players taking the throw-in must stand in the half of the field on which their goal is located.
Putters are placed on the ground parallel to the center line, each on its own half of the field, without touching the center line. Players’ gloves may touch the center line.
The backs of the clubs are opposite each other, the players keep both hands on their clubs and do not touch the laces or the net, both gloves must touch the ground.Legs should not touch the clubs. Both arms, both feet and a player’s helmet must be to the left of their own club’s head.
A player is prohibited from being in the opponent’s half of the field or touching him with any part of the body. Feet must not touch the center line or half of the opponent’s field. Both feet must be on the ground before the referee blows the whistle to start the game.
As soon as the players have taken their throw-in positions, the referee should say “Set”. Once this signal is given, the hands of both players must remain stationary until the whistle is blown to start the game.
When the referee blows his whistle, each player can try to move the ball with his club and throw it in the desired direction in any way. Kicking or stepping on an opponent’s stick is prohibited. It is also forbidden to kick your club in an attempt to thereby move the opponent’s stick.
Do not intentionally grab the ball with your hand or fingers. It is also forbidden to grasp the opponent’s stick by hand or fingers.
While two players are on the throw-in and the ball is between their sticks, the other players are prohibited from making contact with the body or stick of either of the two players.
During a throw-in in midfield, the goalkeeper and three defenders must be within their goal zone, three forwards must be within the opposing goal zone and one player must be on each side of the wing zone, provided that the team is playing in full composition.
After the whistle blows, the players on the flanks are released and may leave the flank area.
All other players must remain within the designated areas until one of the players on the throw-in takes possession, or the ball crosses the goal area line, or the ball goes out of bounds.
Positioning of players on the throw-in before the whistle

After a player has gained possession of the ball, defenders and forwards may cross the goal zone line (boundary line)
After a player has acquired possession of the ball, defenders and forwards may cross the goal zone line (boundary line)
If the ball touches or crosses the line the goal area before possession is gained, the referee rotates with his straight right arm and shouts “free ball”, after which defenders and forwards are allowed to leave their areas and participate in the fight for the ball.
If, during the throw-in, one or more of the team’s players are on the penalty bench, that team must keep the goalkeeper and three defenders in their goal area and 3 forwards in the opposing goal area. Exception: If a team has 3 or more players on the penalty bench, then the player may leave his goal area to play the throw-in, while respecting the offside rule.
A team is offside when there are no more than 10 players on the field, including players on the penalty bench and:
1) it has more than 6 players (including players in the penalty area) bench) in someone else’s half of the field;
2) she has more than 7 players (including the players on the penalty bench) in her half of the field.
White defender crossed the center line and there were 7 white players in the attack zone.

The white defender crossed the center line, but at the same time the white midfielder returned to his half. There is no rule violation.
The white defender crossed the center line, but at the same time the white midfielder returned to his half. There is no rule violation.
For offside determination, a player is considered to have crossed to the other half of the field if any part of his body, including the hand holding the club, but not the club itself, touches, steps over or crosses the center line.
In lacrosse, the rule of the ball going out of bounds and the rule of putting it into play is slightly different from the sports we are accustomed to.
If the ball goes out of bounds as a result of a shot or a deflected shot at goal, it will be awarded to the team whose player was closest to the ball’s exit point. This player must be in the field. The player’s stick is not counted. If two players on the field of play from different teams are at the same distance from the ball when it goes out of bounds, a throw-in will be taken.
Substitutions of players
Substitutions can occur at any time during the match. A player entering the substitution may enter the substitution zone only when the player on the field is ready to be substituted and immediately before the substitution. The substitute player must wait until the substituted player is in the substitution zone, and only then can he enter the field. Both players must go through the gate. Players may be substituted during play on either side of the center line, provided the offside rule is respected. The substitution player must give space in the substitution area to the person leaving the field.
If a player leaving the field of play is tied to a half of the field by an offside rule, this rule will be met if the player enters the field at the same time as the player leaving the field through the substitution zone.
Attack of the opponent – Chekin g
Powerful reception against the opponent can be carried out if the opponent is in possession of the ball or is within a radius of 2.74 meters from a free ball or ball in flight and contact is made in front or side, above the hips and below the neck.
It is allowed to attack an opponent’s stick with his stick, provided that the opponent is in possession of the ball or is within a 2.74 meter radius of a free ball or ball in flight. In this case, the gloved hand holding the club is considered an extension of the club.
In lacrosse, it is allowed to use screens by the attacking team, similar to basketball. When performing a screening, the player must be stationary and stationary. The stance of the player must be normal, and it is forbidden to hold or pull the stick rigidly in order to impede the normal movement of the defender.
There are three types of rule violations in lacrosse:
Technical fouls are less serious rule violations that can lead to an unfair advantage. Punished with a change of possession or a 30 second penalty. A goal conceded by a team frees the penalized players from serving a violation.
Personal fouls are more serious violations of the rules that can result in injury or injury to a player. Punished with 1, 2 or 3 minutes of removal. The assigned penalty time is served in full, regardless of whether a goal was scored or not.
Removal from the game before the end of the match – If a player has 5 personal fouls or committed an extraordinary unsportsmanlike violation.
The penalty for a technical violation may be as follows:
1) if at the time of the foul the offending team was in possession of the ball or the ball was free, then possession is awarded to the opposing team.
2) if at the moment of the foul the opponent of the offending team was in possession of the ball, then it is sent off the field for 30 seconds.
The penalty for a personal violation is removal from the game for 1, 2 or 3 minutes, depending on the judge’s assessment of the severity and intent of the violation. The ball is usually awarded to the team against which the rules were violated. If the violation occurs before the start of the game, immediately after a goal has been scored, or at the end of a period, then the ball is returned to the offending team’s opponents in midfield and the throw-in will not take place.
Each referee has a yellow flag which he throws in situations of deferred whistle.
If the defending player commits a foul and the attacking team is in possession of the ball and, in the opinion of the referee, a goal is likely to be scored and the foul did not result in the attacker’s loss of the ball, then the referee must throw down the flag and postpone the whistle until the goal situation ends.

Chanson inserts the hall accepts more than jokes.

VIEWER RATING Vote 118
12.16 Cheerful such a classic. The man was not encoded, but behind the scenes. It’s funny.
12.17 Grandma unsuccessfully reached for the remote control – a time-tested visual. But “A cat fell ill in the family” – original and fun.
PERSPECTIVE RATING Vote 343
152. Vladimir, Zaryad, VlGU
12.21 Dance team from the ancient city.Fully true to their name – a lot of movement and energy.
12.22 Vaper in the cold in winter. In a police bobby. How we coped without ice. More on energy than jokes, but the audience is pumped over.
12.24 If the iron throne in “Game of Thrones” were occupied by the Russians. Costumed, does not come very well.
VIEWER RATING Vote 498
153. Arzamas, “TADAM”
12.27 A funny acting out of the entertainer and the emerging character, which at first gives off notes of Bogdan Lisevsky (but only at first).
12.29 A disgusting miniature about donating blood. And the entertainer continues to amuse (and only he).
VIEWER RATING Vote 298

12.32 Three girls and an imposing man. Merry! “And now it will be almost as interesting as blowing the whiskers of kittens.”
12.33 The couple has gone too far with role-playing games. “Well, are we going to punch the packet? Oh, sorry, I was dreaming” – a funny show!
12.34 Office romance at school – excellent!
VIEWER RATING Vote 636
155. Smolensk, Texas Lights
12.41 The director explains Statham’s role. Families without domestic violence look exactly like this.
12.42 The most fun so far is the refrain to last year’s jamb-improvisation by the same team (it’s hard to explain, just believe me).
VIEWER RATING Vote 115
156. Krasnoyarsk, “Sweetheart team”, Krasnoyarsk GAU
12.46 Lena and her fitness trainers. The humor is based on the conflict between a large girl and her teammates.
12.47 In the beauty salon. So far weak. Interview on regional television. For some reason, they interrupt jokes inside the rooms with substrates.
12.48 In a draft beer shop. The hall, unfortunately, does not respond.

157. Leningrad region, “Jozhgen Gzhishkof”, p. Murino
12.52 They explain the strangeness of their name – Murino. And they show several “similarities”.
12.55 I didn’t remember anything else.
VIEWER RATING Vote 70
12.57 Ridiculous on giving the command – a short man with a huge badge. Four stupid friends – they live in the oil capital, but entered the agricultural sector. They hint at three stars in the song, and then get into the second round. Inconsistent.
13.00 Candidate for mayor emerges. With a couple of good jokes. But overall average.
VIEWER RATING Vote 164
159. St. Petersburg, Sbornaya TD, SPbGUPTD
Evening in the hut, guys (sorry, they learned late that it was dumb).
Represent the characters:
– This is Goshan, his parents call him Goshan because they love him as a friend.
–What we now have
–Song! .. Just kidding, we will have a child.
– It would be better to have a song.
At first, the guys come in pretty well. Emily comes out:
– Why are you wearing a kokoshnik?
– I am half Russian, half yours.
VIEWER RATING Vote 53
160. Moscow, “Game”, REU im. G.V. Plekhanova
They go on stage and announce that they have defended the song, this one (volarypvrkiap pa pa pa – well, you get the idea). And it’s better than Cord.
– You can’t joke about the church, you can’t joke about the government … then what to joke about, if only these are screwing up?
And let’s go miniatures.Moms who look like President Kim Jong-un. We catch refrains. A miniature about a father who at the matinee found out that he was not filming his child:
– Dear, this is not your child!
SPEECH RATING Vote 402
161. Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Region National Team
They go out in a dance, immediately introduce the captain of the team, and this is Olesya. Negroes come out of the burning hut, and go to the rooms.
And the first miniature, what do you think? – About Ramzan Kadyrov.
A girl in the support group of the Russian national football team and she does not disdain. The pitcher jokes before each number, the miniatures are funny. A half-naked black guy who proves that he is a real plumber.
Wrestler Narek turned 23 today (they say it’s true), and all he wants is to look 23 years old.
Overall, average performance.
VIEWER RATING Vote 114
Girls come out. They start with the cue ball. They are like bitcoins, after all.
– My song was born!
– From whom?
– I don’t know, I wrote it with many.
Girls come to the spot. But the song about the church is good:
– You can dance and praise God in church.
They build not only peepholes, but also baths – you should know!
VIEWER RATING Vote 73
164.Moscow, “17/79”, GUZ
–Bless those who patted us!
The guys start good-naturedly, but they don’t come very well. The girl appears and the Moldovan beat from the League of Laughter.
– Have you ever been told that you are handsome?
– Think about it.
Team 1779, this is Loboda.
PERSPECTIVE RATING Vote 36
Meet the guys, eshker, MSL.
Our baby is growing beyond his years
at the age of 20 reads lips.
They carry out the renovation of the team, and girls appear in it, so to speak, they have ennobled the team.
And then the little slugs drove off. A botanist who broke down once every 11 years. The audience seems to like it.
Governors’ course for a young soldier.
–Are you afraid of heights?
– I’m afraid of death and Putin – I don’t know yet who is more than .
The song is dedicated to the first car, 2017, VAZ 2107 – rap under the Bigrashnboss (well, you get the idea). Not bad at all.

166. London, UK National Team
Goodyningledyzandgentelmenz, on stage LONDON from the first league.
Immediately an Englishman appears, the team checks whether he has become almost Russian. The hall is warm, the hall likes it.
Our guys have a special number for Oscar, and this is a number about a police show with Solovey Vladimirov.
– Englishman, you have no right to eat, drink, sleep … (this is a human rights lawyer speaking).
Again the commentator in Russian is commenting on the English sport, and this is … canopolo. Funny commentator, funny video – the audience laughs. But the Englishman is not. sands are Russian sports, and indeed everything is Russian.
As a result, the Englishman is generally offended, and the guys are trying to cheer him up:
– Hey guy, what happened (you have to listen).Someday you will be as funny as I am.
– Can it be funnier than you?
– Sing a song about how the UK hasn’t become a champion in 2017.
At the end, they turn to Vasilich:
– If you do not take us to the top league this year, then I will give birth.
The guys were good, but sagged in places.
VIEWER RATING Vote 217
The most singing .. singing-yaya-yaya team of Irkutsk is on the stage.
– Light, I invite you to a party.
– No thanks, I’m too good for a garage.
The guys show funny little kids, interrupting them with a funny text, the audience likes it.
Everyone is invited to parties, but not Zina –
She always breaks
Only you touch her,
Immediately – “Cho begins” (Animals are everything that concerns you)
They say that from a good song of words you can’t throw it out – well, they sing it.They sing beautifully.

168. Yaroslavl, “CHEESE-rr”
Cheese – a strange band starts out with a strange but funny rock.
– You are like a Felicita shokladka. Garbage is garbage, but it’s a pity to throw it out.
The guys are going to show what they are capable of – and this is an easy skating rink.
– Anya, don’t be silly.
– I actually quit.
In general, the guys show a funny thing in places.
– I want to see the fireworks, but there is no money,
– Friend, press my eyes.
Shows oversized thumbnails. And there is an obstetrician who is 24 years late, a too responsible porn actress.
Guys, in fact, they left some numbers for the second round – but what is really there, look. He enters the hall averagely. (maybe you really need to show it in the second round?)
In the end, they say that they go under the rules.

169. Pushkin, “Vegetable salad”, SPbGAU
St. Petersburg is the cultural capital, but they still hold on.
– Why are you leaving so abruptly?
– Habit from childbirth.
Funny characters in the team, gopniks, cops, fight back with Mushrooms, the audience shakes, the audience likes it, the boys come in well.
– Have you watched Harry Poker? The first part? The redhead from Ivanushki played normally there.
The family is trying to diversify their intimate life:
– Let me be a young and beautiful criminal, and you are a cop.
– Young and beautiful? Will you win back?
The guys propose to look for them in every yard and say goodbye.

170. Moscow, “Kazakova Street”, PRUE im. G.V. Plekhanova
Kazakov Street begins with a song, although not everyone can sing, they rock it.Sweetdreams rocks.
A stripper appears on the stage, who cannot be “piggy”:
– Chubby Kyrgyz! How did you know that I love?
–Go take the aikyu test.
–What, where to write?
Funny number about Hands Up and discharge. To be honest, the guys should be watched straight, not read. They come into the hall well.
At the end they hand over a trick, ask the guys from the audience for a good code and sing a song.
VIEWER RATING Vote 420
171. St. Petersburg, “Admiral’s hour”
The boys are a military team, they are going to surprise, so they decide when to do salta.
A girl of oriental appearance appears on the stage, and of course, jokes on narrow eyes appear with her.
Beat, of course, “Pure Peter”, and drove the numbers. The numbers do not come in very well, but the outgoing characters donate well.
–20 years ago, son, you organized my wedding, now I will organize yours (isn’t it a button accordion?).
I am showing the miniature “A case in the crayfish family”, which I show with real crayfish. It is very strange, but he enters the hall pointwise, pointwise
They finish with the words of someone’s grandmother and a song.
VIEWER RATING Vote 193
172. Carpets, “Selfie”, Team KGTA
Bread and koumiss, an international team on stage.
Nostalgia for the Major League final, because a grandfather with a live Chicken appears on the stage (not a tiger, of course, but real props).
Next, look at the numbers. The funeral of the mole, where you no longer need to dig. Football in a very poor area. What charismatic leaders the guys have, they also change. Kazakhs beat off their miniatures with Pharaoh, grandfather Maksim beat off with a Cord – in general, children have a special taste for muzyaka.
Grandfather asks the chicken for forgiveness:
– Forgive me for feeding you paint on Easter – this is really more convenient.
They give Aydar tangerines at the end, because he loves them (yes?), And say goodbye.
VIEWER RATING Vote 671
173. Akmola region, Kazakhstan, Team Korgalzhin
– What are the 300 Spartans? There are only 9 of them on the stage.
– Well, with 300 authors! – yes, that’s how the boys started.
– What, such a blow has not come to life?
– I was waiting, we were rehearsing.
They like the audience, the guys have wonderful Kazakh charisma, they delight them with funny dialogues:
– Do not call, please, I have jokes for your calls.
The audience laughs, the guys themselves laugh, everyone is fine. This cannot be told in the report. They also dance a little in skips, and finally start showing numbers. Disassembly by a kid with a small vocabulary – “no need to etat here”, fun.
They brought their own monkey, which parodies Maslyakov the younger, Vdovichesnko, after persuasion – and Maslyakov the elder. The audience is delighted (well, here’s a really good actor).
They conclude with an appeal to the younger Maslyakov again with a hint: the Kazakhs have never won the Premiere. Sparta enters the stage to help, but the team refuses them, they do not sing, and she is OTHER. Great, thank you.
VIEWER RATING Vote 827
174. Yakutsk, “People with history”, NEFU
The guys are a little nervous.
A girl takes the stage with a parody of Malysheva and, in my opinion, for the fourth time during this festival we hear a joke about childbirth and “left”.
Dialogues again, aiming at the Premiere:
– What a Premiere, we haven’t proven anything yet!
A good acting character emerges on a chair but without a microphone, because a real actor should be heard in all corners of this hall. He, already with a microphone, shows MEGATuras, which, like the ruler, unfortunately do not fit well.
POPULATION RATING Vote 61
175. Moscow, “Artbucks”, REU im. G.V.Plekhanov
Oh guys, you definitely need to look here. Their actor, of course, is mad.
–Kolyan, get to the bottom of him.
– What did you have during your work at school?
Show the greeting in 2D.
– Guys, nothing bothers you?
– Well, when Mom comes into the shower.
Next, what do you think – a rehearsal for the funeral of one of the team members, because Nikolai is worried that something bad will be said about him at the event itself.
end with a heartfelt blue pony code. In general, the guys came in, but with sagging.
VIEWER RATING Vote 289
176. Kazan, “S DR”, KFU
Dynamic guys, I show dynamic numbers, but except, perhaps, seminars on philosophy, which are similar to a funeral (and really).
They come in poorly. And they end with the words of Yuri Dud, the best journalist. But then, it turns out that he is not the best, or still the best, they find out, they try to interview Maslyakov.
In general, it is not clear with Dud, and the guys said goodbye.
VIEWER RATING Vote 53
177. Semibratovo, “Shurochka”
Sochi Festival it’s not your little brother to fight – you can’t give in! And Shurochka does not give in, starts with a song, shares news, shows short stacks, they are just funny.
When the father is taken to code, he looks like a cat being taken to the vet:
– Dad, you just started writing on the sofa!
The guys just come in and come in, they got a standing ovation.
In families that have been in a civil marriage for a long time, the proposal does not look very romantic. It’s funny right from the picture, and the number itself is not much inferior.
And, finally, the big final number, when the guy escorts the girl home. Funny text, funny gegs, ovations again.
– What kind of family is this, where is the unplanned child?
– Normal Russian family.
And in the uantsa the guys say that they are not afraid of being hit by a jackdaw, they are from Semibratovo, they are not afraid of anything since childhood. Super.
VIEWER RATING Vote 211
178. St. Petersburg, “More”
Nice girls on stage. They also sing well.
A guy appears who interferes with singing songs to the end. Then Ivan appears, represented by Ivan Dorn, sings about the Orenburg downy shawl in a thong. The audience hardly laughs, unfortunately.
Let’s go numbers, visual, funny. The human part of the centaur fell out with the human.
The guys show a funny squabble of expressions. A teacher who rap in class because of a stuck back. An enterprising bum who weighs people on his back.
And at the end, the number with dancing Elvira Nabiullina comes in pointwise.
– In the current economy, everyone would be so turning.
They end up with a song, and a dance, and beautifully.
VIEWER RATING Vote 148
179.Minsk, “BELARUSY”, Minsk Tractor Plant
The guys are shaking a little, because they were driving a tractor in Sochi.
– Dima, put the girl in her place.
– You came to watch or stare at the phone.
– Lena owns a house in Monaco, Porsche Caen and, hike, 200 employees of the plant.
– This is Nikolai, living proof that you can drink not only in St. Petersburg.
– Zina is the only chef whose cutlets even Muslims can eat, because they are made from bread.
Funny guys. While every joke comes into the hall. The numbers begin. More precisely, one, large, props and funny. And his presentation is funny.
– There is a tradition to pay back all debts before the New Year. We, Belarusians, do not follow it.
They end up as a factory director in a minion costume and leave. Very funny.
VIEWER RATING Vote 158
180. Krasnoyarsk, “# _02” (30 grams of humor)
Acting drug policemen are on the stage (sort of like that).
And to numbers. Someday this should have happened – “Capercaillie” is over, everyone is crying. Weapon Assembly Championship. A police officer detained teenagers for drinking alcohol. The girl gives the numbers clearly, like a real police officer. But they do not enter the hall yet.
The final number about the chase to enter pointwise.
– Okay, it’s time for us to work. Rumor has it that Mondi have arrived.
VIEWER RATING Vote 272
181.Yalta, Artek team, ICC “Artek”
Caring counselors smear children not from patsoy, but directly from the army.
The counselor at the service amuses the audience, but she is a little overtightened, so at the end she stops coming in.
Number: what children think during the first slow dance. Someone in the audience laughs, apparently recognizes himself.
– Well, my different genders.
This is how we tied the number about how children edit the command. The kids are cute, but the number is spotty. The hall rejoices when the camp director is named Hagrid. But the last joke is almost breaking.
– Masha, if it weren’t for the regionals, you might not be there.
Very nice guys, of course.
SPEECH RATING Vote 1083
182. St. Petersburg, “Electroshock”, SPbGETU LETI
Vanya starts with a funny vnutrchek about the future composition of the Major League.
They will not surprise you with humor, as it already happened.Who, however, can’t remember right away.
And go to the numbers. A funny snag in the room, where the grandmother hints to her grandson about the gift she wants. A funny number about the acquaintance of a girl with her mother. But more the audience likes the number about the person who at parties is responsible for who and where will sleep. Very long – but you get the idea.
Next, they show the number about the metro, and again you have to look. From the audience you can hear Aydar giggling (true).
Putin came to visit Navalny – again a funny visual number:
– How it happened, there was no glass, but now it has appeared.
-It’s always like that when I come, something appears.
The speakers are added with songs about the Trans-Baikal, oh, Petersburg Territory. The audience is delighted.
For the guys, the Sochi Festival is like a retake: they will not qualify for the second round, they will go to the army, they will return and become a military team. It’s funny.
VIEWER RATING Vote 235
183. Kamensk-Uralsky, Team of Sinarsky pipe plant “SINARA”
They start with an awkward song, because they have nothing in the region.
Andrey is a man who ordered charisma on Ali, but a down jacket came. Probably for this reason, advertising was turned on during her words.
Team showdowns take place:
– Why didn’t put a walker together with all the candles for the second round?
And the numbers drove off, which come very pointwise.
VIEWER RATING Vote 192
184. Chelyabinsk, “Tractor SUSAU”
Charismatic guys take the stage.Someone in the hall was waiting for them, many.
– I have a boyfriend here, I wanted to surprise him.
– Let’s go to you, he will be very surprised.
Let’s go jokes from the “oh” category:
– Neatness is my middle name (while 10 children run out onto the stage shouting “daddy”).
And the numbers drove off. The mother takes her son away from the precinct for the first time:
– The kid does not smoke, but breathes freedom.
– The father does not walk, but floats through life.
The guys play well, but the show does not go smoothly.
They caught people in the hall on “Little halves”, and now they show fairy tales laid on modern tracks (Azino three axes, for example, or Lambada)
VIEWER RATING Vote 332
185. Krasnoyarsk, “Prospekt Mira”
Guys in costumes on stage.
Show numbers and numbers that don’t fit well. A number about a man who lost his wife at cards, a number about a strange neighbor.
–Hello, I am the headman of this house, will you drop off for a flamethrower?
And in the end, the guys are very happy that they are ordinary and classic, perhaps they are one of the most original now.
VIEWER RATING Vote 209
186 Team of the city of Khimki, Khimki.
They have as many as 4 people in their team, but the festival does not spare anyone, so the guy performs alone.
– Thanks for the season.
And it leaves, the truth leaves, that’s all. And this is for the best, Shpenkov likes it.
VIEWER RATING Vote 70
187.Izhevsk, Udmurt State University team
The guys will not joke about smoking and about sex, because they do not smoke and do not joke about sex. Not deceived. But, unfortunately, the young guys did not come.
In the end, they joke that the city owes its education to Putin, and not to the Kalashnikov assault rifle, as we might think.
VIEWER RATING Vote 491
188. Khromtau, New Faces, TNK KazChrom JSC
And again three-minute commands.
There are again charimatic Kazakhs on the stage, some of whom do not speak into the microphone.

Showed funny short numbers, but very quickly.

– Ya Pasha, where P is a parallel.
– Stupid wouldn’t take bitcoins for all the money.
– These are chocolate coins.
– Well, at least let’s eat.
– I am Pasha, where P is thoughtful.
And the guys fight back with a strange soundtrack (exactly to them) from “Field of Miracles”.
Very young guys.

Thank you for posting to the @KrilishkiBot feedback bot
I am glad that my blog is helping those who are going through a breakup.Or those who are looking for a relationship.
Both are not easy.
I am sometimes overwhelmed by a wave of sadness or self-pity. Or anxiety. One friend of mine described the separation and the subsequent periods like this: “At first you feel bad, then nothing, then you are grateful to the universe for the new experience, then you have fun, then you are afraid that this fun will never end.”
I’m in the final stages. Having gone through all the previous ones, I learned the lesson – none of the states lasts forever. If you are now unbearably painful, hopelessly sad, impenetrably gloomy, overwhelmingly heavy, and nauseously disgusting – write on the wall in large gold letters and repeat like a mantra “this will not last forever, it will pass.”
A year has passed since my husband said that we need to separate. I don’t know if it matters how many years we have been together (12 is dofig) or divorce is equally difficult for everyone, regardless of the number of years. I don’t know, because I have only one personal experience of mine. I haven’t divorced after three, four or seven years of marriage. I broke up after 5.5 years and after 3.5. But it was at 23 and then at 26 and it was not so hard … I still sometimes catch myself thinking “this can’t be!” or “how the hell happened.”
Whatever they say about the advancement of society and the fact that no one cares – divorce is a stigma. There will be those who, on the basis of this information, will form their opinion about you and draw conclusions about you. It all depends on what stereotypes and anxieties their boss is crammed into and what kind of experience they had.
By the way, I also think in stereotypes. And I think that if you are under forty and you have never been married – this is something that says something. Something is wrong here …
Your divorce for others means that you have a certain experience (that is, the marriage itself; but if you think about it, any relationship is an experience, regardless of the presence of a stamp in your passport), and you of those people who are able to take responsibility (in fact, this is nonsense, because you could have married a stranger drunk in Vegas), something is wrong with you (you have a relationship) and you may still not okay. There may also be such conclusions: if you were already married / married, you most likely want to do it again soon. Like moving to another country – since you already have experience, the second time is easier.
I am used to the fact that people’s eyes become like saucers after receiving information that I have been in a relationship for 12 years. Because none of them, in their slightly over thirty, have never had such long stories (“Well, what’s it, you have had sex for more than ten years with the same person?” I love this comment!).
However, there are couples in my environment who have been together for a hundred years. You will not surprise these with anything. But there are few of them. And some of them have a relationship at the moment that is not a fountain …
I already wrote that divorced people are like a club of Alcoholics Anonymous. We have something in common, we understand each other and have gone through the same experiences and states. And in the process of divorce and after, when they embarked on a free voyage. But at the same time, we are all different. And we treat marriage differently as well.I was very surprised when my new blond Australian friend (if history develops, I’ll have to come up with a name for you to identify him), with whom we now go on intensive dates, said that he was on an emotional bottom after the divorce. I was surprised because his marriage was short-lived (about three years according to my calculations) and that he was then 29 and in general he is a man, he is not supposed to.
But you cannot equate everyone by yourself.
We cannot evaluate other people’s emotions using our measuring cup.
National Federation of State High School Associations
|Type||501 (c) (3) – Tax exemption|
|Target||Sports / Educational|
|Headquarters|| 690 W.Washington St.
Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, USA
|18 500+ secondary schools|
|Dr. Karissa Niehoff|
The National Federation of Public High School Associations ( NFHS ) is the body that writes competition rules for most high school sports and activities in the United States. The NFHS is headquartered in White River State Park in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Membership and affiliated associations
More than 19,500 high schools are members of the NFHS member associations. Most high schools, public or private, are affiliated with their state’s high school associations; in turn, each state entity is owned by the NFHS. However, in states with separate public and non-public high school associations, only public school bodies are full members of the NFHS.
For example, the University of Texas Interschool League (public schools, and non-public schools are generally not allowed) is a full member; The largest association that governs non-public schools, the Texas Association of Private and Parish Schools, is an affiliate member, while the other governing bodies are not members of the NFHS at any level.Likewise, the Virginia High School League, open only to public schools, is a full member, the state’s largest association of non-public schools is an affiliate member, and other governing bodies are not members at all.
The case in Mississippi is slightly different; the public school governing body is a full member, while the private school governing body is not a member of the NFHS at any level. In Alabama, public and several private schools compete in the AHSAA (Alabama High School Athletic Association), which is a full member of the NFHS.Most private schools in the state are members of AISA (Association of Independent Schools of Alabama), but not members that use NFHS rules. The AHSAA will not allow its members to play in AISA schools, but AISA schools do compete with public and private schools outside of Alabama.
Iowa has separate governing associations for boys and girls ‘sports – the Iowa High School Athletic Association and the Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union. Only the Iowa High School Athletic Association is a full member of the NFHS; the girls’ governing body is an affiliate member.
Provincial Associations of Canada are affiliated members of the NFHS.
The NFHS publishes rulebooks for every sport or activity, and most states fully accept these rules for state high school competition, including non-member private school associations.
In January 2007, the NFHS offered an online coaching training program. She has released the Coaching Fundamentals course. The NFHS announced that it will offer national trainer certification in September 2009.This will enable coaches to achieve Level 1 – an accredited interschool coach issued by the NFHS.
