Evaluations
Jackson Webster | 2020 | M | Everest Academy | Edge | Canisius
“Crafty, smooth, and slippery player who is great in the two-man game in the wings and high alleys for his left hand. His abilities to be able to shoot off of his hip to high corners and also be able to shoot fundamentally overhand to different locations is excellent. His IQ to read defense and cut lanes off ball inside makes him a threat all over the field. Savvy player who will be able to come in a make an impact on any team in college. His IQ and stick are his selling point, but his craftiness is just an addition to how good he really is. Will have to improve on his size to be able to enhance his already great abilities.

Gausman fans 10 in 7 innings, Giants edge Cubs 4-3
Unbeaten Kevin Gausman struck out 10 in seven smooth innings, Alex Dickerson homered for the second consecutive day and the San Francisco Giants kept rolling, beating the Chicago Cubs 4-3 on Saturday.
San Francisco won its third straight over the Cubs. The Giants have won nine of 11 overall and are a majors-best 37-21.
Patrick Wisdom hit his fifth home run in 12 games for Chicago. The Cubs have dropped three straight.
Gausman (7-0) allowed two hits and a pair of unearned runs, lowering his ERA to 1.27, for his first victory in four career appearances against the Cubs.
“Just one mistake,” Giants manager Gabe Kapler said. “There was a good bit of swing and miss against a really tough top of that lineup. We saw him come out with some of his best fastball velocity that he’s had all season, maintain it, and then empty the tank there in the seventh.”
Chosen the NL’s Pitcher of the Month for May earlier this week, Gausman overcame Wisdom’s homer in the second and retired the final 15 batters he faced after a leadoff single by opposing starter Kohl Stewart in the third.
“There were some pitches I definitely got away with but that was the only one they kind of made me pay for,” Gausman said. “(Wisdom’s) got some power and didn’t miss that one.”
Jake McGee retired three batters. Tyler Rogers allowed an unearned run in the ninth, but got Jason Heyward to ground out with runners on second and third for his eighth save.
“Torture baseball, there’s no better way to explain it,” Giants catcher Chadwick Tromp said. “A roller-coaster ride but for us there was never a doubt we were going to get the job done.”
The Giants survived a scary moment in the ninth when shortstop Brandon Crawford collided with third baseman Evan Longoria while both were going for Anthony Rizzo’s grounder.
Crawford got up quickly but Longoria – who was charged with an error on the play – remained down for several moments as a team trainer came out. Longoria exited the game with a possible left shoulder/collarbone injury.
“It’s two guys who are elite at defending their positions going 100 percent to convert a groundball to an out,” Kapler said. “You don’t see it very often on the infield but it happens and it’s nobody’s fault.”
The Cubs had won nine of 10 before making their first trip to the West Coast since 2019. Heyward went 0 for 4 for Chicago after coming off the injured list before the game.
“I don’t think we’ve played terrible baseball,” Cubs manager David Ross said. “The first couple of games we came up short on the front end. Today their pitcher was pretty darn good. The offense wasn’t really on point today and a lot of that goes to their starting pitcher.”
Stewart (1-1) allowed seven hits and three runs in 3 2/3 innings.

Scott Kazmir, the 37-year-old left-hander who returned to the major leagues two weeks ago after nearly five years away, was designated for assignment by the Giants. A three-time All-Star, Kazmir was 0-1 with a 6.43 ERA in three appearances (two starts) for San Francisco. He started against the Cubs on Friday and lasted two innings, giving up a two-run homer to Kris Bryant in the first inning.
CELEBRATING WITH PRIDE
The Giants celebrated Pride Month by wearing Pride colors in the logo on their hats and with a patch stitched into the right sleeves of their jerseys — the first major league team to do so.
Honey Mahogany, a drag performer who was recently elected as the first transgender and first Black to chair the San Francisco Democratic Party, sang the national anthem before the game. A Pride flag flew in the arcade near stands in right-center field.
“It’s an exciting moment for our team, for our organization,” Kapler said before the game. “We’re all standing behind the (LGBTQ+) community.”
The Giants will host Pride Movie Night at Oracle Park on June 11-12.
ROSTER MOVES
In addition to activating Heyward, the Cubs recalled RHP Cory Abbott from Triple-A Iowa, claimed RHP Dakota Chalmers off waivers from the Twins and optioned him to Double-A Tennessee and optioned LHP Brad Wieck to Iowa. OF Nick Martini was designated for assignment.
The Giants recalled right-hander Camilo Doval from Triple-A Sacramento.
TRAINER’S ROOM
Cubs: Leadoff hitter Joc Pederson, who homered in each of the first two games of the series, left after four innings because of lower back tightness. Pederson first felt it when he ran into the wall trying to case down Dickerson’s home ruun in the third… OF Jake Marisnick (right hamstring strain) will have a day off Sunday from his rehab. Marisnick ran before Saturday’s game.
Giants: 1B Brandon Belt is close to returning from the left oblique strain that landed him on the Injured List on May 26 but “isn’t 100 percent yet,” according Kapler. … San Francisco extended the rehab assignment of Tyler Beede. The right-hander is working his way back from Tommy John surgery in March 2020.
UP NEXT
San Francisco’s Johnny Cueto (4-1, 3.45 ERA) and Chicago’s Kyle Hendricks (6-4, 4.62) pitch in the series finale in a matchup of right-handers Sunday. Cueto has 16 strikeouts and one walk over his previous 21 1/3 innings. Hendricks has allowed 16 home runs, most in the majors.

Brooke Clancy’s blast helps East Haven edge Waterford, advance to semifinals
Nearly two weeks ago, the SCC softball tournament kicked off with a surprising upset when third-seeded East Haven was eliminated.
Eleven days later, the Yellow Jackets have roared back.
With its 1-0 nine-inning Class L quarterfinal victory over No. 5 Waterford on Friday, East Haven is now the only SCC team left standing in any of the four softball state tournaments.
“We talk every year about the SCC tournament, it is like a fluff tournament,” East Haven coach Jeff Crisafi said. “It is nice and fun to play in, but if you don’t do well it isn’t the end of the world because state’s is what it’s all about. I’ll take states 10 times out of 10.”
The Yellow Jackets quarterfinal victory was a battle, with the only run coming off the bat of Brooke Clancy in the form of a solo home run in the ninth inning.
“She is the type of kid who as soon as it left her bat you knew it was gone,” Crisafi said. “With the power she has, if she gets her hands extended and drives it you know she got it good.”
Clancy’s extra-inning shot was made possible by the pitching performance of junior Emilee Bishop, who outdueled Class L All-State Selection Maddie Burrows.
“I knew I was going to hit it,” Clancy said. “I was hot all game and I just had a feeling. I was looking for an inside pitch and she left it down the middle so I took advantage. I was so happy; it was the best feeling.”
Bishop allowed just five hits and two walks while striking out 12.
“Emilee has had a hot hand and has been pitching well, especially in practice,” Crisafi said. “She has been shutting us down in practice, and we have a pretty good lineup even though Maddie Burrows kind of did the same thing to us today. Em (Bishop) has been very sharp.”
From the sixth inning on Bishop worked around traffic to keep Waterford off the board, stranding six runners in the final three frames.
In the bottom of the eighth, Waterford threatened with the bases loaded with one out, but Bishop struck out the next two batters to escape.
“That is where I want to be,” Bishop said. “I was excited and very nervous, but so motivated to take it pitch by pitch and try to keep them from scoring. ”
An inning later, Bishop took the ball with a long-awaited lead and proceeded to set Waterford down to seal the win.
“I was so relieved when she hit it, she is a fantastic hitter and it gave me the extra strength to get on the field the next inning and shut them out,” Bishop said. “Mentally being in a game that lasts that long, you have to constantly push yourself no matter if you’re tired.”
Following its first-round loss in the SCC tournament, East Haven fell out of the GameTimeCT Top 10 poll for the first time this season.
“During the regular season it is nice to be recognized, but not once do we ever talk to the girls about the poll,” Crisafi said. “It is paper clippings, and we always say newspaper headlines in June mean a lot more than they do in April. That being said, I won’t say I didn’t notice and didn’t have a little chip on my shoulder.”
While East Haven watched the SCC tournament develop from the sidelines, it became a rallying cry to not have to experience that feeling again.
“I think it made us stronger as a team to know what it feels like to lose,” Bishop said. “We took what we did wrong in that game and worked on it every day at practice, and I am sure next practice we will work on everything we did wrong today. It isn’t a perfect game and we will keep pushing.”
Now having advanced into the semifinals, East Haven lines up to play undefeated No. 1 Masuk.

90,000 The best goals and saves of March
TOP-5 goals of the Dream League in March
Nikolay Sursov, “Composite” (Perm)
Did you think that in of the previous publication we would show you Kushnevrev’s “Michigan” goal, and we’ll calm down on that? No matter how it is! We have one more lacrosse goal in reserve, this time from Dream.
Nikolay Sursov from Perm “Composite” also knows how to score in the style of Svechnikov and Granlund! The rest of the participants in the episode could only watch and envy a little.
Alexander Martin, Iskra (Novy Urengoy)
Excellent slalom from Alexander Martin to the opponent’s goal continues his dream compilation.
He elegantly removed the puck from a powerful opponent, leaving him out of work, moved closer to the goal and sent the puck from an acute angle between the post and the goalkeeper. Maximum score for the technique!
Andrey Volkov, Meteor (Moscow)
This puck reminds us of the simple truth that hockey is a team game. Joint action is the key to success! It all started with Kirill Krasnov. The Meteor defender showed a swing to a powerful click from the blue line, and then very carefully, one might say smoothly, sent the puck towards the goal.
And already on a nickle, with some elusive movement, Andrei Volkov ferried the puck past the goalkeeper.
Artyom Shumov, Avtoreal (Miass)
And in hockey, you need to be able to take advantage of your opponent’s mistakes. Let’s see how the goal of Artyom Shumov happened. The Steel Ax players leave the zone, one of them almost misses the puck, the other goes to insure. At this moment, something goes wrong, and the puck, instead of the neutral zone, rolls on the hook to the representative of Avtoreal, Evgeny Kutuzov.
The one in touch moves the puck further to Shumov, who, in turn, covering the puck with his body, draws closer to the goalkeeper and just throws at the very last moment, when, it would seem, there is no free space left.
Oleg Shapkin, “VA VKO” (g.Tver)
If there was a “smart” puck at the match in Tver, it would have said how fast Oleg Shapkin put it into the opponent’s goal. Alas, without the exact numbers from the chip built into the sports equipment, we can only roughly estimate the strength of this throw.
So, Oleg Shapkin threw the puck at a speed “the goalkeeper did not even have time to jerk” kilometers per hour! This is official information.
TOP-5 March saves
Denis Barskov, “Fighters” (c.Zhukovsky)
The first throw in this attack for Denis Barskov did not pose a particular threat – the goalkeeper saw the throw and stopped him. But the puck fell on a nickle, where the opposing player ended up …
Finishing off point-blank, the striker directs the puck under the crossbar and, it seems, is already throwing the goalkeeper, but it was not a goal, no! And a luxurious save from Denis Barskov, who, with an incredible movement, set a trap behind his back and pulled out a seemingly “dead” puck!
Dmitry Knutov, “Steel Axes” (g.Magnitogorsk)
The next miracle save – from the goalkeeper of “Steel Axes” Dmitry Knutov. Exit in the format “two in one”, the hockey player throws the puck himself into the far corner, Knutov reflects the puck, but only unsuccessfully – right on the stick to the second striker of the opponent.
He tries on and throws into an empty corner of the goal, but the Axes goalkeeper somehow managed to move and save his team from a sure goal!
Ramay Aminov, “Sparta” (Yarkovsky district)
youtube.com/embed/dy7wd2KW4x8″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen”/>
The defender did everything he could to prevent the “Brandmaster” player from running alone to the gates of Ramay Aminov. He did it. Still, a player on the fire brigade was able to deliver a quick wrist shot into the far corner. Here the “Spartans” have only hopes for their goalkeeper.
Hopes were justified one hundred percent – the throw did not become a problem for Aminov, who played a great trap.
Leonid Ptashkin, “Sparta” (Irkutsk)
And one more “Spartan” in our TOP – and also made a great save with a trap. However, in a different situation. The opponent’s attacker, with a through pass, found a partner who opened on a penny, he put the stick and tried to smuggle the puck into touch. It turned out to send only the goalkeeper into the trap.
Sergey Martynov, “Ermak” (Perm)
Everything is fine in this save. And even the actions of the players of the attacking team. Look what a splendid pass the striker gave to his partner under the throw! And what a throw it turned out!
Looking at this, I want to admire Sergei Martynov’s save in the fall even more – impenetrable beauty!
90,000 Michkov breaks the American JCM.Today
The Russian national team defeated the German national team (6: 1) in the group stage match of the World Junior Ice Hockey Championship, which is taking place in the vicinity of the American city of Dallas. It is reported by the “Open Port”.
The most productive player of the match was 16-year-old striker Matvey Michkov, who was noted for poker. He became the youngest author of four goals in a single YWCHM match (16 years 4 months and 20 days), beating Ovechkin’s previous achievement, set in 2002, by more than two months. It is noteworthy that then the new record holder had not yet been born.
Michkov scored his first goal in this game in the lacrosse style, which will undoubtedly become one of the best goals in the tournament.
“The sensations are the most ordinary. The main thing is that the team won, the team interests are above all. The next games will be more important and more serious, it is already necessary to prepare for them. The most important thing is that I bring benefits to the team and that they win, and personal indicators fade into the background. My job is to play hockey, and it’s the job of other people to describe my style. I don’t care what my goal is called – Michigan or something else. I’ve tried this before. It happened that it worked, “Michkov told the correspondent of the” Championship “edition.
Michkov took the lead in the top scorers of the tournament, gaining 7 (6 + 1) points in 3 matches. It is noteworthy that the 16-year-old striker is one of the youngest participants in the tournament, the age limit of which is 18 years. He is one of the top talent in the 2023 NHL Draft.
Young Russian talent has already surpassed those of Ovechkin in the Moscow championship and Kucherov in the MHL. At the same time, Michkov repeated Kucherov’s achievement in goals in the U-17 league with a margin of almost a year – Michkov turned 16 only last December. The right-handed striker finished his JHL debut season in the top 8 scorers and became the tournament’s top scorer. He has 56 (38 + 18) points in 56 games, with only one player born in 2001 above him in the top scorers list.
Michkov – a native of Perm, opened up and became widely known in the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv system. Last year he moved to SKA, motivating it with better conditions for his development. After Michkov’s 16th birthday, SKA extended the contract with him for five years – right up until the end of the 2025/26 season. At the time of the end of the contract, he will be already 22 years old, so if a player wants to join the NHL earlier, he will have to redeem the contract. Potentially, this can seriously aggravate Michkov’s position in the draft.
⚡Hockey Club SKA reached an agreement to conclude a new contract with striker Matvey Michkov⚡
The agreement is for five years and will be valid until the end of the 2025/26 season.

But now a 16-year-old Russian is in front of North American experts and makes them talk about themselves. In the first match against the US national team (7: 6 OT), he scored two goals and became one of the main reasons for the comeback of the Russian national team with a score of 1: 5. Now the youth team of Russia is leading in its qualifying group and it remains to play the last match with the national team of the Czech Republic. The team has already guaranteed itself a place in the playoffs of the tournament, where Michkov’s scoring successes will already double his quotes in the next draft.
Izhevsk | Idea 2: team lacrosse socks brought in $ 200,000 $
Classmates Riley Goodman and Jake Director have always wanted to start their own business. But there was no further talk until their lacrosse playmate got into a serious car accident. The friend remained safe and sound, but the thought of death was near prompted Goodman and the Director to take action.
They parked Goodman’s car at the top of the hill outside Seattle and decided they would not move until they had an idea for a new company. Four hours later, the concept was found: high-quality team socks for lacrosse players – a team game in which two teams aim to hit the opponent’s goal with a rubber ball. A stick (cross) with a net tied at the end (“pocket”) is used for the game, with the help of which the ball is caught, carried and thrown at the opponent’s goal.
For the $ 1400 they received from their parents at their graduation, the friends used Tradekey.com and Alibaba.com to gauge the demand for socks they designed with Microsoft Paint. They depicted the Space Needle tower, one of the symbols of Seattle, towering over the horizon. Three months later, they sold their entire stock of 1,000 for $ 6 a pair.In parallel, students attended lectures on finance, business and marketing.
There are now 25 Seattle stores selling the Strideline brand for $ 12 a pair. Goodman says the firm has reached $ 200,000 in turnover in a year, half of which is profit. They added 11 new designs this summer, including panoramas of New York, St. Louis and San Francisco.

American Lacrosse Conference ( ALC ) was a women’s lacrosse-only college athletic conference whose members competed in the division level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). All ALC members throughout its history have been located in the eastern half of the United States. The conference was founded in 2001 ahead of the 2002 NCAA lacrosse season with seven participants; nine schools have been members at one time or another throughout its history.
In 2009-2010, two more Southeastern Conference universities joined the ALC: South Carolina and Florida. The South Carolina program was delayed due to a lack of a start schedule In 2011, it was announced that the conference would add Michigan as a seventh member. The Wolverines began the NCAA competition in 2013-2014 after the program moved from club to university status.
Beginning in the 2015 season, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and the Northwest joined the states of Maryland and Rutgers in the new Big Ten women’s lacrosse league, and the Johns Hopkins women’s lacrosse team became independent. In April 2014, it was announced that the two remaining programs, Florida and Vanderbilt, would join the Big East Conference as affiliate members in 2015, leaving the 2014 season as the last season in the history of the American Lacrosse Conference.
End members
In its last season, ALC had seven members in the Eastern United States:
Former members
Schools that left ALC prior to 2014 include Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, and Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Davidson later moved on to the National Lacrosse Conference, later became an associate member of the Big South Conference and now hosts his women’s lacrosse team alongside most of his other sports at the Atlantic 10.Ohio University pulled out of the ALC when the OU Athletics Department decided to abandon several athletic programs, including women’s lacrosse in January 2007.

– What are you planning to do in the near future?
– After the video was published on the Web at home, they also paid attention to us, now we are receiving proposals for joint projects. So we will start implementing new ideas soon.
So far I am ready to develop in the direction of tourism. It would be interesting to do several author’s projects, but funded. I would like to create something in a format that has not yet existed. But in life I am more interested in art cinematography. I have a lot of ideas, they come unexpectedly, the main thing is to have time to write them down, and there will be time for implementation.
– How did you come up with the idea of creating the project “Turn on your story!”?
– I have always been interested in tourism, I like to travel and receive guests. This led me to couchsurfing, which I have been seriously into for a long time.(Couchsurfing is an online guest network service where people from different countries provide each other with assistance and accommodation during their travels and organize joint trips. – Author’s note). At that time, I realized that the youth of Europe did not know about Yaroslavl at all. If everyone knows Moscow and St. Petersburg, then most of my foreign acquaintances have heard about our city for the first time. This is unfair, because we have a huge tourism potential. I think it needs to be developed – and in the youth spirit too. It is necessary to attract a young foreign tourist, not just pensioners.
Our rich history is a great background for creating something bigger, new. You can’t preserve the city, you need to develop, become livelier, more advanced. But at the same time, preserve the historical heritage.
During my hobby I received about 100 people from different European countries, Australia and Canada in Yaroslavl. As a rule, the guys ended up here by chance, arriving in Moscow and deciding in the last couple of days to see what is outside of it. This could not continue, and two years ago I decided to make a film about the Yaroslavl Region. It should be accessible to every inhabitant of the planet, short, but as informative and interesting as possible, and most importantly, understandable in any language.
For a year I was hatching an idea, and in May 2017 we shot the first frame. Now the video is posted on the Web and is available for viewing anywhere in the world. If at least one person, for example, somewhere in Holland, looks at it and wants to visit Yaroslavl, I will be glad, then it’s not in vain and I managed to pay tribute to my small homeland.
– What difficulties did you face while working on the video?
– In addition to the lack of funding, one of the difficulties was my constant position in the frame – in the chair relative to the camera.Empirically, we calculated the ideal distance between the camera and the chair – 653 centimeters, respectively, it should remain constant. A roulette tape came to the rescue, without which it was impossible to do, which did not prevent us from losing two pieces during the filming. It was difficult not to forget anything, to take a chair, a remote control. In one of the shots, by the way, I have a telephone instead of a remote control, since I have forgotten it. Also, my appearance had to remain unchanged: hair and clothes. Poor slippers, you’ve had enough!
It was not easy during the filming. We didn’t know in which frame what movement would go during editing, so I could sit in a chair for an hour, doing the same movements: clicking the remote control fast, slow, even slower, crossed my legs, moved closer, and left.
But the most difficult thing was to “put together” the film. From a huge number of shots, you need to build order, edit, adjust the music … For example, I had to work on a one-second shot on the water for two full days! The project was not easy for me, but it was worth it.
– Which competitor’s work did you like?
– The competition is very strong. For example, in our nomination “Region” were Catalonia with the excellent film “The road of faith”, the favorite of the previous stages, and the excellent shot “Get your own free Faroese” about the Faroe Islands. Also among the participants was Georgia with an interesting advertising film “Dinner with Georgia”. This is a video about the country’s 6 millionth tourist who is greeted as a high-ranking guest. Representatives of the authorities, including the Prime Minister, were filmed in the video. The film has already won 42 awards worldwide. I also really liked the video in the time lapse technique – fast and slow motion – by the Ukrainian Kirill Neyezhmakov about Florence.
– How did the video about Yaroslavl end up at the prestigious film festival?
– Accidentally. When the video was ready, on the Internet I came across the world association of travel films – CIFFT. We were just finishing accepting applications for the Istanbul Festival, which is part of CIFFT, we managed to send the video a day before closing.
The Travel Film Association covers about 16 festivals around the world: in the Maldives, Portugal, the USA and other countries. The movie earns points at every stage. The Istanbul Festival is one of the stages, in December in Vienna the results will be summed up, where the best tourist video of the year will be chosen.
You can get involved in the project at any stage, but the more you miss, the less chances you have to become the video of the year. Since half of the festivals have passed us by, we do not expect to win in the overall standings. Nevertheless, we have already been invited to other festivals of the association: to Portugal, Greece, Serbia. I am very proud to represent my home region with my videos in other countries.
– How many people worked on the film and how long did the work take?
– There were four of us in the project team: I acted as a screenwriter, director and actor, Alexander Drobzhev became the operator of the video, Yulia Nikolaeva was the producer, and our sound engineer Vladimir Epifantsev was a composer, he wrote music specially for this video. By the way, after the video was watched and posted on his social networks by the Russian journalist and popular video blogger Yuri Dud, the comments rained down with questions “What kind of track?”.It’s nice that not only the video was appreciated, but also the musical talents of our sound engineer.
Work on the film lasted a whole year, although at first they thought it would be finished in the middle of summer. Initially, we wanted to include 100 attractions in the video, but only 50 were included in the video. Many ideas could not be realized technically or financially, because we did everything with our own money, without any support. They thought to play the scene from “Afoni”, which we filmed, they wanted to shoot Mother Volga at the Rybinsk locks, but there was no way to get there, the territory was fenced off.As a result, the brightest and most accessible objects were included. If we had administrative resources, it could have been done much steeper.
We were helped by ordinary people, dancers, athletes. For example, when I turned to the American football team “Rebels” Dima Rozov, he not only readily organized the filming during the training of his team, but also helped with others – in baseball and lacrosse. All responded with great pleasure, took an active part and were very much looking forward to the release of the video, constantly asking. And we only fed with promises, repeatedly postponing the video output. By the end, the guys had already lost all hope and were not interested. It was a big surprise for them to see this film, everyone was happy.
We put parts of our souls into the video. It was an interesting and intense year of work, during which we rediscovered our native land. We hope that the film will attract not only foreigners and guests from other regions, but also allow the inhabitants of our region to learn something new.
– You went to the awards ceremony, tell us what was the most memorable for you?
– 75 people from 30 countries came to the ceremony, the concentration of the most talented people went through the roof! It was incredibly interesting to communicate with professionals in their field, we returned inspired, with a huge number of ideas.
We were received very well – both by the jury and other participants. The works were evaluated by experts from Jordan, Azerbaijan, Poland, Spain, Austria, Turkey …
Due to the fact that we sent an application for participation on the last day, our film was the only one that none of the participants saw, only the jury. Before the start of the solemn part, one of its members – Pole Zbigniew Zmucki, who won an Oscar in 2006 as a producer for a short animated film, came up to me and congratulated me in Russian, saying that he really liked the video. It turns out that he once met our fellow Oscar-bearer, animator Alexander Petrov. He asked me to say hello to him.
As the director from Jordan Ala Hamdan told a Turkish TV channel, we took first place, as we managed to capture the soul and mood of the region, and this is what makes the travel film good.
