Advanced Technology for Enhanced Performance
The Brine Dynasty Elite III incorporates several technological advancements to boost player performance. How do these innovations impact gameplay?
True Offset Technology
This stick utilizes True Offset Technology, which increases ball control and shot power. The offset design creates a deeper pocket, allowing players to cradle the ball more securely and generate more force when shooting.
LOC-THROAT Design
The LOC-THROAT design is a unique feature that optimizes the connection between the head and handle. This results in a more responsive and unified feel, allowing players to have better control over their movements and ball handling.
Taper Rail Design
The Taper Rail design focuses on enhancing the feel and control of the ball. By optimizing the transition at the sweet spot, players can experience improved ball retention and more precise passing and shooting.
Pocket Design and String Configuration
The pocket is a crucial component of any lacrosse stick, and the Brine Dynasty Elite III doesn’t disappoint in this area. What makes its pocket design special?
Grid-Flex Pocket
The Grid-Flex pocket is engineered to naturally place the ball in the sweet spot. This design element helps players maintain control of the ball and execute quick releases when needed.
Tilt-Tech String Holes
The Unique string hole configuration, based on the Tilt-Tech design, creates multi-directional string holes. This feature allows for a more customizable pocket and helps to form the ultimate sweet spot for optimal ball control.
Weight Reduction and Strength Balance
One of the challenges in designing high-performance lacrosse sticks is balancing weight reduction with maintaining structural integrity. How does the Brine Dynasty Elite III address this issue?
The stick employs Strategic Core-Tech, which is applied from the throat to the sweet spot. This technology allows for a lightweight feel while maximizing stiffness in critical areas. The result is a stick that’s easy to maneuver without sacrificing the power and accuracy needed for competitive play.

The Impact of Design on Gameplay
The thoughtful design elements of the Brine Dynasty Elite III have a significant impact on how players can perform on the field. How do these design choices translate to real-world gameplay advantages?
Improved Ball Control
The combination of the Grid-Flex pocket and Tilt-Tech string holes allows for superior ball retention. Players can cradle the ball more securely, reducing the risk of turnovers and improving their ability to maintain possession under pressure.
Enhanced Shooting Power
The Core-Tech Sidewall Design and True Offset Technology work together to maximize shot power. By strategically reinforcing key areas of the stick, players can generate more force behind their shots without sacrificing accuracy.
Increased Passing Accuracy
The Super V-Scoop feature contributes to improved passing accuracy. This design element helps players to scoop ground balls more efficiently and release passes with greater precision, leading to smoother team play and more successful assists.
Customization and Personal Preference
While the Brine Dynasty Elite III comes ready to play out of the box, many players prefer to customize their sticks to suit their individual playing styles. What options are available for personalization?
Players can adjust the pocket tension and depth by restringing the stick or making minor adjustments to the existing strings. This allows for fine-tuning of the stick’s performance characteristics to match personal preferences or position-specific requirements.
Additionally, the dual-color shaft design adds a touch of personal style, allowing players to express themselves on the field while maintaining a professional appearance.
Durability and Long-Term Performance
Investing in a high-quality lacrosse stick is only worthwhile if it can withstand the rigors of regular play. How does the Brine Dynasty Elite III hold up over time?
The stick’s construction prioritizes durability without adding unnecessary weight. The Core-Tech Sidewall Design not only enhances performance but also contributes to the overall strength of the head. This means players can expect consistent performance throughout multiple seasons of play.
The lightweight Dynasty Elite Shaft is engineered to resist bending and breaking, even under the high-stress conditions of competitive play. This durability ensures that players can rely on their equipment game after game.
Comparing the Brine Dynasty Elite III to Other Sticks
With numerous lacrosse sticks on the market, it’s essential to understand how the Brine Dynasty Elite III stacks up against the competition. What sets this stick apart from other options?
Performance vs. Price
The Brine Dynasty Elite III offers a compelling balance of high-end features at a reasonable price point. While there are more expensive sticks available, few can match the performance-to-price ratio of this model, making it an attractive option for players looking to maximize their investment.
Versatility
Many sticks are designed with a specific playing style or position in mind. The Brine Dynasty Elite III, however, offers versatility that makes it suitable for various positions and skill levels. This adaptability is particularly valuable for younger players who may still be exploring different roles on the field.
Technological Integration
The integration of multiple advanced technologies in a single stick sets the Brine Dynasty Elite III apart from many of its competitors. While other sticks may excel in one or two areas, the comprehensive approach to design in this model creates a well-rounded tool for players.
The Importance of Proper Stick Maintenance
To get the most out of the Brine Dynasty Elite III, players need to maintain their equipment properly. What are some key maintenance tips for this stick?
- Regularly check and tighten screws to ensure the head remains securely attached to the shaft
- Clean the stick after each use, especially if playing in wet or muddy conditions
- Store the stick in a cool, dry place to prevent warping or damage to the strings
- Periodically inspect the pocket for wear and adjust or replace strings as needed
- Avoid leaving the stick in extreme temperatures, such as in a hot car, which can affect the shape and integrity of the head
By following these maintenance practices, players can ensure their Brine Dynasty Elite III continues to perform at its best for many seasons.
The Role of Equipment in Skill Development
While having a high-quality stick like the Brine Dynasty Elite III can enhance a player’s performance, it’s important to remember that equipment is just one part of the equation. How does this stick contribute to overall skill development?
The advanced features of the Brine Dynasty Elite III provide players with a tool that can grow with them as they develop their skills. The stick’s responsiveness and accuracy allow players to focus on refining their technique without being held back by equipment limitations.
However, it’s crucial for players to understand that the stick is an extension of their own abilities. Regular practice, proper technique, and a deep understanding of the game are all necessary to fully leverage the advantages offered by this high-performance stick.
Making the Decision: Is the Brine Dynasty Elite III Right for You?
Choosing the right lacrosse stick is a personal decision that depends on various factors. How can players determine if the Brine Dynasty Elite III is the right choice for their needs?
Consider the following questions:
- What is your current skill level, and what are your goals for improvement?
- Do you play a specific position that might benefit from the stick’s features?
- Are you looking for a stick that can adapt to different playing styles as you develop?
- Is the balance of performance and affordability important to you?
- Do you value a stick that’s ready to use immediately but also allows for customization?
If the answers to these questions align with the features and benefits of the Brine Dynasty Elite III, it may be an excellent choice for your lacrosse equipment needs.
The Evolution of Lacrosse Stick Design
The Brine Dynasty Elite III represents the current state of lacrosse stick technology, but how has stick design evolved over the years? Understanding this evolution can help players appreciate the advancements incorporated into modern sticks like the Dynasty Elite III.
Traditional Wooden Sticks
Historically, lacrosse sticks were crafted from wood, often hickory, and featured leather or gut strings. These sticks were heavy and required significant maintenance but offered a natural feel that many players appreciated.
Introduction of Synthetic Materials
The shift to synthetic materials in the mid-20th century revolutionized lacrosse stick design. Plastic heads and metal shafts reduced weight and improved durability, allowing for faster play and more precise ball control.
Advanced Composites and Engineering
Modern sticks like the Brine Dynasty Elite III utilize advanced composite materials and computer-aided design to optimize performance. These technologies allow for precise control over flex, weight distribution, and pocket formation, resulting in sticks that can enhance player abilities in ways that were previously impossible.
The Brine Dynasty Elite III embodies this evolution, combining years of design refinement with cutting-edge materials and manufacturing techniques to create a stick that’s at the forefront of lacrosse technology.
The Impact of Stick Choice on Team Dynamics
While individual performance is crucial in lacrosse, the sport is ultimately a team game. How does the choice of stick, such as the Brine Dynasty Elite III, affect team dynamics and overall play?
Consistency Across Positions
Teams that use consistent equipment across different positions can develop a more cohesive playing style. The versatility of the Brine Dynasty Elite III allows it to be used effectively by players in various roles, potentially leading to improved team coordination and strategy execution.
Confidence in Equipment
When players trust their equipment, they can focus more on strategy and teamwork rather than worrying about their stick’s performance. The reliability and high-performance features of the Brine Dynasty Elite III can contribute to increased player confidence, which often translates to better on-field decision-making and risk-taking when appropriate.
Adaptability in Play
The balanced design of the Brine Dynasty Elite III allows players to adapt quickly to different game situations. This adaptability can lead to more dynamic team play, as players can seamlessly transition between defensive and offensive roles without being limited by their equipment.
By considering these factors, coaches and team managers can make informed decisions about equipment choices that not only benefit individual players but also contribute to overall team success.

Living conditions in the Western world today are relatively comfortable compared to those difficult times.Although we didn’t reach a “working paradise”, we nevertheless ended up much closer to it than our ancestors could have imagined. However, with all this prosperity and even abundance, having the opportunity to travel the world, receive any information, buy any things and products in the store, instead of constantly fighting for our existence, why are we still unhappy? Is the idea of happiness itself an illusion?

Questions are raised about contemporary problems and options for their solutions. Because in the modern rhythm of life, it is becoming more and more difficult to remain a Woman with a capital letter of this word. And what is dangerous – the very essence, the basis of the feminine principle – her feelings, desires, the power of love remains covered with oblivion. And a huge number of beautiful inhabitants of the planet are beating like a fish on ice, in search of their place under the sun, torn between the spiritual and the material, between the process and the result, feelings and duty.
This book will be relevant precisely for those who want to understand, first of all, in themselves, to understand, accept, realize how to find harmony. And, as a result, to be feminine and desirable.

Badboy Daniel “Virtuoso”
“We all know how important the INTERNAL GAME is, but have you ever stopped to ask yourself what the INTERNAL GAME really is? This is when I just memorized the material very well, or maybe when I improved the clarity of my voice?
In fact, the Inner Play is based on confidence, beliefs and a general attitude towards life.Whether you realize it or not, your focus is constantly on the women you are talking to. If you have a strong, persistent and positive attitude towards life, women will naturally be attracted to you. As it happens with most straight people.
They develop these three aspects of their identity: confidence, beliefs and attitude towards life. When this happens, they start to feel more confident and start acting like a prize, which is definitely ATTRACTIVE to the WOMAN. ”

Sports – DESIGNERS FROM RUSSIA
Dear ladies, this topic will not be very new for you, but it is still relevant to this day. What will be discussed ?! Each girl is preoccupied with her appearance and body. And if the hairstyle, face, nails do not take much time and money, then with the figure, on the contrary, everything is not so fast and easy.
Some of you “choke” on various diets downloaded from the Internet, some 2-3 times a week will run for 10 minutes, and then simply give up, and some still go to the fitness club. Fitness ladies of a kind are also divided into subgroups. Those who go to the gym in order to give their body relief, tighten and round out shapes, remove excess adipose tissue, and those who run around it the 10th way, replacing it with balances, stretching and a pool.
To the question “why” and “what is the reason for such fear”, very funny answers come – “I don’t want to be like those bodybuilders”, “why do I need healthy shoulders and legs like a weightlifter”, “I have weak joints”, “I’m a girl gentle “” simulator is masculine, normal feminine girls will not go there. “You will laugh, but these are real answers from my coaching work.
Why is this happening? And why are such ridiculous delusions? Let us examine in more detail all the mistakes, misconceptions and your myths …
“Fear of swinging”
You can not be afraid of this by signing up for the gym. Everyone knows that the hormonal system plays an important role in building a figure in both men and women. The main assistant in the “building” of muscle tissue is the hormone testosterone. It is produced in small quantities in the adrenal glands. Just compare! The norm in women is 0.31 – 3.78 nmol / l. The norm for men is 11 – 33 nmol / l.
What is the conclusion? The content of this hormone is too low in a woman’s blood, so you cannot swing like a man. This is the most important and important factor in relation to strength training and resistance. Of course, there are features of the structure of the body, blood composition. But these are very rare deviations. Ugly, masculine bodybuilders did not become that way in the usual way and with the usual diet. These are people who purposefully go to such forms for years. And it’s no secret to anyone that the world of fitness is heavily addicted to anabolic drugs.
Anabolic agents – substances whose action is aimed at enhancing anabolic processes in the body, that is, substances that accelerate the formation and renewal of structural parts of cells, tissues and muscle structures. Of course, these are not natural paths. Therefore, you can be calm about your figure and femininity. With strength training in the gym, it will not go anywhere, but on the contrary, it will get better.
“Harm to joints”
If you, entering the gym, immediately rush to the bar on your own, then yes, problems with the spine and knees are guaranteed. But in any gym there is an instructor on duty who will conduct the initial instruction, based on your contraindications for health and level of training, select and write out the ideal program for you. As for the burden (additional weight), it increases gradually, as the body gets used to the stress.Nobody will throw 200 kg at you. Joints and ligaments also gradually adapt to stress. For example, exercising for yourself with the same barbell or dumbbells, the risk of breaking something or injuring yourself is minimal than doing jogging or cycling. Therefore, you do not need to be afraid to bypass the simulators.
“Heavy training harms the flexibility of the body”
Question, what is the result of yoga, Pilates or just stretching? It’s good if you are slim, with an aspen waist, with an excellent metabolism, and in general nature has bestowed you the best, but if, on the contrary, you are prone to obesity? These group programs will not give you results, excess weight will go away rather slowly, I would say nothing at all (and depending on what the diet is)! How can simulators affect flexibility? No way! It is just necessary to stretch before and after training according to the program. Some trainers practice stretching after each exercise. Could be so. Depends on the target nature of the training.
“No, just show me the treadmill how to turn it on and that’s it”
Cardio is the foundation of fat burning. But strength and functional training together will speed up and increase the process and the speed of the result. If the goal is to lose weight – after training at least 30 minutes of vigorous walking, if the goal is relief and volume – just warm up before training.Everything is individual and everything must be in harmony. Some people ask questions “I run 10 km every morning, I lost weight for the first month, and then the results got up” That’s right, because the body is used to a monotonous load. But we will talk about this a little later and in more detail with you.
“I don’t need sports food”
Girls, dear, sports nutrition is not chemistry. Even doctors prescribe sports nutrition for professional athletes, when they need additional trace elements and vitamins for recovery. These are biologically active dietary supplements that will help you achieve the desired results faster (fat burners, energy, proteins, etc.). For example, a fat burner will only work in conjunction with intense exercise and diet. And protein helps build muscle, relieve pain after heavy exertion, restore fibers and nourish them.
So, what does it take to create the perfect, toned body without swinging? Let’s start in order.
- Diet.
Believe me, unhealthy eating habits harm your figure more than overdoing it in sports. The success of working on your body depends 70% on proper nutrition and 30% on exercise. First of all, they get rid of body fat with proper nutrition and rejection of junk food. The effect of sports without a healthy diet is almost impossible!
Eliminate this from your diet:
- Flour (bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, etc.).
- Canned food, pickles, marinades.
- Sausages and smoked meats.
- Pasta.
- Sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.).
- Sweets, milk chocolate.
- Carbonated drinks.
- Alcohol.
- Packaged fruit juices.
In order to speed up the metabolism, cleanse the intestines and increase the digestibility of food, it is necessary to drink 1. 5-2 liters of purified water daily and consume as much fresh plant food as possible: vegetables, fruits, berries and herbs. These foods are high in fiber, vitamins and minerals that help improve digestion. More protein, less carbohydrates! Protein is actively involved in building muscle mass. Eat animal and plant protein in conjunction with fiber on a regular basis.
There should be no simple carbohydrates, more complex carbohydrates (cereals). It is because of simple carbohydrates that we lose our graceful shape and turn into real “donuts”. Love for buns, sandwiches, pasta and chocolates is reflected in the form of “fat” on the thighs, stomach and arms.Don’t let your figure float! It is correct to consume carbohydrate foods in the morning, since the body generates energy for you for the whole day, in the evening this energy will be useless.
And by the way, your post-workout swelling is also a consequence of a poor diet. Therefore, first cleanse your body of toxins, salts and toxins. More wholesome food and more pure water, and gradually the body will begin to cleanse itself and remove excess water and better “melt fat”.
Well, the result is “how not to pump”? The principle of training.
Very many of you make the mistake of starting physical activity only with strength exercises. You are simply working the muscles underneath the layer of adipose tissue. They are poured and the body then looks voluminous. Therefore, we combine strength training with cardio training.
Basic training scheme:
Cardio – 15 minutes.
Power loads – 30 minutes.
Flexibility Exercises – 10 minutes.
Go in for sports 3-4 times a week for 55 minutes, alternating workouts every other day. Gradually, you will observe changes in your body and body. Be patient! The effect of volume, about which I wrote to you above, will pass over time, when the muscles get used to the load. Be sure to massage after workouts to speed up muscle recovery and add firmness.
Well, we talked about all the nuances, sorted out the most common misconceptions and fears that so often lead girls who do not want to go to the gym.But it is the hall that will help make your body beautiful and relief. And do not take stupid rumors and stereotypes closely. All sports!

Today is the closing ceremony of the 2020/2021 season.Don’t miss the broadcast!
On June 8, the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall will host the closing ceremony for the 2020/2021 KHL season.
This evening, the main characters of the last championship will receive awards, and you can watch the ceremony on KHL TV channels – the broadcast starts at 19:10.
Leaders in terms of statistical indicators, whose names are already known (the best scorer Vadim Shipachev, the best sniper Dmitry Yashkin, the most productive defender Chris Wideman), will receive their well-deserved trophies this evening, in the nominations determined by voting, no one knows the winners yet – they will be announced just before delivery. Timur Bilyalov (Ak Bars), Edward Pasquale (Lokomotiv) and Lars Johansson (CSKA) are competing for the prize for the best goalkeeper.
Timur Bilyalov broke into the KHL goalkeeper elite last season, following which he was recognized as the best in the League. He delivered a fantastic “dry” streak lasting more than 316 minutes – a record in the history of both the KHL and all Russian championships. In the current regular season, his performance slightly decreased, but still remained at a fairly high level, and in the playoffs Timur added and won nine matches out of 11, reflecting 95.3% of shots and conceding an average of 1.26 goals per match. This season is only the third full season for Timur in the League, previously he divided his time between the main team and the farm club. In 2016, he became the champion, best goalkeeper and most valuable player in the playoffs in the VHL, and in 2020 – the best goalkeeper in the KHL.
At the end of the regular season, Edward Pasquale entered the top five most playing goalkeepers, and was the only one in it to concede less than 80 goals. Of the 41 matches played, he won 25, and shared the first place with Vladislav Podyapolsky on this indicator. He has five “crackers” in the regular season (the second result among all goalkeepers), plus four more in the playoffs. Pasquale is in the League for the second season, and, which is typical, his statistics in two different teams – Barys and Lokomotiv – remain at about the same level. This level is high in the regular season, and it rises even more – also about the same – in the playoffs, which testifies not only to class, but also to stability. Previously, Edward has achieved various successes – both individual and team – in the Ontario Junior League and the American Hockey League; in the latter he was a champion.Lars Johansson entered the 2020/2021 season only from the end of October, and played only 24 matches in the regular season, of which he won 19, reflecting 93.2% of shots and conceding an average of 1.59 goals per game. At the same time, the reliability coefficient of 1.
59 – unattainable for most of his colleagues, and indeed the best in the season among goalkeepers who played at least ten matches – was the lowest for Lars during his performance in the KHL. In the playoffs, his performance looked even more impressive – 95.2% of reflected shots and 1.2 goals conceded on average per game. And the main achievement was seven matches “to zero” – in the entire history of the Gagarin Cup no one has succeeded. Johansson’s overall reliability coefficient for the regular season and playoffs (1.39), as well as the percentage of reflected shots (94.3%), are the best in the past season among all League goalkeepers who have played at least ten matches. This season was the fourth for Lars in the KHL. He came to CSKA with the title of champion and the best goalkeeper in the Swedish Hockey League; in four years he added to them the title of the Gagarin Cup winner (2019) and twice (2018 and 2020) became the best in terms of reliability. The nominees for the Alexei Cherepanov Prize for Best Newcomer of the Season are Zakhar Bardakov (Vityaz), Maxim Sorkin (CSKA) and Yegor Chinakhov (Avangard).
In the seasons 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, Zakhar Bardakov was the most penalized hockey player in the MHL (122 and 149 minutes, respectively), and in the last championship he firmly established himself in the main team of Vityaz. In the first half of the season, his playing time rarely exceeded ten minutes, and sometimes was even limited to one or two minutes. But after the World Youth Championship, the situation changed dramatically: 16-18 minutes on the ice became the norm for Zakhar, and this did not take long to affect his performance. If in the first 27 matches he scored two points, then in the last 17 – already nine. Particularly successful was the segment in late January – early February: Bardakov played a five-match streak, during which he invariably hit the goal of his rivals.
This season for Maxim Sorkin is the second in the KHL, but the first full-fledged: in the previous one he took part in 18 matches. In the 2020/2021 regular season, he has already played 46 games – only five CSKA strikers have more. In them, Maxim scored 12 (5 + 7) points, and in the playoffs missed only one meeting, and added one more goal and an assist to his statistics. His puck summed up the six-game confrontation between CSKA and SKA in the Western Conference final: Sorkin scored it with a 1-0 score, and this was the last goal in that series.
Yegor Chinakhov had a very confident debut season, from the very beginning he was firmly entrenched in the basis of Avangard, and regularly went out on the ice even as a member of the special team for the implementation of the majority. In 32 regular season games, he scored 17 (10 + 7) points, in the playoffs – 5 + 2 in 21 meetings, and as a result, he became the most productive hockey player of the season among players whose age does not exceed 20 years.Twice he was named the best rookie of the month; in the playoffs – the best rookie in the second round. And to top it all off, he won the Gagarin Cup.
Damir Zhafyarov (Torpedo), Temu Khartikainen (Salavat Yulaev) and Vadim Shipachev (Dynamo Moscow) are competing for the Golden Stick, the prize for the most valuable player in the regular season.
Torpedo is the fifth club in Damir Zhafyarov’s career, and it was there that he made the most progress, improving his performance and updating his personal records every year.In the first Nizhny Novgorod season, Damir scored 13 goals and scored 30 points, in the second – 17 and 37, in the current – 20 and 61. At the same time, Zhafyarov set a club record for the number of points scored in one season, not only in the KHL, but in all domestic championships; the previous achievement lasted 38 years. In the regular season scorers race, Zhafyarov finished third, after Vadim Shipachev and Temu Khartikainen.
Temu Hartikainen has been in the KHL since 2013, and all this time has been playing for one team.He has 394 (173 + 221) points in 519 matches. In the last regular season, Tema scored 28 goals and gave 36 assists – both indicators, as well as the number of points scored (64), are record for him. It is also a scorer’s and sniper’s records for generally all hockey players from Finland to the KHL. In one of the matches – against Ak Bars on January 10 – Hartikainen scored four goals, which has never been possible for any player of Salavat Yulaev during the entire existence of the KHL.Vadim Shipachev became the top scorer of the regular season for the second time in a row, gaining 67 (20 + 47) points in 57 matches. At the same time, he surpassed his last year’s result by two points, having spent four games less. Shipachev is a two-time winner of the Gagarin Cup. He played for Severstal, SKA and Dynamo Moscow, and in just three seasons became the blue-and-white top scorer in KHL history – 63 goals and 160 assists. During the current season, Vadim became the second hockey player in the history of the League to step over two significant milestones – 500 assists and 700 points. The title of the best coach will go to Igor Nikitin (CSKA), or Andrey Razin (Severstal), or Bob Hartley (Avangard).
Under the leadership of Igor Nikitin, the Moscow army team, despite the very significant losses in the squad, were able to win the regular season again. And for the third time in a row we reached the final of the Gagarin Cup.
Andrei Razin put together a nice and combative team in Cherepovets, which in the regular season beat Ak Bars, Avtomobilist, Avangard, Jokerit and Metallurg, and for the first time in three years reached the playoffs. But the main thing is that Severstal was the youngest team in the championship, its average age was 25 years and 60 days.
Bob Hartley led Avangard to the first Gagarin Cup, and became the owner of a unique coaching achievement – he became a champion in all leagues he worked. Avangard was not considered a favorite either in the final series of the East against Ak Bars, or in the main final against CSKA, but won the Cup in a series of crazy heat.
There will also be awarded prizes named after Andrey Starovoitov and Mikhail Galinovsky (for the chief and line referee, respectively), named after Valentin Sych (the best club manager), named after Sergei Gimaev (for loyalty to hockey – the best playing veteran mentor), and the symbolic team of the season, members which will receive Golden helmets.
