#RunTheCoast #GoneCoastal
That’s a wrap for another amazing year for Coastal Lacrosse Academy.
This year the boys program added a few more teams, allowing us to gave 11 total on the boys side which was a big jump but our coaches and staff stepped up to the challenge provided a great experience for everyone! we had 3 tournament champions in the 2030s, 2025 Teals, and 2026s and had a number of teams come up just short in the championships or semis./cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_image/image/60794897/LXM18_PENN_037_.0.jpg)
Regardless, every single player that wore that trident got better and had fun throughout the year!
This year we also added a girls side to Coastal and they have grown in numbers and strength in just one year. The coaches have been dedicated to providing as much as they possibly can for these girls and the players and coaches have gone above and beyond all expectations! It truly shows the girls appreciate it and it’s paying off when the teams consistently get better throughout the year! I’m super proud of these girls and am proud to have them under our umbrella.
Finally the culture. Our coaches have created such a culture within the club that our players play for each other and trust our coaches. We’ve always done MVT (most valuable teammate) to promote teamwork and leadership, but a few teams took it a step further by giving out hard hats, hammers, SWAG CHAINS! Being just another club that you can play lacrosse at is not enough to us. We want every player in this club to come out a better player, teammate, leader, neighbor, friend, brother/sister, son/daughter, human than when they arrived.
We are proud of our coaches for embodying that mentality and running with it.
I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for all of the players, parents, and supporters that have helped us throughout the year. A special thank you to our admin, Michele Smith, and our women’s director, Emily Ewin for keeping us on track, organized, and all moving in the same direction. Onto the 2023/24 season! 🔱🥍🧡🩵

What an amazing party! So much love for this Coastal family we’ve developed over the years! It’s truly what makes this club so special, the family/community of it all. I’ve seen Coastal parents and players cheer on, stick up for, and comfort other Coastal players whom they don’t even know but it doesn’t matter because they know they’re in the family.
Thank you to our incredible hosts for lending us their little backyard oasis and thank you to everyone who came out and continues to support their local club!🔱🥍🧡🩵
