This gym facility is top notch . equipment is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful
Don’t circle the lot, additional parking available at Sheltering Arms and Pershing Middle School after 5 and on weekends.
If you want to release from the Monday’s come to my every Monday at 5:30 pm H.I.I.T and HOLL@! class. And hour of high intensity interval training. Come in and HOLL@! at me 🙂
Get here early for parking on the weekend. It fills up quickly!
