How do amorphous and crystalline aerosol particles interact with water vapor. What are the key differences in their behavior. How does this affect climate and atmospheric processes. What new insights have recent studies revealed about aerosol-water interactions.
The Nature of Amorphous vs. Crystalline Aerosols
Aerosols play a crucial role in atmospheric processes and climate effects. Their interactions with water vapor are particularly significant, influencing properties, transformations, and overall impact. Recent research has shed light on the distinct behaviors of amorphous and crystalline aerosol particles when exposed to water vapor.
Amorphous particles lack a defined crystal structure and can exist in various states, including glasses, rubbers, gels, or viscous liquids. In contrast, crystalline particles have a regular, ordered internal structure. This fundamental difference leads to distinct behaviors in their interactions with water vapor.
Key Characteristics of Amorphous Aerosols
- Tendency to form from organic substances
- Gradual water absorption
- Lower deliquescence relative humidity
- Potential for gel-like structures
- Kinetic limitations in water uptake and release
Experimental Insights: H-TDMA Analysis
A hygroscopicity tandem differential mobility analyzer (H-TDMA) was employed to investigate the hydration and dehydration processes of both amorphous and crystalline particles. The study focused on crystalline ammonium sulfate, amorphous oxalic acid, and amorphous levoglucosan particles, each approximately 100 nm in diameter. The experiments were conducted under relative humidity conditions ranging from 5% to 95% at 298 K.
What did the H-TDMA analysis reveal? The experimental data, combined with Köhler model calculations, provided valuable insights into several aspects of particle behavior:
- Particle microstructure
- Surface adsorption mechanisms
- Bulk absorption processes
- Phase transitions
- Hygroscopic growth patterns
Formation and Classification of Amorphous Phases
Many organic substances commonly found in atmospheric aerosols tend to form amorphous phases rather than crystalline structures when aqueous solution droplets dry. These amorphous phases can be categorized based on their viscosity and microstructure:
- Glasses: Extremely high viscosity, solid-like behavior
- Rubbers: High viscosity, elastic properties
- Gels: Network structures with liquid-filled pores
- Viscous liquids: Lower viscosity, flow under stress
How does the formation of these amorphous phases affect aerosol behavior? The presence of amorphous phases can significantly alter the water uptake characteristics and phase transitions of aerosol particles compared to their crystalline counterparts.
Water Vapor Absorption and Deliquescence
One of the most striking differences between amorphous and crystalline aerosols lies in their water vapor absorption behavior. Amorphous organic substances exhibit a tendency to absorb water vapor at lower relative humidity levels compared to crystalline particles of the same chemical composition.
This phenomenon results in a gradual deliquescence process for amorphous particles, in contrast to the sharp phase transition observed in crystalline substances. The implications of this behavior are far-reaching, affecting the particles’ overall hygroscopic growth and their potential to act as cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) or ice nuclei (IN).
Factors Influencing Water Uptake in Amorphous Aerosols
- Chemical composition
- Particle size
- Relative humidity
- Temperature
- Presence of other atmospheric constituents
Structural Transitions and Network Formation
During hydration and dehydration cycles, certain organic substances can undergo fascinating structural changes. These transitions involve the formation of rubber-like or gel-like structures, often referred to as supramolecular networks.
What happens during these structural transitions? The particles can shift between swollen and collapsed network structures, dramatically altering their physical properties and interaction with water vapor. This dynamic behavior adds another layer of complexity to understanding and modeling aerosol-water interactions in the atmosphere.
Examples of Network-Forming Substances
- Polysaccharides
- Proteins
- Humic-like substances
- Certain organic acids
Kinetic Limitations in Water Uptake and Release
The formation of organic gels or (semi-)solid amorphous shells introduces significant kinetic limitations to the water uptake and release processes in aerosol particles. These limitations arise from the low molecular diffusivity within these structures, which can impede the movement of water molecules.
How do these kinetic limitations affect aerosol behavior? The presence of such barriers can influence:
- Hygroscopic growth rates
- Cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) activation
- Ice nuclei (IN) formation
- Uptake of gaseous photo-oxidants
- Chemical transformation and aging processes
Understanding these kinetic limitations is crucial for accurately predicting aerosol behavior in atmospheric models and assessing their impact on climate processes.
Particle Morphology and Porosity
The shape and porosity of aerosol particles formed through the dehydration of aqueous solution droplets are highly dependent on both chemical composition and drying conditions. This applies to both amorphous and crystalline particles, although the mechanisms and resulting structures can differ significantly.
In some cases, particles with highly porous structures can form, leading to remarkably high apparent volume void fractions. These structures, known as xerogels or aerogels, can have void fractions exceeding 50%.
Factors Influencing Particle Morphology
- Chemical composition of the original solution
- Drying rate and conditions
- Presence of impurities or additives
- Surface tension effects
- Phase separation during drying
The resulting particle morphology can have profound effects on the aerosol’s interaction with water vapor, its optical properties, and its overall atmospheric behavior.
Redefining Deliquescence and Efflorescence
Given the complex behavior of amorphous aerosols, there is a growing need to reconsider the traditional definitions of deliquescence and efflorescence. Historically, these terms have been primarily associated with the equilibrium phase transitions of crystalline substances.
Why should we broaden these definitions? The gradual nature of water uptake and release in amorphous particles, coupled with the potential for structural transitions and kinetic limitations, necessitates a more inclusive conceptual framework.
A proposed approach is to extend the use of these terms to encompass the full range of phase transitions and water uptake behaviors observed in both crystalline and amorphous aerosols. This broader definition would better capture the complexity of real-world atmospheric particles and improve our ability to model and predict their behavior.
Key Considerations for Expanded Definitions
- Gradual vs. sharp phase transitions
- Kinetic limitations and non-equilibrium states
- Structural changes in amorphous particles
- Hysteresis effects in hydration-dehydration cycles
By adopting a more comprehensive view of deliquescence and efflorescence, researchers can develop more accurate models and parameterizations for aerosol-water interactions in atmospheric science and climate studies.
Implications for Atmospheric Processes and Climate
The distinct behaviors of amorphous and crystalline aerosols in their interactions with water vapor have far-reaching implications for atmospheric processes and climate effects. Understanding these differences is crucial for accurately predicting and modeling various phenomena.
How do aerosol-water interactions affect climate? Some key areas of impact include:
- Cloud formation and precipitation patterns
- Radiative forcing and energy balance
- Atmospheric chemistry and aerosol aging
- Transport and deposition of pollutants
- Ice nucleation in mixed-phase and cirrus clouds
The presence of amorphous organic aerosols, with their unique water uptake characteristics and potential for structural transitions, adds complexity to these processes. For example, the gradual deliquescence of amorphous particles at lower relative humidity levels could lead to cloud formation under conditions where traditional models might not predict it.
Challenges in Climate Modeling
Incorporating the behavior of amorphous aerosols into climate models presents several challenges:
- Representing the diversity of amorphous states and compositions

Amorphous and crystalline aerosol particles interacting with water vapor: conceptual framework and experimental evidence for restructuring, phase transitions and kinetic limitations
Interactions with water are crucial for the properties, transformation and climate effects of atmospheric aerosols. Here we present a conceptual framework for the interaction of amorphous aerosol particles with water vapor, outlining characteristic features and differences in comparison to crystalline particles. We used a hygroscopicity tandem differential mobility analyzer (H-TDMA) to characterize the hydration and dehydration of crystalline ammonium sulfate, amorphous oxalic acid and amorphous levoglucosan particles (diameter ~100 nm, relative humidity 5–95% at 298 K). The experimental data and accompanying Köhler model calculations provide new insights into particle microstructure, surface adsorption, bulk absorption, phase transitions and hygroscopic growth. The results of these and related investigations lead to the following conclusions:
(1) Many organic substances, including carboxylic acids, carbohydrates and proteins, tend to form amorphous rather than crystalline phases upon drying of aqueous solution droplets. Depending on viscosity and microstructure, the amorphous phases can be classified as glasses, rubbers, gels or viscous liquids.
(2) Amorphous organic substances tend to absorb water vapor and undergo gradual deliquescence and hygroscopic growth at lower relative humidity than their crystalline counterparts.
(3) In the course of hydration and dehydration, certain organic substances can form rubber- or gel-like structures (supramolecular networks) and undergo transitions between swollen and collapsed network structures.
(4) Organic gels or (semi-)solid amorphous shells (glassy, rubbery, ultra-viscous) with low molecular diffusivity can kinetically limit the uptake and release of water and may influence the hygroscopic growth and activation of aerosol particles as cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) and ice nuclei (IN). Moreover, (semi-)solid amorphous phases may influence the uptake of gaseous photo-oxidants and the chemical transformation and aging of atmospheric aerosols.
(5) The shape and porosity of amorphous and crystalline particles formed upon dehydration of aqueous solution droplets depend on chemical composition and drying conditions. The apparent volume void fractions of particles with highly porous structures can range up to ~50% or more (xerogels, aerogels).
(6) For efficient description of water uptake and phase transitions of aerosol particles, we propose not to limit the terms deliquescence and efflorescence to equilibrium phase transitions of crystalline substances. Instead we propose generalized definitions according to which amorphous and crystalline components can undergo gradual or prompt, partial or full deliquescence or efflorescence.
We suggest that (semi-)solid amorphous phases may be important not only in the upper atmosphere as suggested in recent studies of glass formation at low temperatures. Depending on relative humidity, (semi-)solid phases and moisture-induced glass transitions may also play a role in gas-particle interactions at ambient temperatures in the lower atmosphere.3/kg)

Vaping: What You Need to Know (for Teens)
What Is Vaping?
Vaping is the inhaling of a vapor created by an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) or other vaping device.
E-cigarettes are battery-powered smoking devices. They have cartridges filled with a liquid that usually contains nicotine, flavorings, and chemicals. The liquid is heated into a vapor, which the person inhales. That’s why using e-cigarettes is called “vaping.”
What Are the Health Effects of Vaping?
Vaping hasn’t been around long enough for us to know how it affects the body over time. But health experts are reporting serious lung damage in people who vape, including some deaths.
Vaping puts nicotine into the body. Nicotine is highly addictive and can:
- slow brain development in teens and affect memory, concentration, learning, self-control, attention, and mood
- increase the risk of other types of addiction later in life
E-cigarettes also:
- irritate the lungs
- may cause serious lung damage and even death
- can lead to smoking cigarettes and other forms of tobacco use
Some people use e-cigarettes to vape marijuana, THC oil, and other dangerous chemicals. Besides irritating the lungs, these drugs also affect how someone thinks, acts, and feels.
How Do E-Cigarettes Work?
There are different kinds of e-cigarettes. But many people use the Juul. This e-cigarette looks like a flash drive and can be charged in a laptop’s USB port. It makes less smoke than other e-cigarettes, so some teens use them to vape at home and in school. The Juul pod’s nicotine levels are the same as in a full pack of cigarettes.
Do I Have to Vape Every Day to Get Addicted?
Even if you don’t vape every day, you can still get addicted. How quickly someone gets addicted varies. Some people get addicted even if they don’t vape every day.
What About E-cigarettes That Don’t Have Nicotine?
Most e-cigarettes do have nicotine. Even those that don’t do have chemicals in them. These chemicals can irritate and damage the lungs. The long-term effects of e-cigarettes that don’t have nicotine are not known.
Why Should I Quit?
Wanting to be the best, healthiest version of yourself is an important reason to quit vaping. Others include:
Unknown health effects: The long-term health consequences of vaping are not known. Recent studies report serious lung damage in people who vape, and even some deaths.
Addiction: Addiction in the growing brain may set up pathways for later addiction to other substances.
Brain risks: Nicotine affects your brain development. This can make it harder to learn and concentrate. Some of the brain changes are permanent and can affect your mood and ability to control your impulses as an adult.
Use of other tobacco products: Studies show that vaping makes it more likely that someone will try other tobacco products, like regular cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and smokeless tobacco.
Toxins (poisons): The vapor made from e-cigarettes is not made of water. The vapor contains harmful chemicals and very fine particles that are inhaled into the lungs and exhaled into the environment.
Sports: You want to do your best in sports, and vaping may lead to lung inflammation (irritation).
Money: Vaping is expensive! The cost of the cartridges over time starts to add up. Instead, you could spend that money on other things you need or enjoy.
To go against tobacco company advertising: Many e-cigarettes are made by the same companies that produce regular cigarettes. Their marketing targets young people by making fun flavors for e-cigarettes and showing young, healthy people vaping. They’re trying to make you into their new, lifetime customer.
How Can I Quit?
- Decide why you want to quit and write it down or put it in your phone. Look at the reason(s) when you feel the urge to vape.
- Pick a day to stop vaping. Put it on the calendar and tell supportive friends and family that you’re quitting on that day.
- Get rid of all vaping supplies.
- Download tools (such as apps and texting programs) to your phone that can help with cravings and give encouragement while you try to stop vaping.
- Understand withdrawal. Nicotine addiction leads to very strong cravings for nicotine. It can also lead to:
- headaches
- feeling tired, cranky, angry, or depressed
- trouble concentrating
- trouble sleeping
- hunger
- restlessness
The signs of withdrawal are strongest in the first few days after stopping. They get better over the following days and weeks.
Get ready for feelings, people, and places that make you want to vape. These are called triggers. If possible, avoid places and people that trigger the urge to vape. If you feel the urge to vape, try these things instead:
- Chew sugar-free gum or drink water.
- Text, call, or hang out with a friend who will support you.
- Listen to your favorite playlist.
- Go for a walk or jog.
- Try yoga or meditation.
- Take 10 deep breaths.
- Keep your hands busy with a hobby, like drawing or making jewelry.
- Go somewhere where smoking/vaping isn’t allowed.
What Else Can I Do?
Now that you understand the risks of vaping, take control of your health. If you’re having a hard time quitting, talk to your health care provider about local programs and websites that can help you quit vaping.
If you vape, know that it may cause serious lung damage, and even death. Call your doctor right away if you vape and have:
- coughing, shortness of breath, or chest pain
- nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- tiredness, fever, or weight loss

Loss of Smell and COVID-19: What You Need to Know

Smelling an orange or flower is a good way to test if you have lost your sense of smell, a possible early warning sign of COVID-19 infection.
Roses are red. Violets are blue. If you can’t smell either, COVID-19 may have a hold on you.
Although it has yet to be proven, growing anecdotal evidence backed by emerging epidemiological findings suggests that anosmia—the loss of the sense of smell—could be one of the earliest telltale indicators of the viral disease in some people.
“It’s really not surprising that people lose their sense of smell when they have viral infections,” says Jeremiah Alt, MD. PhD, a University of Utah Health otolaryngologist who specializes in care of the ear, nose, and throat. “It’s generally caused by congestion and inflammation of the nasal passages. What’s curious about COVID-19 is the number of patients who are presenting with the loss of smell before they have any symptoms of upper respiratory infection. That is new. Typically, we don’t think of it that way. It is also presenting with much more severe loss of smell than we typically see.”
The prevalence of these reports has led some doctors and medical organizations to urge those who lose their sense of smell to isolate themselves for seven days, even if they have no other symptoms, in order to diminish the risk of spreading COVID-19 to others.
How Common Is it?
Overall, viral infections account for about 40% of all cases of anosmia. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, loss of the sense of smell is a common symptom in many parts of the world, including South Korea, where 30% of patients with confirmed cases reported losing their sense of smell during the course of the disease.
However, in recent weeks, more and more stories have emerged of people who lost their sense of smell first. These anecdotal stories in the media—a mother infected with coronavirus who could no longer smell her baby’s full diaper, or a man who couldn’t smell that his lawnmower was leaking gasoline—are gaining support from a few epidemiological studies.
For instance, in one preliminary study of 417 patients conducted in four European countries, researchers concluded that one in eight of those who tested positive for COVID-19 lost their sense of smell before the onset of any other symptoms.
As a result, Alt says doctors are beginning to strongly suspect that an otherwise healthy person who loses their sense of smell could have the virus and spread it to others unknowingly.
What’s Causing It?
One common cause of anosmia is essentially mechanical. Nasal congestion and inflammation often make it hard for air to pass through the nose, making it difficult to detect odors.
But in the case of COVID-19, researchers suspect the virus could be disabling nerve cells in the nose that pass signals onto the olfactory bulb in the brain, where odors and smells are deciphered. Although the exact physiological mechanism isn’t fully understood, Alt says it’s likely that coronaviruses bind to a cell receptor called ACE2, triggering temporary—or, in some rare cases, permanent—loss of the sense of smell.
The virus could also disrupt the function of cells surrounding these nerves, according to Matthew Wachowiak, PhD, a U of U Health brain investigator and president of the Association for Chemoreception Sciences. Among these are sustentacular cells, which supply nerve cells with nutrients and maintain the ion balance they need to survive.
“It’s very preliminary, but it looks like the virus might be infecting supporting cells that are around the olfactory neurons,” Wachowiak says. “Then, for reasons that still aren’t clear, that causes the olfactory neurons not to detect odors anymore.”
What Should You Do?
If you suspect you have lost your sense of smell, Alt suggests you test it by taking a whiff of an orange, a flower, or something with a strong pungent odor in your household. A decreased sense of smell or taste means that you are eligible for COVID-19 testing.
If you have a chronic medical condition or develop high or persistent fever or difficulty breathing, you should contact your physician, urgent care, or emergency department for further instructions.
Your sense of smell should return once you have recovered, Alt says.

Imagine: husband and wife never quarrel, understand each other perfectly, are full of mutual admiration. He is a protector, breadwinner and breadwinner, the family comes first for him. She is beautiful, attentive and friendly, cooks great, approves of all his friends, but does not flirt with anyone… The picture may be attractive, but implausible. Why?
If it weren’t for you, we would be the perfect couple, ”says the famous joke, which, perhaps, deserves to be taken seriously. Do we really need a perfect partner like Prince Charming from a fairy tale for a happy union? And if this is just a childhood dream, why do we continue to hold on to it, having become adults long ago?
THE POWER OF IMAGINATION
The myth that everyone has a second half, again and again makes us go in search of her.And even inevitable disappointments do not stop. Sigmund Freud was the first to express the idea that in search of the ideal partner, we meet only those who already exist in our unconscious. “To find an object of love is ultimately to find it again,” he wrote. “The partner attracts us because his image has been living inside us since childhood,” explains psychoanalyst Tatyana Alavidze, “therefore, the Charming Prince or Princess is the person we have been waiting for and“ knew ”for a long time.” The fantasy of an ideal relationship, where complete understanding and zero conflicts, comes from infancy, when the image of the mother was devoid of flaws, and her union with the baby was a fusion that guarantees security and safety.“Women are more likely to have an unconscious desire to reproduce this childhood sensation,” says psychoanalyst Hélène Vecchiali, adding: “We have to admit: no matter how much a man is in love, he is unlikely to look at a woman with that immense adoration with which he looks on a newborn baby’s mother. ”
For the female unconscious, the paternal figure is also extremely important. Although this does not mean that the ideal partner will be like the woman’s real father. From the point of view of psychoanalysis in mature relationships, we correlate the partner with the images of the parents – either with a plus sign or with a minus sign. The partner attracts us because with qualities he resembles (or, conversely, denies) the image of a father or mother. “If we deliberately try to choose a“ non-parent ”- a woman who is unlike the mother, a man who is unlike the father, this means the urgency of the internal conflict and the desire to resolve it“ by contradiction, ”Tatiana Alavidze clarifies. However, in both cases, we hope to meet someone who, like a loving parent, will make us feel welcome as we are. But the situation is mirrored: after all, he is looking for the same in us.What drives us to try to take the place of the ideal parent?
THE WRONG FAIRY TALES
Under the mask of “ideal” love, addiction is hidden, says psychotherapist Irina Vinnik. The classic fairy-tale plot – a poor girl marries a wealthy man – is also found in life. But in reality, such a wife often adjusts to the wishes of her partner in order to earn love, which in this situation is expressed in material security. This role of the ideal wife is like manipulation. A man feels that for some reason he does not do what he wants, but what he has to do. Sooner or later, he will not want to return home. According to Irina Vinnik, the need to be comfortable appears as early as childhood: “Usually these are good girls who were not listened to by their parents. They were not asked what they want, but told what is right. ” Vedic psychology is built on this model, where a woman is taught to put a man first and be a humble wife. These relationships cannot be reliable, because they are not built on partnership, there is no acceptance of oneself or a partner. “Nobody can only be good or bad. Sometimes we can be very unpleasant people, and sometimes we are the best in the world, ”adds the therapist. – And we have to accept ourselves as different. If in childhood they wanted to see us only as correct, we will not learn to accept ourselves as others. At the same time, the dark side does not disappear anywhere, it continues to exist with us, hidden from superficial views. “
ASSIGN YOUR PROJECTIONS
Choosing oneself, we inevitably project our secret ideas about ourselves onto it. “It helps to overcome the barrier between ourselves and others: we imagine, interpret, guess,” explains psychoanalyst Saverio Tomasella. – We attribute to the chosen one features that reinforce the first impression. Thanks to them, until recently, a stranger seems familiar and even dear. ” Lovers enjoy the resemblance to each other. “This man is wonderful and he looks so much like me! It means that I myself am beautiful! ” – whispers our unconscious. However, we “transfer” to another not only those qualities that we consider positive, but also those that we do not like – in this case, we choose a partner over and over again who has the same problems. This allows us not to notice our own shortcomings, while the partner becomes the bearer of all those properties that we do not like in ourselves. For example, a woman who secretly fears action falls in love with weak, indecisive, depressed men. She may resent her partner’s lack of masculinity without realizing that she chose him for this reason as well.Men, in turn, hardly recognize in themselves such character traits as vulnerability, sensitivity, sentimentality, amorousness. But they willingly attribute all these properties to women, while ridiculing or condemning them. Both sides suffer. “Men are raised in more restrictions and demands than women,” says family therapist Maria Dyachkova. – They do not have such an option – to ask for support. Their DNA is not “stitched” that someone can help, listen, not condemn, accept their different feelings, will not laugh at their tears. “But if a man manages to accept all his feelings and honestly admit imperfection, the right to be an imperfect husband, father, son, then his path to freedom will begin from here. Only by giving ourselves the right to be ourselves, we have a chance to find happiness and the one who will accept us so – imperfect, but real.
FAREWELL TO THE IDEAL
Belief that we have to meet our soul mate makes the relationship vulnerable: when a couple has difficulties, we attribute them to a mistake of choice and instead of jointly resolving them, we go in search of “even more ideal” partner. At the same time, staying with someone whom we removed from the pedestal, that is, we went through the stage of accepting the shortcomings and shadow sides (found both in him and in ourselves), means to bury the “infantile” ideal of a partner and a fantasy about a complete coincidence of interests and desires … “We definitely need to come to love the differences of our partner,” emphasizes Helen Vecchiali. “Apparently, this is generally the only way to harmonious relationships.” We should also find our own usefulness, without expecting to be brought by an ideal partner.Because you cannot build a solid pair, considering yourself a stone unfit for construction, and a partner (the same unfit stone) will not help here. Dreams of Prince Charming interfere with development, Helen Vecchiali is convinced, because they are based on the idea that I am an inferior being. But only two full-fledged personalities can create an alliance that is facing the future and full of new opportunities.

If the mirror enrages you, the reason is not in the mirror, but in you.The new Russian cinema opened its arms to the unlucky mass audience with another psychological and motivational masterpiece from the same row with the tapes “I’m losing weight”, “Seven dinners”, “Loudspeaker” and “Feedback”, also “Native”.
The new Russian hero performed by Sergei Burunov differs from Ivan Tsarevich or Captain Gray in about the same way as the elderly and drunk Gerer Depardieu from the young and determined Alain Delon.
The main character Alexandra Zolotareva begins with the role of Assol as Daria Konyzheva and twenty years later lives to see the replacement of her living body with a stage digital double performed by the charismatic Maria Aronova.
Theater goes digital. Progress cannot be stopped.
The projected year 2040 for the viewer begins on June 6, 2040 with the communication of the protagonist Yevgeny Kurkov (Sergey Burunov) with a gentle and caring female voice. This is such a smart alarm clock of Zhenya’s virtual coach in plasma. The personal driver program controls the person. In case of violation of the law on alcohol restriction, the social rating is automatically reduced from 3.2 to 2.0 in the red zone.
Rights and freedoms are limited according to social ratings. In this brave new world, divorce is on the rise, social and credit ratings are falling. Without a rating, you will not get a loan for a divorce. You can’t go anywhere without a divorce. And it is impossible to get drunk, the alcohol allocated to Eugene for a month ends in one morning. The broken bottle throws our hero into the red zone, where nothing is possible.
A man and a woman find themselves locked in mutual hatred. False concern for human health and self-esteem turns into gentle fascism.
A rally in the street against the unemployment of doctors, teachers and taxi drivers. And the complete absence of noticeable signs of any expected change. Unless the Bretton Woods system in the United States collapsed, which is why the Nizhny Novgorod traffic cops are returning to the gold standard with all their money. Calculations are made virtually in energy rubles.
However, the authors of the film obviously did not guess the anomalous year 2020, having missed the pandemic-infodemic with masks. So we will not judge them strictly for 2040, when everything will change twenty times in such a way as to essentially not change anything.
Curiously, the trailer differs from the film by the request for confirmation of self-isolation.
The key event of the film with a meeting of a pair of couples is scheduled for 08/31/2020. The film shows him in two different ways, but this does not change the future in itself.
The time manipulation technique is used to manipulate consciousness. Having fallen into the past for just one day on the quantum transition as a result of another quarrel with assault, the couple quickly navigates and directs common efforts to prevent life together, desperately interfering with each other. An attempt to explain to the young the fatality of their chosen fate by the example of their own unsightly appearance breaks the course of events planned by the characters.
Hence the tender attitude towards one’s own parents. An unrealizable dream to return to their past, that is where it seems that something can be changed.
“What’s wrong with you?” – you wanted to talk, so explain. A simple and extremely natural question baffles and makes you look for the reasons for the undesirable outcome of the family idyll. And they are right there not at all where one might expect. What everyone considered a purely personal matter turns out to be moments of paramount importance for mutual harmony.
An unpleasant revelation was that she smokes and avoids pregnancy, he drinks and simulates morning runs with a love of vegetarianism, secretly eating a McDonald’s meat burger from his beloved.
Having reached a fleeting consensus, a couple of couples on the fly change the concept of preventing a fatal outcome. According to the authors of the film, the characters get the technology of happiness. At the same time, a projective question is being solved – but if Zhenya Kurkov in his youth had chosen not the actress Sasha Zolotareva, but a girl with a dog, Valentina Odnolyubova, whom no one had ever said a kind word to him in her life, and she literally blossomed from a brutal masculine approach.
The film “A Couple from the Future” is filled with moralizing in the genre “look, children, how not to do it”. However, this moralizing is highly packaged. They know how to make films in Russia at such a level that we never get tired of being surprised.
In the past, Russian cinema, following Russian classical literature, realized in its artistic form the role of a researcher of the human phenomenon. New Russian cinema goes further and successfully competes with network wikinomics in shaping the technologies of everyday survival. Since the entire geopolitics of the globalized world has been reduced to the level of everyday relations in their worst form, it is difficult to overestimate the relevance of such a movie.
In order to avoid unnecessary fantasies, we note that the version of “Couples from the Future” embodies applied technology for the most scaled version of the relationship between a man and a woman. Psychophysiological or genetic deviations with forced change of partners and their own sex are not considered by definition. If a person strives for a non-standard abnormality for career reasons or an unwillingness tickling his pride to be like everyone else, the flag is in this very place. The film in question is not for him.
Political literacy of the filmmakers is combined with a sense of proportion. The fights are very colorful. The contrast of the position of the same woman in the same bathroom is especially impressive. However, of the entire volume of RLS and YU in the global world, only a hint of a system of assistance to women victims remains. There are no scenes on Andrei Malakhov’s talk show, similar to the film “Serf”, in “A Couple from the Future”.
And a fairly common, but rarer version that we have experienced, the film “A Couple from the Future” also does not touch. We, like the counterpoints from the Strugatskys’ fairy tale, experienced time travel in real life.We have all of our past originally planned from the future in which we live now with key events in 2020. It was much easier for the characters of the “Couple from the Future”, they suffered through thoughtlessness. Their problem is that there is no plan and there was no, just mad love at the start of the relationship and fierce hatred at the end.
“It would be better if I told you no twenty years ago!” – “I wish I hadn’t met you twenty years ago!”
In fact, the talent to love and hate is a great gift, not too frequent. The dullness of life without events and emotions is what is really scary.
The film “A Couple from the Future” was released on March 4 with the clear intention of giving the people an educational gift for the holiday of Clara Zetkin and Rosa Luxemburg. So to speak, to give the Russian family not a fish, but a fishing rod.
You should not expect any special revelations from the film, because if people were ready to do what they do not consider important or necessary, there would be no problems and domestic cinematography would shoot exclusively heroic films in the type of “Champions”, “Time of the First”, “Salyut-7”, “Coach”, “Ice”, “Upward movement”, “On the edge”.
There is a reliable sign of a talented solution to a problem: the result obtained is alienated from the author and begins to live its own life. It is versatile and inductively suitable for solving problems in a wider range than intended.
The film “A Couple from the Future” is aimed not so much at saving one pair of lovers, Zhenya and Sasha, as the whole society. In this regard, “A Couple from the Future” continues the line of the paintings “Union of Salvation”, which appeared on the screen more than a year ago, and especially “Invasion”. Artificial intelligence in plasma plays a key role.
The mood of the characters and the audience develops syntonically, reflected in the successful selection of songs.
The atmosphere is high, we are dancing with you. In this club today the DJ puts on music just for us. The atmosphere is high, I’ll kiss you, I’ll steal you in front of your friends right now.

The film’s romantic comedy premiered on March 4, when spring came and the symbolic renewal of nature associated with love. This film can be seen as a poignant film after the quarantine and pandemic. During this time, many families got to know each other better. The fundamental theme of compassion and respect between husband and wife is revealed in the film in a comedic concept.
Film director Alexei Nuzhny who has previous credits, including “I’m Losing Weight” and the TV series “Olga”. Alexey Nuzhny, who is not only a director, but also a psychologist, had the perfect opportunity to write a script about relationships during the months of quarantine, when families everywhere changed their daily habits to be closer to home. The writers noted that in the times of 2040, when convenience is at a higher level, there will be less time to find time for relationships. The film describes the consequences of family feuds and their solutions. The family movie is a melodrama that the film crew described as “a poignant comedy.” A report from The Kino Reporter stated that the film begins as a fantasy drama and ends as a melodrama. It is also layered due to the events of 2020 and 2040. Some of the film’s highlights include holograms and robots in 2040, and in 2020, the setting is described as COVID-19 free.
The film will contain references to the genres of fantasy, humor, romance, adventure. Sergei Burunov and Maria Aronova also had a pleasant time on the set, and acted exactly like a couple from the film. Both performers graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theater Institute. The production time and creative process of creating the 2040 era set was time-consuming. The review notes that the film will tell what Nizhny Novgorod will be like in twenty years.
The film will feature a time travel concept, where the main performers will find themselves in the years of their young colleagues.Spouses living in 2040 will also move time to 2020. The film is a showcase about time travel as a couple find a way to mend their relationship with their younger form.
The main roles in the film were played by Sergei Burunov and Maria Aronova, and the couple in their youth were embodied by Denis Paramonov and Daria Konyzheva. The young actress Daria Konyzheva played the role of the “young version” of the heroine Maria Aronova. Both actresses were able to find the right balance in the performance of the role.
The theme of the film will be about family relationships and the immortality of the concept of love. The film is a testament to how life can change in 2040, but love will remain eternal and unchanged. The film’s testament is built on an insightful comedic foundation. Through the prism of couples life Zhenya and Sasha performed by Maria Aronova and Sergei Burunov in the lead roles, the film “A Couple from the Future” about life lessons. The film will become a reminder to everyone that love will remain the same, even if the year 2040 comes.
For comparison, an example of a wikinomics on the theme of the film “A Couple from the Future”

How do you think it is permissible to change for the sake of a partner? There is, for example, the opinion that if a person is not accepted with his fat woman, low salary and love for chanson, then such is not the case.On the other hand, it is believed that you have to kill yourself in the gym and find any high-paying job to be approved in this capacity. I do not know. Because the first position is unambiguously lazy, and with the second, there are options, low self-esteem there, and so on.

You need to change only when and if you want to.
Natalya Makeeva
It is necessary to change for your own sake. Excess weight, for example, is harmful to health … as for the chanson and low salary – if we are talking about an adult, then it is likely that this suits him.Such music is a reflection of his inner feelings, and a low salary – well, in fact, it does not follow from anything that making a career he will be happy.
Marina Yurshina
What does laziness mean unambiguously? A low salary can be at your favorite job, musical tastes are generally not lazy, and physical fitness also depends on different things, different people like different things, and a discussion is possible. A person does not consist of this, and it is definitely worth choosing partners not on these grounds
Elena Ivanova
No.Moreover, if these requests are heard, it means that the person is also in such a vain search. With rare exceptions in proportions and taste preferences, we do not change.

Pavel Ryazantsev Yes, I know about a dog that this is an absolute test. And if I don’t go through it, then it makes no sense to continue
Ksenia Veretennikova
It’s worth changing only for yourself, and I stand on the fact that if you like yourself (it doesn’t matter, with a fat ass or skinny), then you will inspire others to sympathy for yourself
Olga Tropkina
Ksenia Veretennikova and who you don’t inspire should not
Ksenia Veretennikova
Olga Tropkina exactly!
Nadine Pomerantseva
Well, there’s a difference between finding a great job – it’s not just a person’s choice. The person may not be chosen.
Matveeva Anastasia
Nadine Pomerantseva can. But if the partner does not even try, but believes that it is already normal, then the big question is what to do with such a partner
Nadine Pomerantseva
Matveeva Anastasia, yes. But still, the whip has little to do with love.
Yulia Nikiforova
If the partner himself is cool in the senses that suit you, then you can try.
Natalya Doroshenkova
Well, I’m a fat aunt with a cool job (90% of Moscow men earn less than me) who doesn’t want to adjust to anyone.Have I had any problems finding a partner in my life? Not once in my life. The funny thing is that not a single guy even thought of wanting me to change. Apparently, at the entrance they understood the senselessness of the idea))
And I am not too lazy to change, I just do not see the point
Olga Guseva
Natalya Doroshenkova Similarly, I don’t know the word at all – finding a partner, they themselves always found me, I really am not always fat , now yes)
Natalya Doroshenkova
Olga Guseva in what place is fat now?))))
Olga Guseva
Natalya Doroshenkova watch the video from our accession, I have it at the end, the muzzle did not burst, just because her mask holding)
Natalya Doroshenkova
Olga Guseva yes nafig, some kind of funny fool))) an excellent muzzle with eyes over the mask
Olga Guseva
Natalya Doroshenkova if only everyone thought so)
Natalya Doroshenkova
Olga Guseva yes ask
Olga Guseva
Natalya Doroshenkova well, thanks of course, but after this video, I’ve been on a keto diet for three days already)
Natalya Doroshenkova
Olga Guseva and how? The main thing, I think, is the feeling that measures have been taken? fatigue and headache, but my norms + sports nutrition, excellent health and my head works great.
Irina Udod
It is possible to change only when there is an inner consent. On one desire to please a partner (or someone else), you can ‘try’ for the time being, and then it all ends with neuroses, depression, etc.
Lily Dubovaya
For the sake of a partner it is definitely not worth it. Will break further. Why do you need it?
Matveeva Anastasia
Lilia Dubovaya you know, there is such a song from Edith Piaf “Hymn to Love”, this is my favorite thing from childhood about this. There, literally, in translation from French – “I would have renounced my friends, renounced my homeland, would have repainted in a blonde if you asked me about it.”… This is certainly a poetic exaggeration, somewhere, but on the whole I agree with this premise. Yes, now this is an unpopular approach, but still. Usually smaller-scale changes are still required
Lilia Dubovaya
Matveeva Anastasia, as a rule, changes are required by those who do not love and will never love. But this, of course, is my opinion. I do not impose.
Natalya Doroshenkova
Matveeva Anastasia is a very toxic song that ends with the Lord joining the lovers in the sky…. probably 🙂 but for now it is necessary to paint in a blonde? ..
Matveeva Anastasia
Natalya Doroshenkova can be painted. But that’s not the point. If you do not believe what will connect, then everything is in vain
Olga Tropkina
Matveeva Anastasia As, forgive me for being straightforward. But you yourself are hinting that you barely got out of a shitty, unhealthy relationship. I barely carried my legs. And now you are repeating the same scenario. Unhealthy relationships. What the hell is elite piaf. Forgive me
Matveeva Anastasia
Olga Tropkina edith piaf – that’s why.And I’m fine now, actually. This is just a theoretical reasoning, well, the truth is
Olga Tropkina
Matveeva Anastasia So we are going through all the same. You explain, make a footnote in the post
Matveeva Anastasia
Olga Tropkina if it is not clear then I will explain
Natalia Ovchinnikova
If a person needs it too. If the example of a partner or friend inspires you and you want to change, if you have such a request from within. And if you don’t want to, don’t change. My friend is very inspiring now, although he does nothing for this. It’s enough just to look at him, then at yourself and then this: yes Plya. How long!
Matveeva Anastasia
Natalia Ovchinnikova I am also inspired by various examples, but I can only admire, I myself cannot do this for a bunch of reasons
Natalia Ovchinnikova
Matveeva Anastasia well, that’s exactly how I, too, can never. But I can do something else
Natalya Konygina
It depends on how much to change. It is quite possible to give up the habit of throwing socks around or learning how to wash the dishes behind you. And, you can still quit drinking
Matveeva Anastasia
Natalya Konygina I just can’t imagine for whom you can quit drinking
Natalia Ovchinnikova
If you live with me, I’ll try to quit drinking (c))))))

It seems to me that it is important here: the other requires changes from you, or you yourself want to change, communicating with this person.
Andrey Kazantsev
Chanson for what !?
Andrey Kazantsev is not a very successful example, I agree? there are simply many snobs who cannot stand him and consider it a sign of their high culture
Andrey Kazantsev
Anastasia, what can I say… Gop-stop, Semen, shove it under the rib
Sergey Sabsay
Chanson is wonderful: Piaf, Brel, ZAZ … I have never met snobbery towards him. -)
Matveeva Anastasia
Sergei Sabsai I’m talking about Russian chanson, this is a narrower concept, and it is more often associated with a certain theme of songs

You need to change only for yourself! If you want to!
Susanna Farizova
Well, if before the meeting a person lived in a conditional fog, then sometimes it makes sense to open your eyes and look at yourself from a different angle. You never helped anyone, but suddenly you became, you worked at one job, and then it suddenly became obvious that you needed another. You looked only inside yourself, but became outside. Well, a lot of things. In fact, there are no couples where there is no mutual change. Some are more global, some are not, but in one way or another, everything is rebuilt to fit each other. The only question is for the better or for the worse it leads.
Irina Lvovna
It seems to me that if you value your partner, you can work on something in yourself.Especially over the fact that she herself does not really like it.
Marina Kurganskaya
It seems to me that the degree of variability depends on your own comfort. How comfortable these changes are. If the changes are uncomfortable, then I don’t see any sense in them at all.
Matveeva Anastasia
Marina Kurgan, but what about these exhortations that you need to get out of your comfort zone?
Marina Kurgan
Matveeva Anastasia and why? Are you uncomfortable in your comfort zone?
Anastasia Matveeva
Marina Kurganskaya somehow you need to grow above yourself, it is always an uncomfortable process
Marina Kurgan
Anastasia Matveeva to grow for herself – I still understand that. But for the sake of someone I frankly do not want to.

To match a partner in his social circle is quite possible. If he goes to public places, for example, and I need to accompany him, I will squeeze myself into a civil suit and put on tights and shoes with disgust, if I need to visit his elderly mother, I will be a good girl and all that. But what I listen to and what kind of jer I have is my business

* Thank you, Asya, sacrificing yourself like the great doctors of the past, on the eve of March 8, you save humanity in the face of its female half.
Launched in the wikinomics format, it showed the state of humanity as a whole more efficiently than expensive opinion polls.
It is already characteristic that the simple question “how much is it permissible to change for the sake of a partner?” posed not by a teenage girl upon reaching the age of menarche, but by a mature woman with three children and a powerful experience as a parliamentary correspondent.
The answer is mainly women of the same circle, also with children and a completely exhaustive experience of sexual relations. At the same time, the answers are at the level of discussion with the cousins of the hopeless situation of her husband’s betrayal at the resort. The good sisters irreconcilably advised me to write to the institute party committee of the CPSU. By the evening of the same day, the woman realized that she was left alone with the child and features of appearance that did not contribute to success with men, and took a statement from the party committee. However, this has not changed anything.
True story. My friend’s life brought many more gifts and blows only thanks to a note found by a jealous wife six months after her husband’s holiday romance. Or rather, the motive was a stubborn unwillingness to change something in oneself for the sake of family peace. I was visiting him, we had plans for a joint research. The request for help from the audience and the decision to write to the party committee was the final, not the start. And after me.
The woman did not want to understand the inadmissibility of using a child in a showdown with his father, from this the children suffer and get sick.None of the respondents remembered this fact, most of whom, I repeat, are mature women with children.
It is interesting that none of the parliamentary correspondents uses the materials of the discussion of family and children’s problems that has just taken place in the United Russia. That is, for journalists, work is an abstract sphere outside their own interests. Apparently only for earnings and position, which is doubtful. By the way, I saw the same thing in science.
The answer to the poll is contained in the images of the authors of the 8 March holiday.Lameness, height one and a half meters and the lack of beauty in the modern sense was more than compensated for by ideological intransigence.
At the risk of being misunderstood, I note that the resources of the new Russian cinema have been thrown into the health of the family, sexual and parental relations. Psychological and motivational effects are incorporated in the films “I’m Losing Weight”, “Seven Dinners”, “Loudspeaker” and “Feedback”, also “Native” and now “A Couple from the Future”.
In the past, Russian cinema, following Russian classical literature, realized in its artistic form the role of a researcher of the human phenomenon.New Russian cinema goes further and successfully competes with network wikinomics in shaping the technologies of everyday survival. Since the entire geopolitics of the globalized world has been reduced to the level of everyday relations in their worst form, it is difficult to overestimate the relevance of such a movie.
Any parliamentary correspondent can know this, the flow of information is exclusive.
Among the parliamentary correspondents there are women who know the answer for sure, but they do not participate in the discussions of wikinomics, but at the level of technology they bring it to life.
However, a significant part of women in the world live the same life and the best of them do not end up in bed or even on Facebook, but on the air of Malakhov and then write books about severed fingers and slavery in the power of a maniac. There is no limit on the path of irreconcilability.
I am completely inopportunely seized with horror when Natalya’s cat Mitten is in the same way sowing in relation to Natalya’s dog Buratino – this is biology. And the system supports, even in the movie “A Couple from the Future” there is such a moment without unnecessary problems with RLS or Yu.
Matveeva Anastasia
Lev Moskovkin to hate the appearance of the authors on March 8 as completely below the plinth. In general, March 8 has nothing to do with it, but its current format is very far from their intentions, so it’s easier for me to ignore this day than to explain something to someone. And all these films are kind of good, should I watch?
Lev Moskovkin

It’s worth changing if it’s necessary for yourself or yourself. Here you probably need to take responsibility. Get the locus back to yourself.
Matveeva Anastasia
Evgenia Va On the one hand, you can convince yourself that you need it (because it really would be nice to get, for example, competencies that will lead to an increase in income, it’s hard to argue with that). On the other hand, if a person is used to living fulfilling the desires of others, it is difficult to understand what you really need (and not to make others more comfortable with you)
Evgeniya Va
Matveeva Anastasia to live fulfilling the desires of others is when responsibility is also on others. And in fact, I had an experience when a person decided to live in my places, my desires, me. And this is just a hell of a hell. You don’t immediately understand that a person does everything for you, but he doesn’t need this. And when you understand, it’s as if the skin has been ripped off you.And the worst thing is that you understand that everything that happened was a lie, that the person was playing with you, that all the illusions. If something that grants wishes realizes that he is just such an aggressor, and then they run away from him, like from the plague, because his victims were not too bad, and the accusations “I’m everything for you, if only …” are simply demolished a roof, and that the other person, in order to protect himself, is eating all relationships, all connections, he just does not want anything, maybe it will stop? Why unnecessary sacrifices and pretenses are in vain? I will say more – in my case, a wealthy man decided to live for me.And neither his money nor attention is needed. Painfully. It’s not real. Who needs such changes of the other? Who needs to live with the understanding that the other is pretending. Well this is hell.
Lev Moskovkin
They did not want to change for the sake of partners and did not cave in under the changing world, but literally bent it to death – Two superwomen with fantastic success with men – Clara Tsentki and Rosa Luxemburg, authors of the 8 March holiday.
One, like Annie Leibovitz, seduced her son by the other, and for some reason she took offense against the ideological convictions of both

Dima Bilan & Mari Kraimbrery – You’re Not My Couple Lyrics
[Lyrics “You Are Not My Couple”]
[Verse 1: Dima Bilan]
This kitchen remembers too many quarrels
We were so carried away, not a word more
My head aches so much and not from the virus
Minus on minus, I am more so I can’t stand
You seem to be in English, and I’m in Yiddish
And Google translation won’t help, well, you see
Black strong, with bergamot, – on, drink
And pour me dry red, I’m at zero
[Chorus: Dima Bilan, Mari Kraimbreri ]
I am not your fight, I am not your boyfriend
You are not my pair
There is no fire, only the remains of steam like at the bar
I stand dumb with aikos and really, I try to forget
And my heart sparkles like that
You are not my fight, you are not my boyfriend
You are not my mate
Fire n no, only the remains of steam like at the bar
I stand dull with aikos and really, try to forget
And my heart sparkles so much, but
[Verse 2: Marie Kraymbery]
I would have forgotten long ago, it was and was
I don’t need anything, just not a wing
But in all your photos someone is in my place
There you are on new flights
How infuriating it all
I will record a voice message for you this Wednesday
But no matter what you answer me, I will not come
And your own strong one, with bergamot, – on, drink
And pour me some dry red, I’m at zero
[Chorus: Marie Crimebreri, Dima Bilan ]
You are not my fight, you are not my boyfriend
You are not my pair
There is no fire, only the remains of steam like at the bar
I stand dull with icos and really try to forget
And my heart sparks like that
I’m not your fight, I’m not your boyfriend
You are not my pair
There is no fire, only the remains of steam like bar
I stand with aikos I’m dull and really, I’m trying to forget
I’m trying to forget, no 9 0577
[Bridge]
You are not my fight, oh
Oo-o-o
You are not my fight, o-o-o
Hmm, u-and
[Chorus: Dima Bilan, Marie Kraymbery ]
I am not your fight, I am not your boyfriend
You are not my pair
There is no fire, only the remains of steam like at the bar
I stand dumb with aikos and really try to forget
And my heart sparkles so
You are not my fight , you are not my boyfriend
You are not my pair
There is no fire, only the remains of steam like at the bar
I stand dull with aikos and really try to forget
And my heart sparkles, but
A couple of minutes – and you are behind the cordon

Customs is a barometer of how the Common Economic Space of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan lives and operates. Following the results of the first year of full-fledged activity of the Eurasian Economic Community, it shows, if not clear, then at least sunny “weather”.
In Belarus, through the western borders of which the main export-import flow of the “troika” passes, this is especially obvious. The collection of duties is increasing. Only the Belarusian budget received 5.9 billion dollars, which is 400 million more than in 2011. This, by the way, is 4.7% of all collected customs payments. It is not difficult to calculate how much went into the budget of Russia, given that 87.95% is transferred to its address. The rest goes to Kazakhstan.
The collected duties reflect the growing flow of goods transported across the Belarusian section of the external border of the Common Economic Space. After all, the combined market of the “troika” has become much more attractive for external investors and manufacturers. As a result, over the past two years, the foreign trade turnover of Belarus has increased by more than half. And in 10 years – 4.4 times. The transit flow of goods for the same period became 2.5 times larger. In just a year, where 10 transit trucks were passing, 11.
began to pass.
And they carry 13% more cargo. It turns out that the burden on the Belarusian customs service, which is now working in the interests of the three countries, has significantly increased. Only trucks, buses and cars at the border were issued 10 million per year.Plus 5 million railroad cars. And in a day, as before, there are only 24 hours. The customs officer hesitated a little – and a queue was formed. And this for the border is not like “cloudy” – “thunderstorm!” What actually was confirmed the other day by the Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Belarus Sergei Borisyuk:
– Our task is to improve customs technologies to create a barrier-free business environment at the border. The key parameter is the time of the vehicle crossing the border. By this indicator, we evaluate the efficiency of the work of the customs authorities.Today, the registration of a truck traveling abroad takes on average 15 minutes, carrying goods to the CES countries – 45. However, one should also take into account how long the truck stood before entering the customs clearance zone.
And on peak days on the Polish and Lithuanian routes, it happens that there are hundreds of cars. This is a day or even more waiting. How do I end the queues? Sergei Borisyuk has laid out on the shelves what will be done this year.
First, the implementation of the “Electronic Declaration” program launched last year will continue. What does it give? The first electronic customs clearance point for the release of export goods into free circulation has recently opened in Minsk. The procedure takes 2-4 minutes. In the first half of the year, it is planned to switch to automatic registration of declarations filed in electronic form, it is planned to significantly expand information exchange with business entities in the format of the Unified Calculated Information Space. Let us remember here that one of the most important programs of the Union State was aimed at creating a Belarusian-Russian system for the exchange of customs information in electronic form.
It is generally recognized that in the western direction it is necessary to build new and expand the existing border points of customs clearance. A separate program of the Union State was also devoted to this in its time. Now the Belarusian national one is in force, calculated for the period up to 2015. In accordance with it, this year two anti-tank stations will be put into operation – “Grigorovshchina” on the border with Latvia and “Peschatka” – with Poland, they will be equipped with the latest inspection complexes. A transport and logistics center near Minsk will be commissioned.
Finally, there will be fewer “owners” at the border, which will only make it easier for the carriers. So, already from the second half of the year, the functions of transport control will be taken over by customs officers. Sergey Borisyuk explained that it will give:
– The driver or freight forwarder will not have to go from one inspector to another, they will be able to pay the fees at the same checkout. Non-productive time expenditures will decrease by 15 minutes. This means that the Kamenny Log checkpoint, through which a significant transit flow passes, will be able to additionally register up to 150 vehicles per day.Even on peak days, this measure will keep queues to a minimum. At the same time, the number of personnel responsible for transport control will be halved. We assume that by 2015 phytosanitary control will also be transferred to the customs authorities.
Today, experts from the three countries are sharpening the wording of the common Customs Code, amendments to which are soon to be adopted.
By the way
The legal framework of the Customs Union is 25 international treaties, 110 decisions of the Customs Union Commission and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
