Camper Groups
We divide campers up by age in groups of 12-15. Campers will have a consistent group with the same counselor when possible throughout the summer to provide deep connections and relationships with their fellow campers and their counselors.
Staff
Our counselors attend 35 hours of on-site training as well as all trainings required by child care licensing and the YMCA. Our camp directors are our full time site directors who run B&A programs throughout the school year. Many of them have over
5 years of experience working with kids.
Meals
We provide an afternoon snack (and a morning snack if needed) everyday. Parents must provide a lunch and a refillable water bottle each day. Packing extra snacks is encouraged.
