Transportation
Round-trip, door-to-door transportation is available at an additional cost (refer to the rates and fees schedule for information). When registering, please indicate if you are interested in using this service. Registration for transportation is fixed each Wednesday of the week. The Bus Company will notify you of the approximate pick-up and drop-off times the week before the start of camp.
Food Service
We serve hot lunch, snacks, and beverages daily in our air-conditioned cafeteria. Ice cream and ice pops are also available during the summer. Want a sample of our summer camp menu? Give us a call!
Extended Day
As a service to our working parents, we offer an Extended Day program for all campers. This well-supervised, Board of Health-certified program provides a relaxing environment for youngsters dropped off before the camp day begins or stays after it ends. Any camper not picked up by 4 PM must join the Extended Day Program, billed bi-monthly at a rate of $10 per hour, $6 per half hour (or any part thereof), or $1 per minute beyond 7 PM. The morning session runs from 7 – 9 AM, and the afternoon session from 4 – 7 PM.
Private Swim Lessons
We are happy to provide individual swimming lessons after camp hours with our Red Cross-certified instructors. These lessons can be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis and cost $35 per half-hour. For more info, please call the Summer Programs Office at 718-303-7845.
Educational Resources Service
Our Educational Resources Service (ERS) can tailor a program in any academic discipline to your child’s specific needs (reading, math enrichment, etc.) to offer individualized instruction.
