If an athlete grows up in the family, then the parents try to choose for him not just a health-improving children’s camp in the Moscow region, but with a sports bias. This means that the child will not only, but also fully train, participate in various competitions.
Who is suitable for recreation in a sports camp
Sport strengthens health, provides a beautiful figure, teaches you how to interact with the team.
Realizing this, some parents try to enroll teenagers unprepared for physical activity in a sports camp, not realizing that rest will be a difficult test for them. After all, not all children love sports, but for some, training is difficult at all. Such guys will not be able to fully enjoy the camp life, on the contrary, it is likely that they will experience discomfort from this.
A trip to the SportZania camp can be a good solution. Here children are offered entertainment and wellness programs. The camp is suitable for different children – active and quiet, with different levels of physical fitness. They are waiting for English classes and sports, fun holidays and exciting quests.
The sports camp is suitable for children who:
- are already involved in sports;
- active, always in motion;
- have no contraindications to physical activity.
By sending your child to the SportZania sports camp located in the Moscow region, you will give a chance to get closer to the dream.
After all, surely your children see themselves in the future on the Olympic podium. And given that the teaching staff of the SportZania camp coaches are certified and experienced specialists, any student will achieve their goal with them. As practice shows, even one camp shift gives the guys a tremendous experience, allowing them to improve their personal performance in sports many times over.
Sports camp destinations
Despite the common goal of summer venues, they use different programs. All children’s sports camps are divided into:
- specialized;
- general profile.
Specialized sports camps work in a specific direction (football, athletics, swimming, etc.) and accept children who are professionally involved in sports. They are summer camps, and give the guys the opportunity to improve their skills. But parents should understand that they do not teach sports from scratch here. Therefore, when choosing a football camp, it is important that the child already knows good ball possession skills.
What you need to sign up
To get to a children’s sports camp in the Moscow region, first of all, the desire of children not only to relax, but also to play sports is necessary. If this condition is met, then it remains to get in touch with the representatives of the camp in order to discuss important issues related to the tour (availability of places, conditions of stay, price, etc.), and then prepare documents for recording a shift:
- application;
- parent’s passport;
- child’s birth certificate;
- medical insurance policy.
In addition, the child will need to undergo a medical examination to exclude diseases that are a contraindication for sending to a children’s sports camp.
Rating of the best camps
In order not to waste time looking for a recreation center for a young athlete, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the list of TOP 3 SportZania sports camps in Russia:
