Reviews of Play Haven Child Care

I Would not recommend anyone taking their baby to this facility if they are under the age 1, first off they don’t have cleaning supplies for baby bottles due to laziness so you need to bring multiple clean bottles everyday because they are to lazy to clean one a few times a day, also your childs socks or pacifiers may come up missing and you will not be reimbursed, also the staff are very rude and they change teachers all the time.
Also they have a policy where they can drop your kid if they quote on quote feel like they can’t meet your needs or expectations. So if you complain about anything they can just drop you so they no longer have to deal with you, i guess because they get so many complaints that’s why they have it smh, staff are super unprofessional and when it came to the clean bottles situation they claim its a state law that they don’t clean the bottles.Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard from a child care, glad my son is back in his old day care already where they clean his bottles and make him fresh cooked meals everyday, play haven east town is just sad. All they care about is the money not your children 👎👎👎👎👎

I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. First of all, most of the staff are very rude. A lot of them have sour looks on their face when you come in to drop your child off. Just makes me wonder what happens when I leave. I have heard while walking my child to class very poor ways of handling a child who is misbehaving. A daycare is supposed to have ways of dealing with that other then yelling at a child that’s not even their child. They do not call you if your child was injured. my 3 yr old came home with injuries to his face and the only way I knew what happened was him telling me. The end of the day report is limited so it is very hard to work with your child if they are having issues.
My child has had 5 different teachers in less then a year of going to this daycare. My main concern is always my child but they were also very disrespectful to me. They talk about your personal business infront of other staff as well as people walking by, instead of walking you to a private area to talk about your bill they just yell it out for everyone to hear not to mention have no professionalism. I will say though that he had a couple of really nice teachers by the names of mr rob and ms Ashley. Besides that no way will I ever promote a child to this daycare in fact I will make it my duty to spread the word to other parents I know to never consider this place of business not only for their childs sake but for the unprofessionalism they have with the parents.

When I enrolled my kid at Play Haven East Towne it was convenient because we lived very close to the center. But we are grateful that we have now found a new home and school for our kid.
Because these people seem to care more about their profit margin than the kids. The kids do not get to form any attachments because these people change teachers like they were underwear. As soon as my son was getting attached to a teacher the next week she disappeared; the strange thing is the teacher usually seem like a lovely person . You were never sure which class the kid will be in when you went to pick him up. Sometimes when I got there in the evenings my three and a half year old was in a class with 4 to 8 years old. The daily sheet is usually vague and monotonous it only gets personal when my son behaved out of turn. If you love your kids take them else where! That place needs management.
★★★★☆ Hannah Hilstat
I was really surprised when I saw the past comments about our child’s center. We first enrolled our 2 year old son three years ago and have had no complaints. The teachers are kind and helpful- it’s obvious the bond my son grew with his teachers and friends as he grew up here.
We were sad when it was time for him to go off to school but he loves coming back to visit when we pick up his baby sister. Not having our son in the infant room ever, my husband and I were nervous but our daughter seems to be happy and the baby teachers are so nice. I would say the only complaint we’ve had is our sons shirt would be dirty every once in a while, but we soon realized that is just what happens with kids. I recommend this center to my co-workers and friends all the time and will be coming back if we have another child in the near future.
★☆☆☆☆ A Google User
I sent my 12 week old child here when I returned to work and pulled him out after only two days. I did not feel comfortable leaving my child in the care of the staff at Play Haven because the teachers in the infant room seemed overwhelmed and were not able to tell me what my baby did or how he behaved while I was away at work. The rooms were not clean, and the center was not organized. Please consider sending your child elsewhere and avoid the poor experiencing we had!
