Finding the Perfect Fit: Nike Low-Top Sizing Guide
Ensuring the right fit is crucial when purchasing Nike low-top sneakers. While Nike generally follows standard sizing, there can be slight variations between different models. Here are some tips for finding your perfect fit:
- Measure your foot length and width to determine your size
- Consider going up half a size if you have wider feet
- Read customer reviews for specific models to gauge if they run true to size
- Take advantage of free returns policies to try multiple sizes if unsure
Remember that comfort is key, especially if you plan to wear your Nike low-tops for extended periods or during physical activities.
Breaking In Your New Nike Low-Tops
Even with the right size, new sneakers may require a brief breaking-in period. To ensure maximum comfort:
- Wear your new sneakers for short periods initially
- Use thick socks to help stretch the material slightly
- Apply a leather conditioner to leather uppers to soften the material
- Be patient – most Nike low-tops will mold to your feet over time
With proper care and breaking in, your Nike low-top sneakers will provide long-lasting comfort and style.
Caring for Your Nike Low-Top Sneakers
To keep your Nike low-tops looking fresh and extend their lifespan, proper care is essential. Here are some tips for maintaining your sneakers:
- Clean your sneakers regularly with a soft brush and mild soap
- Use specialized cleaning products for tougher stains
- Stuff shoes with paper when not in use to maintain their shape
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Rotate between multiple pairs to allow each to air out between wears
By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your Nike low-top sneakers remain in excellent condition for years to come.
Waterproofing Your Nike Low-Tops
For added protection against the elements, consider waterproofing your Nike low-top sneakers. This is particularly important for leather or suede models. Here’s how to waterproof your sneakers:
- Clean and dry the sneakers thoroughly
- Apply a waterproofing spray designed for the specific material of your sneakers
- Allow the sneakers to dry completely before wearing
- Reapply the waterproofing treatment periodically, especially after cleaning
Waterproofing can help protect your investment and keep your Nike low-tops looking great in various weather conditions.

Nike Zoom 2K Sneakers Zoom 2K sneakers have also been re-released. They are destined for great success, because this is something like a basketball version of M2K Tekno, the retro hit of the outgoing year. The couple looks like they came from the end of 19990s – early 2000s: chunky sole, dashing curves of lines, small swoosh in different places, embossed inserts and the word Zoom on the lacing loops. It is based on a basketball silhouette, but sneakers only pretend to be play shoes. In fact, they are intended for everyday wear, the lacing here is only for appearance – the upper part of the sneaker is elastic, so it is easy to pull it on without unlacing it, like a slip-on.
The new old model in three colors – gray, black and white – will go on sale on December 26th. One pair will cost about $90. Check Nike.com for new arrivals.
adidas Yeezy Boost 350 “Static” Trainers
Yeezy has 2 major launches scheduled for the last week of 2018. The Yeezy Boost 350 will go on sale first on December 27 in a new Static (non-reflective) colorway. The model is made of Primeknit material (as expected) in white with gray streaks, on the side of each sneaker there is an insert of transparent mesh through which the foot can be seen.
Several “test” pairs of Yeezy Boost 350 “Static” have already appeared on Stadium Goods, but they cost an exorbitant $1600. The official retail price is $220. Find sneakers on adidas and Yeezy Supply, Sneakersnstuff, End Clothing, 43einhalb, Mr Porter, Ssense and other online stores. In some of them, the right to purchase is played in a lottery, you need to register in advance.
Concepts x Nike Kyrie 5 Ikhet Sneakers
Kyrie Irving is a basketball star who plays point guard for the Boston Celtics. Recently, a video with him was released on Complex in a permanent series of Sneaker Shopping (where celebrities choose sneakers), and in the video, Kairi was shopping at the Concepts store in Boston and for a reason. Together with Concepts and Nike, he released sneakers named after himself – Nike Kyrie 5 “Ikhet”. The basketball player took part in the development of the design. “Looking at these sneakers, I think of a boy who probably doesn’t play basketball, but when he sees a pair on the shelf, he will ask who it is named after, and this will lead him to the sport”, is what Kairi says about their Nikes. Sneakers are indeed attractive to children. Flashy purple outsole, glitter flecks on the suede wing-shaped lace-up insert and red tongue with Concepts kanji lettering, Hamsa on the heel (Kyrie has this tattoo), gold details — for adults, it can be too much. Although, a full-fledged male size range is provided.
The sneakers will go on sale on December 26 and will be available for purchase on the Concepts website.
Yeezy Boost 700 v2 “Static” Sneakers
Yeezy’s second highly anticipated launch is the beloved Boost 700 v2 in the same Static colorway. The combination of white, gray and black goes with a massive sneaker. The silhouette remains unchanged, with the Yeezy Boost 700 v2 upper inheriting features from the Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runner and Yeezy Boost Mauve.
Yeezy Boost 700 v2 “Static” Trainers Coming 29December. Will cost $300. Catch them in the same place as Yeezy Boost 350 “Static” – on Yeezy Supply, adidas, Ssense, Mr.Porter, Sneakersnstuff and other sites.
Fear Of God x Nike Air Skylon II Sneakers
Fear Of God and Nike have already released two completely new models together – the Nike Air Fear Of God 1 and Nike Air Fear Of God Shoot Around – and now they are old.
