WHAT TO SEE WITH YOUR SIXT CAR RENTAL FROM SIXT
Once you start driving up Route 1 from Los Angeles you will be in the beautiful ocean-side town of Santa Barbara in just over two hours. Santa Barbara is a great place to stop and have a look around. The picturesque center of this town that is home to five colleges. After a quick walk around to stretch your legs you can grab a burrito and dip your feet in the ocean before continuing on your journey.
From Santa Barbara, you can get to the lovely Pismo Beach within one to two hours. Have a relaxing evening walking around this small coastline town, or check out the dunes and watch the sunset over the ocean before heading off to your lodging.
Continuing on your journey you can cruise up to Big Sur, a breathtaking coastal region of California full of incredible national parks that have provided inspiration for many prolific American authors. While driving up you can view the majestic green forests on your right and the rocky Pacific coastline on your left. If you can tear yourself away from this magnificently rugged area, you won’t be disappointed by what comes next.
Enter Monterey Bay and enjoy the relaxing environment of the town of Monterey. If you have some time, visit the aquarium and get a glimpse of what lies beneath the shimmering surface of the Bay. From there you can head to the other side of the Bay to Santa Cruz, where the 60s are still alive and well. In Santa Cruz you can relax into the laid-back atmosphere, eat some great food, and mosey on down to the coastline where you can watch the surfers as they peacefully bob up and down, waiting for the right wave.
From Santa Cruz, you can choose whether or not to stop by the fascinating, well-to-do tech capital, Palo Alto, or continue directly on to the gleaming city of San Francisco. Once you’re done marveling at these mysterious and awe-inspiring trees, continue on up the coast, maybe with a last stop in California by Crescent City, before crossing the border into Oregon. Appreciate the explosion of green countryside, lakes, and mountains as you drive through this lovely state to its gem of a city, Portland. This city is great for a visit and you’ll be charmed by its laid back and conscientious atmosphere. If you’re in a rush to get to Portland, Route 5 will take you directly there. But, we hope you’ve got some more time to dedicate to this state because the natural beauty, healthy food, and locally brewed beers it has to offer should not be missed!
You can take a winding route through the western side of the Cascade Mountain Range that takes you past stunning mountain views, lakes, and forests until you finally arrive in Portland. Make your way from the border to Route 58. Soon you’ll change onto Route 126 that follows the lively McKenzie River. While following the river don’t miss the plunging Sahalie Falls! Once you’re on to Route 22 you can stop at Detroit Lake or continue on to Breitenbrush River where you can access much of the wilderness in which Oregon prides itself by taking some short detours off the main road. Once you get back on track you can join the road following the stunning Clakamas River, driving past more gorgeous views and wild countryside, until you arrive in Portland. Take some time to explore this unique and innovative city, and once you’ve had your fill free-range chicken (Portlandia anyone?), keep on going north until you hit Washington. Skating up interstate 5, Seattle is merely three hours away!

Columbus – Seattle prediction October 17, 2021: NHL bets and odds
Columbus in the opening match of the season mocked Arizona, defeating the poor Coyotes 8: 2. What will the Blue Jackets do to Seattle? Let’s choose several options for a bet at once.

Columbus dropped a load from his shoulders?
In the first match of the championship, the Blue Jackets looked like they were reborn. Has the oppression of John Tortorella become unbearable lately? Aside from jokes, there is a good grain in this – this is how the team often behaves at first after getting rid of the dictator. Especially when the end of his reign turns out to be unfortunate.
Having gained confidence in their own abilities, the “uniforms” literally flew around the site, leaving no stone unturned from the “Arizona”. 8: 2 – Oliver Bjorkstrand scored two goals and two assists, Jack Roslavik scored two assists, Max Domi succeeded in goal + pass.It is clear that the opponent was very weak, but even the most optimistic Blue Jackets fans could hardly expect such a sharp start to the season.
Seattle won the first victory in history!
The Kraken started their first season in the league with an away defeat to Vegas Golden Knights – 3: 4. But already in the second game they managed to get a historic victory. Moving from Nevada to Tennessee, apparently, did without excesses and unnecessary hassle, and Seattle, gaining strength, beat Nashville at the Brigstone Arena – 4: 3. Work in unequal teams played a key role. The “Krakens” realized the majority twice and, although they themselves also conceded once in the minority, made a difference. Brendan Tanev scored a double, Jared McCann, a pair of “penguins” from Pittsburgh, scored a goal + pass.
As for the prospects for Dave Hackstall’s team this season, they may not be as bright as it was in the opening championship at Vegas, but they are quite attractive. The team with Philip Grubaer at the gate, Mark Giordano as captain and Jordan Eberle and Jonas Donskoy as the forwards-leaders is simply obliged to go to the playoffs.

Seattle look like a team capable of fighting for the playoffs and consistently outplaying opponents like Columbus. But it seems not this time. The Blue Jackets must have been very emotional after the 8-2 against Arizona, and this fuse is enough for them to cope with Seattle as well. The defeat, by the way, is also likely – after all, “Kraken” will play the third in a row match away.
Prediction – Columbus victory.
Betting options:
- Columbus wins in the match with odds of about 1.80;

New Jersey – Seattle Prediction October 20, 2021 NHL Betting & Odds
The Devils had a great match against Chicago, putting the squeeze on their opponents in overtime. Lindy Ruff’s side will now host Seattle, which will play in Jersey the day after the Philadelphia match. Is the home win guaranteed here? Let’s choose several options for a bet at once.

New Jersey has a huge potential
Under the leadership of Lindy Ruff, there are now a lot of young talents. Many of them are already becoming superstars, but so far, due to their age, they simply cannot be stable. This thesis was confirmed by the opening match of the season, where the Devils hosted the Blackhawks. Raff’s charges were in full control of the match and were leading 3: 1 4 minutes before the final siren. However, they allowed the opponent not only to return to the game, but also to level the score 26 seconds before the end with an empty net.Fortunately for New Jersey, Jack Hughes showed individual skill in overtime and brought the team to victory. The first success of the season was achieved, but it is clear that an experienced team in such a well-formed match for themselves would have achieved it with much less losses.
Seattle needs time to play
It is clear that only a team assembled through an expansion draft cannot consistently achieve success. The Seattle Kraken at the start of the championship is a typical example. 2 defeats in 3 matches, and hardly any prospects in the meeting with Philadelphia, which will end after this text is written.
Although it is clear that the further, the stronger Seattle will become. The team has an excellent set of performers, so reaching the playoffs is a completely real goal. Considering, moreover, not the strongest composition of the Pacific division, where the Krakens play.
Injury Lists
- New Jersey: Mackenzie Blackwood, Miles Wood, Davon Severson, Ty Smith – will not play.
- Seattle: Colin Blackwell, Yanni Gourd, Vince Dunn, Kalle Jarncrock, Markus Johansson – not playing.

Professional Bets and Predictions
No matter how the Seattle match in Philadelphia ends, it is clear that the Krakens have little chance of success in New Jersey.Back-to-back is generally the hardest test, and when you first need to play at a party with powerful “pilots”, and then also visit the incredibly strong team of Lindy Ruff, then even more so.
Forecast – New Jersey win.
