When You Have To Guess
Sometimes you may not have access to a child’s dress size or chest measurements.
If you are ordering shirts for a family reunion or a summer camp and have to guess on the sizes, keep these tips in mind.
Too big is better than too small. Stay on the safe side and order one size larger than you think you will need. If it turns out to be too big, then your child can grow into it and keep it for longer.
If you are selecting sizes for an older adolescent or a young teenager, be aware that youth extra large does not correlate to an adult small. A youth extra large shirt is wider and shorter proportionally than an adult small shirt. If you are on the fence about whether to order a youth extra large or an adult small, it is probably best to order the adult small shirt.
We do not carry any infant clothing so youth extra small is the smallest shirt that we offer. This shirt will likely fit most toddlers. If you are bringing your baby to their first family reunion, order the youth extra small shirt for your baby to wear and have as a keepsake.

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. It’s white-label too, so the eco-friendly vibes translate through your brand to your customer.
The packaging used for an order varies depending on the products being shipped, but the information below will give an idea of the packaging you can expect an order to ship in.
Paper mailing bags
Most orders up to a certain size will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailers. These mailers are bespoke, manufactured specifically for use for Inkthreadable orders.
Clothing items such as t-shirts and hoodies are folded neatly into these bags; to save on packing materials and reduce waste we do not pack items into individual bags before they are shipped in these mailers.
Our paper postal mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit.
Boxes
Cardboard boxes are used for orders too bulky for our large paper mailers. They work in just the same way though; clothing items are folded neatly into them, and any products requiring special packaging (such as mugs) which are shipping with clothing items are packed in their own packaging first before shipping in a box.
Mug boxes
Each mug ships in a mug box. There are multiple types, including bespoke boxes designed and manufactured exclusively for Inkthredable customers.
11oz white and two-toned mugs ship in our bespoke single, 2x, 4x or 6x boxes. These are designed specifically for protecting mugs during transit.
Other mugs including enamel and travel mugs ship in thinner cardboard boxes. These boxes aren’t weather-resistant so they’re shipped wrapped securely in our bespoke paper mailing bags.
Poster tubes
Again, these have been designed bespoke for Inkthreadable customers. They’re a triangular tube of weather-proof reinforced cardboard. This shape allows for easier transportation and label application so it’s very practical!
All posters ship in these tubes but for the A4 bamboo prints, which ship in reinforced envelopes.
