Responsabilidades: Siga las recetas de la hoja de lote Recibir, contar, verificar y registrar el número de lote y las cantidades Use una carretilla elevadora o una transpaleta para sacar los ingredientes necesarios Responsable de monitorear la seguridad y GMP's del personal. Se requiere que todos los empleados informen de inmediato y ayuden a eliminar o controlar cualquier problema de inocuidad de los alimentos que observen a su supervisor. Supervisa y hace cumplir las GMP Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el personal de control de calidad, el personal del almacén, los supervisores y el gerente.
