Sales Tax Policy
We are required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive delivery.
If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages unless an exemption is requested and the order is placed as stated above.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to populate before calling in to inquire. Your tracking number is sent to you once your order has been shipping. you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by putting your tracking number into the carrier’s shipment tracking page.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
US customers, you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-28 hours for the tracking number to repopulate. Shipping confirmations are sent out in the morning and afternoon on the day the order ships out.
International customers, you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping confirmation to be updated.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or your shipping method.
There is a small time window after placing the order that we may be able to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.

WHY DO I NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you order a single Face Shield®, we ship letter-rate so you will not have tracking.
- All other orders will have a tracking confirmation sent to your email.
- Please check your order confirmation and make sure you have specified the correct email
- Next, please check your junk/spam folder in your inbox
- Please understand we send you two emails the first is a confirmation email of receipt
- The second is the shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will be active within 48 hours, as there can be delays with our shipping carriers technology.

HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?

com product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:
US Customers:
- Please contact SA on live chat or by phone and we can advise how to return if you are needing help with an exchange.
- Please ship back to our facility: 1140 Holland Drive, Boca Raton FL 33487 Suite 8, with a note explaining what you would like (full refund or exchange)
- International shipping charges cannot be refunded.

- Invalid Address: If your address has been determined to be invalid, we will need you to verify your address.
A fee may be incurred if we have to adjust your address and reship your package. - Dead Letter: If the tracking number shows “Dead Letter”, no worries! We will reship your order at no cost to you.
- Missing or Incorrect Item: If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries! We will send you a return label to have the issue resolved at no cost to you.

If changes to the address need to be made, a fee may be incurred to reship the order. If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 20 business days, we will reship your package at no cost to you.

The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Alpha Defense Gear FACE SHIELD® tubular bandanas are not manufactured to and do not prevent bacteria or viruses.
Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
The cloth face coverings recommended are not surgical masks or N-95 respirators.
Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance.

Worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with.
Do not buy this product. The company will.charge you and only get part of the order. I ordered 8 and only received 5. I.have attempted live chat 3 times, Facebook messaging, and calling. Never spoke to a person, only auto generated messages. Again do not buy. Horrible company. I’m passing it on to all my nurses I work with and Facebook media.

Google today announced the acquisition of cybersecurity firm Mandiant.
This deal, if approved by regulators, will expand Google Cloud’s security offerings.
Google acquires Mandiant in an all-cash deal worth about $5.4 billion, or $23 per share. As of yesterday, the company’s market capitalization was $4.5 billion. The deal is expected to close “later this year” subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, with scrutiny likely.
Founded in 2004, Mandiant is best known for discovering the SolarWinds attack in late 2020. Now it will become part of Google Cloud to improve the services of the cybersecurity department and, ultimately, increase revenue. Google’s existing offerings include Chronicle analytics, VirusTotal scanning and cataloging, and BeyondCorp Enterprise.
With the acquisition of Mandiant, Google Cloud will expand these offerings to provide a comprehensive security suite with even greater capabilities to support customers in their cloud and on-premises environments.
Google highlights the following services in particular:
- Advisory Services : Mandiant’s proven global experience in integrated incident response, strategic preparedness and technical support helps clients mitigate threats and mitigate business risk before, during and after an incident.
- Threat Detection & Reconnaissance : Mandiant’s experience in detecting and responding to today’s adversaries enables customers to gain actionable intelligence about the threats that matter right now.
- Automation and Response Tools : Security Operations Tools within Google Cloud’s Chronicle, Siemplify, and Mandiant’s Automated Defense solutions help clients analyze, prioritize, and optimize threat response, and use the Mandiant experience as a virtual complement to their teams.
- Testing and Validation : Mandiant Security Validation helps customers continuously test and measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across cloud and on-premise environments, and complements the Google Cloud Security Command Center for robust risk management.
- Managed Protection : Mandiant Managed Attack Detection and Response Services act as a discreet addition to client security teams, providing continuous monitoring, event triage, and threat hunting that is independent of client endpoints and network tools.
