Worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy this product. The company will.charge you and only get part of the order. I ordered 8 and only received 5. I.have attempted live chat 3 times, Facebook messaging, and calling. Never spoke to a person, only auto generated messages. Again do not buy. Horrible company. I’m passing it on to all my nurses I work with and Facebook media.

Google today announced the acquisition of cybersecurity firm Mandiant. This deal, if approved by regulators, will expand Google Cloud’s security offerings.
Google acquires Mandiant in an all-cash deal worth about $5.4 billion, or $23 per share. As of yesterday, the company’s market capitalization was $4.5 billion. The deal is expected to close “later this year” subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, with scrutiny likely.
Founded in 2004, Mandiant is best known for discovering the SolarWinds attack in late 2020. Now it will become part of Google Cloud to improve the services of the cybersecurity department and, ultimately, increase revenue. Google’s existing offerings include Chronicle analytics, VirusTotal scanning and cataloging, and BeyondCorp Enterprise.
With the acquisition of Mandiant, Google Cloud will expand these offerings to provide a comprehensive security suite with even greater capabilities to support customers in their cloud and on-premises environments.
Google highlights the following services in particular:
- Advisory Services : Mandiant’s proven global experience in integrated incident response, strategic preparedness and technical support helps clients mitigate threats and mitigate business risk before, during and after an incident.
- Threat Detection & Reconnaissance : Mandiant’s experience in detecting and responding to today’s adversaries enables customers to gain actionable intelligence about the threats that matter right now.
- Automation and Response Tools : Security Operations Tools within Google Cloud’s Chronicle, Siemplify, and Mandiant’s Automated Defense solutions help clients analyze, prioritize, and optimize threat response, and use the Mandiant experience as a virtual complement to their teams.
- Testing and Validation : Mandiant Security Validation helps customers continuously test and measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across cloud and on-premise environments, and complements the Google Cloud Security Command Center for robust risk management.
- Managed Protection : Mandiant Managed Attack Detection and Response Services act as a discreet addition to client security teams, providing continuous monitoring, event triage, and threat hunting that is independent of client endpoints and network tools.
