While every day at X10 is unique and full of surprises, the days do follow a common structure. On a typical day, campers participate in two 1.5 hour lacrosse-specific periods and two activity periods.
The session allows plenty of time for lacrosse, and so we break up the program with special days, fun, and special events.
Below is a “typical” daily schedule:
7:30am Wake-up
8:00am-9:00am Breakfast & Cabin Clean-up
9:00am-11:00am Lacrosse I – Skills
11:00am-12:00pm Activity I
12:00pm-12:30pm Lunch
12:30pm-1:30pm Cabin Time
1:30pm-3:00pm Activity II
3:00pm-3:30pm Coaches Corner
3:30-5:00. Swimming
5:00pm- 5:30pm Dinner
6:00pm-7:30pm Lacrosse II – Games
7:30pm-9:00pm Snack & Evening Activity
9:00pm-10:00pm Cabin Time, showers, lights out
Bunking is dependent upon the camp facility. Adirondack Camp has bunks of 12-16 campers. All other overnight camps have dorm rooms of 2-3 campers. Campers are bunked according to their age.
Yes, when registering for camp there is a space to add a “roommate request”. Requests of up to 5 campers are honored. When groups become large (over 5) campers may be split into two smaller groups. All cabins are next to each other and campers will travel to outdoor activities and lacrosse trainings together.
Our camps are for athletes of all abilities who are passionate about lacrosse and who are looking to spend time working to elevate their game.
Counselors receive special training on keeping campers engaged and having fun at all times.
If campers are taking the bus they are sought out and made sure to have a bus mate from their cabin to get to know on the way up. When campers arrive on the first day counselors spend time playing getting to know you games and establishing cabin expectations.
The Bocklets’ and counselors have plenty of experience with first time campers and know just the right amount of special attention needed in these situations.
Yes! With an emphasis on lacrosse development, athletes spend the majority of the day on the field playing hard, having fun, and developing a stronger, better, smarter game.
Our drills and teaching techniques offer a cutting-edge approach to training, with a specific focus on breaking down all concepts of position and team play for the developing athlete.
Campers interested in separate goal-keeping sessions should indicate so on the camp application.
Goalkeepers are on a different training track than field players. Some of their instruction will overlap with the field players. They will train together with the field players to develop necessary skills and field awareness, but also receive specialized instruction in goal-keeping techniques and tactics.
Goaltending training will consist of angle play, approach to the ball, communication, clearing, and leadership skills.
At all our locations we have indoor facility access. We have survived many rainy days with tons of indoor activities and drills.
X10 is a week free from devices such as cell phones. This has been a staple of X10 for the past 10 years and we can assure you that campers and families are always thankful for the “break”. We have also found that the absence of cell phones limits homesickness in campers.
If you have an emergency at home please contact your camp director. In the case of a camper’s birthday during camp please text or email Emily Bocklet to set up a time to call your camper.
If we see cell phones at camp we hold onto them until departure day so best practice has always been to leave it at home. Thank you for helping us maintain this camp rule.

X10 Movement
At the heart of the X10 Movement are support groups-camps. Groups are created on the initiative of cluster leaders on the x10movement.ru platform. Participants join them to work on their projects and goals. Group meetings are held offline 2 times a month according to a methodology that allows participants to achieve their goals faster, sharing experiences and supporting each other.
Our goal is to create a comfortable and sustainable environment of mutual support and trust, where each participant can show their potential and reach new heights.
Our values: support, leadership, development, trust.
The X10 Movement is based on X10 INSIDE, the philosophy and ideological basis that serves as the basis for all projects of Igor Rybakov’s ecosystem.
X10 Movement is a community that brings together those who want to:
form a new strong environment;
leave a meaningful legacy through the creation of teacher-student chains;
manifest itself through the creation of a personal brand;
accelerate to achieve goals faster and more efficiently;
be always relevant, beyond time and space.
Everyone in the Movement has already proved to himself and to others that he is a powerful leader, that he has achieved certain heights in life. But if a person is ready to go beyond his success and make a new X10 result, then X10 Movement is the environment he needs.
X10 is a style and way of life when a person likes what happens to him.
Absolutely anyone. This Movement is not only for entrepreneurs, but also for those who undertake themselves.
X10 The movement is open to leaders and members of other communities, and does not restrict members in this matter. The leader of the X10 Movement can simultaneously be the leader of Equium, PRO Women and other communities that are not part of the ecosystem of Igor Rybakov.
Membership in the X10 Movement is free. The main condition is to accept the values described in the book of the clambers and live in accordance with them.
Klump is a stable group of 6-10 members within the Movement who:
– gathered together in the field of the causes of the klumper and on his initiative,
– set a personal goal and move towards it from meeting to meeting, sharing their progress and inspiring other participants,
– meet regularly to put done on the completed segment of the path to the goal and set a new vector of their movement.
The principles of work of the camp: trust, mutual influence, acceleration, self-development, strengthening each other.
Why “clamp”? In the production of CLAMP connections, these are stainless steel connecting elements. In the space of meanings X10, Klamp Movements are the connection of people into small groups, which, being fastened together, can organize an infinitely large network.
Klumper is the leader of the klump. Gathers 6-10 participants and creates an environment for X10 acceleration – that is, acts as an organizer of group meetings.
Clamper X10 promises:
1. ACCEPT the participant as they are.
2. SEE what a participant can become, even if he himself does not understand it yet.
3. FEEL what the participant can rely on on their way.
This is Uniform X10 Clamp Target
Clamp leaders can become X10 Movement Regional Leaders in their city. If new leaders have grown in your group and there are more than 3 klumps in your city, declare yourself as a Regional leader to the founder and Pulsar X10 of the Movement. Apply here https://x10movement.ru/integrators/.
A participant in the Movement is a participant in the kamp. He brings his energy and experience, stays in the field of causes of the clumper and the Grandmaster, and makes a personal X10 takeoff.
The regional leader is a clamper, who brought up new clamper leaders. The regional leader develops the Movement in his region.
The first condition for obtaining this status is that only the one in whose city there are several klamps (from 3) can become a regional leader.
The second obligatory condition is that the participants from his camp must create their own camps. The status of a Regional Leader reflects the main philosophy of the X10 Movement – to extend oneself in others – that is, to nurture a successor.
In the future, the Regional Leader may become a member of the X10 Council. Regional leaders are chosen by Pulsar X10 Movement.
1) Create your own camp – your own strong environment, your own environment for X10 growth.
2) Or join an existing camp.
1. Create your own clamp on the platform.
2. Join the Clampers Chat X10 Movement. You will find the link in your personal account after the creation of the camp.
Read the pinned message in the chat. It contains all the links and materials that will be useful to every clamper.
3. Tell about yourself and your klump in the chat.
There is a list of clamps on the platform, which you can get acquainted with and get to know fellow clampers better. Select your city in the search filter.
4. Record all the meeting histories of your camp inside the camp in the Meeting History section.
We will share the most interesting cases in our social networks.
5. Subscribe to our telegram channel X10 Movement. In the channel, we announce all events and broadcast.
❓ If you have any questions or difficulties, write to the Regional Leader in your city or the X10 Zalina Movement Community Manager.
You can find a clamp on the platform in the “Clamps” section.
Familiarize yourself with the camper you are interested in and send your application to join its camp. The response of the camper to your application will be sent to your mail.
Be the first to open a camp in your city.
Register your clamp on the platform.
Show yourself!
The Book of Klumper has an algorithm for holding meetings. You can hold in the format you are comfortable with, but the goal of each meeting must be achieved.
1 meeting – acquaintance
2 meeting – goal setting
3rd meeting – formation of goals into tasks
4th meeting – fixing the results
5th meeting – debriefing
6th meeting – celebrating success with the team
7th meeting – planning new goals
A more detailed meeting algorithm can be found in the Klumper Book
The date, time and place of each group’s meeting is determined by its leader-clumper. The leader informs accomplice members about the meeting in the group chat on the platform or in the selected channel. Usually meetings are held twice a month in a cafe or any other place convenient for the klumpa group.
Not only can, but it is even recommended. In the camps we exchange life and professional experience. If everyone has the same picture of the world and the same experience, we will not get strong development. Therefore, we welcome that in each group there are people of different professions, age, status, and so on.
Tell us – what changes have happened in your life since you joined the camp or created your own!
You can share your progress with X10 Movement Community Manager Zalina.
And we will show your stories to Igor Vladimirovich and highlight them in our social networks.
— 10 times stronger environment
— 10 times bigger thinking
— 10 times more income
You make a qualitative leap in life. Each participant has his own practical goal, to which he goes with the support of a small group.
