Exceed expectations
My isn’t was not a fan of me getting a machine, but this was low enough that maybe if it didn’t get he would get so upset.
I use a jackery 1000 pro to run it which actually increases the speed 1 mph faster than plugged into a regular outlet. Does it hit 50 no but 49 is close enough (pocket radar was used) . The ball feeder only holds 8 balls not 9 so it does go rather quick but the machine works just as good as the jug machine I used in 2006 that a higher one at that time. For the cost and an auto feed for 500 is pretty darn amazing. Light compared to other companies and packs fairly small. We pack it in a wagon with balls bags gloves etc and roll on down to the back fields with ease. Couldn’t be any happier it fits more of my needs that I didn’t even knew I needed such as the reason… so I don’t have to load it into the truck like people would have to do with other brands.
Good price and service
The price was good, and they were quick in answering questions I had. I received the stringer within about a week of purchase. The website could add information about shipping and estimate the time of delivery
Mario does a great job!
Exactly as -advertised and with free shipping no one else was offering.

looking for products and services that best fit my requirements. However, I was able to find what I was looking for when I visited the Ninjalax online store. With an unparalleled selection of sports and outdoor products, this brand stands head and shoulders above the competition. I have been a Ninjalax customer for quite some time now and I must say that the quality of their products has always met my expectations. Everything I have purchased from them, from high quality lacrosse sticks to durable soccer balls, has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability.
In addition, products are offered at not too expensive prices, which makes it easier for me to participate in the activities that I enjoy most without getting into debt. Ninjalax provides excellent customer service in addition to a wonderful selection of products to choose from. Their helpful and kind staff were always there to answer…

Bad customer service and slow delivery from Ninjalax

While regularly shopping at the Ninjalax online store, I have recently noticed a decrease in the quality of service and delivery. Although their selection is extensive and prices are fair, these issues spoil the overall experience. Whenever I had a problem or concern I tried to contact their customer service department but they were always unhelpful and condescending.
They seem to care more about making money than satisfying their customers. Delivery was also slow and unpredictable. In this day and age of instant gratification, it is simply unacceptable that I have to wait weeks for my things to arrive. When I complained to customer service about the robberies, I got a detour and an attitude check. All in all, my experience with Ninjalax customer service and shipping has been less than satisfactory. The lack of care and attention to the customer experience prevents me from recommending them to others, despite the fact that their products may be of decent quality and…
