“Washington” played two goals in the last minute, Svechnikov was broken off by another lacrosse and a forward juggler from Pittsburgh
NHL
Video
January 06, 2020
Guys from the NHL never let you get bored.
Hockey players “Washington” made a crazy comeback in a home game against “San Jose”. Trying to save the game, at the end of the third period they replaced the goalkeeper Braden Holtby on the sixth field player, but 60 seconds before the siren was missed into an empty net. The score became 4:2 in favor of the “sharks”.
But the hosts did not give up and continued to fight, leaving their gates empty. “San Jose” could not resist the pressure and missed twice with an interval of 32 seconds – from Jakub Vrana and TJ Oshi . And two minutes after the start of overtime, the guests were knocked out by the goal Lars Eller – 5:4!
It is curious that the main sniper of “Washington” Alexander Ovechkin did not score a single point in this fantastic match, having spent 17 minutes 40 seconds on the ice and limited himself to 3 shots on target and 1 power reception.
The three stars of this incredible fight are Lars Eller, Sharks hat-trick scorer Evander Kane and Jakub Vrana.
In the match “Carolina” against “Tampa” (1:3) forward “hurricanes” Andrei Svechnikov was prevented from scoring his third lacrosse goal of the season. He conceived his trick in the middle of the third period with the score 0:3, but the defenders of the “lightning” Eric Chernak and Braydon Coburn showed vigilance and knocked out the stick of the Russian magician.
Although Andrei Svechnikov did not leave the court without a goal, after a couple of minutes he distinguished himself in a not so sophisticated way.

At Pittsburgh, forward Jared McCann was drawn to tricks, who, in a match against Florida, with a score of 1: 3, decided to juggle, breaking through to the opponent’s goal. In a confrontation with opponents, he managed to throw the puck on the switch 5 times.
But this did not lead to a goal. Although in this meeting he managed to hit the target – in the first period he made the score 1:1. And the match “penguins” eventually lost (1:4).

A juicy fight already at the first face-off in the match was organized by Anaheim and Nashville players Nicolas Delaurier and Austin Watson . Both got it from each other.
The game went out fighting and ended only in a shootout, where Anaheim players turned out to be more successful. And Watson, in addition to the fight, was also marked by an abandoned puck, making the score 1:1 in the 20th minute.
