The Storm King School was founded in 1867 in Cornwall-on-Hudson, near New York. Education and accommodation at The Storm King School

Curriculum:
Curriculum requires 22.5 credits and mandatory participation in at least two school sports teams. Among the subjects chosen by students:
- English (4 credits)
- mathematics (3-4 credits)
- history (4 credits)
- foreign languages (2 credits)
- Science (3-4 credits)
- physical education (2 credits)
- art (1 credit)
Academically strong students can choose from 10 subjects offered at the Advanced Placement level: art history, computer science, macroeconomics, English, physics, statistics and others.
Accommodation
There are 6 residences on campus:
- Cottage House,
- Dempsey House,
- Highmount House,
- McConnel House,
- Spy Rock House,
- Stonehall House.
Students share rooms for two. Each building has a common living room, where recreation, leisure and self-study areas are equipped.
Managers live in each building. They not only help with solving everyday issues and homework, but also monitor the psychological comfort of students, try to be as involved as possible in their lives.
A separate pride of the school is its own staff of chefs, who are responsible for the quality and variety of the menu.
The tradition of the school is a “family dinner” for students on Thursdays. On this day, a special list of dishes is being prepared, and students must visit it in full dress.
