Stemtree Summer Camps

We are so pleased to be voted the Best Summer Camps five years in a row. Stemtree Education Centers pride themselves on child-focused learning in order to instill knowledge of science, technology and engineering. STEM-based learning differs from traditional subjects and teaching styles, which means it needs a different approach. Classroom settings, without that personal touch, do not work for STEM and sometimes can leave children bored or lacking in workable knowledge. Memorizing, repeating and quizzing students on STEM subjects is an easy way to snuff out children’s natural curiosity and imagination. Spending one-on-one time with each student, complete with personalized, hands-on activities, can relight the fire and set students up for more advanced subjects down the road. Reston Community Center Summer Camps

The Reston Community Center offers 70 sessions of specialty camps of varying lengths that introduce campers to a new skill, such as cooking, sewing, chess, digital photography, computers, engineering, origami, pet care and more.
