What are the key terms and processes related to property taxes in Los Angeles County. How does the Annual Secured Property Tax Bill work. What are the various types of assessments and exemptions available. How can property owners manage their tax obligations efficiently.
Understanding the Annual Secured Property Tax Bill
The Annual Secured Property Tax Bill is a crucial document for property owners in Los Angeles County. This bill, issued by the Department of Treasurer and Tax Collector, encompasses the General Tax Levy, Voted Indebtedness, and Direct Assessments. Property owners receive this bill by November 1st of each fiscal tax year, with payments due in two installments.
Why is it important to understand this bill? The Annual Secured Property Tax Bill provides a comprehensive breakdown of your property tax obligations, allowing you to plan your finances accordingly and ensure timely payments to avoid penalties.
Components of the Annual Secured Property Tax Bill
- General Tax Levy
- Voted Indebtedness
- Direct Assessments
How are these components calculated? The General Tax Levy is based on the assessed value of your property, while Voted Indebtedness reflects any approved bonds or special taxes. Direct Assessments cover specific services or benefits provided to your property.
Adjusted Secured Property Tax Bills: When and Why They Occur
An Adjusted Secured Property Tax Bill replaces the original Annual Secured Property Tax Bill under certain circumstances. These adjustments ensure that your property tax bill accurately reflects any changes or corrections that may have occurred after the initial bill was issued.
Under what conditions might you receive an Adjusted Secured Property Tax Bill?
- Changes or corrections to the assessed value of the property
- Allowance of previously omitted exemptions
- Corrections to Direct Assessments from municipalities or special districts
- Inclusion of penalties for non-compliance with certain legal requirements (excluding late payment penalties)
Understanding these adjustments is crucial for property owners to ensure they are paying the correct amount and taking advantage of any applicable exemptions or corrections.
Demystifying Property Tax Assessments: Ad Valorem vs. Non-Ad Valorem
Property tax assessments in Los Angeles County fall into two main categories: Ad Valorem and Non-Ad Valorem. Grasping the difference between these types of assessments is essential for property owners to understand how their tax obligations are determined.
Ad Valorem Assessments
What does “Ad Valorem” mean in the context of property taxes? The term “Ad Valorem” translates to “according to the value.” In property taxation, this refers to taxes that are calculated based on the assessed value of the property. The Office of the Assessor determines this value, which forms the basis for the majority of your property tax bill.
Non-Ad Valorem Assessments
In contrast, Non-Ad Valorem assessments are not based on the property’s value. These assessments typically cover specific services or benefits provided to the property, such as street lighting, waste management, or special district fees. The amount is usually fixed and not directly tied to the property’s assessed value.
How do these different assessment types affect your overall property tax bill? While Ad Valorem taxes may fluctuate with changes in your property’s assessed value, Non-Ad Valorem assessments tend to remain more stable, providing a consistent portion of your total tax obligation.
Navigating Property Identification and Tax Roll Years
Proper identification of your property and understanding the tax roll year are crucial aspects of managing your property tax obligations in Los Angeles County.
Assessor’s Identification Number (AIN)
What is an Assessor’s Identification Number (AIN)? The AIN is a unique 10-digit number assigned to each piece of real property for tax purposes. This number, also known as the map book, page, and parcel number, helps identify your specific property in the county’s records.
How is the AIN formatted? A typical AIN follows the structure: 1234-567-890. This number is essential when referencing your property in any communications with the county tax offices or when making tax payments.
Fiscal Tax Year and Tax Roll Year
The fiscal tax year in Los Angeles County runs from July 1 through June 30. The tax roll year corresponds to this fiscal period. For example, the 2023-24 tax roll year begins on July 1, 2023, and ends on June 30, 2024.
Why is understanding the tax roll year important? It helps you keep track of when your property taxes are assessed, billed, and due. It also ensures that you’re referencing the correct year when reviewing your tax obligations or making payments.
Property Valuation: Current Assessed Value vs. Current Market Value
Understanding the difference between Current Assessed Value and Current Market Value is crucial for property owners in Los Angeles County. These two values can significantly impact your property tax obligations and overall financial planning.
Current Assessed Value
What is the Current Assessed Value? This is the value assigned to your property by the Office of the Assessor for tax purposes. It serves as the basis for calculating your Ad Valorem property taxes.
How is the Current Assessed Value determined? In California, under Proposition 13, the assessed value is typically based on the property’s purchase price, with annual increases limited to 2% or the rate of inflation, whichever is lower. Significant changes, such as new construction or a change in ownership, can trigger a reassessment.
Current Market Value
The Current Market Value represents the estimated resale value of your property in the current real estate market. This value can fluctuate based on various factors, including local market conditions, property improvements, and overall economic trends.
Why might there be a discrepancy between Current Assessed Value and Current Market Value? Due to Proposition 13 limitations, the assessed value often grows more slowly than the market value, especially in areas with rapidly appreciating property values. This can result in significant differences between the two values over time.
Managing Delinquencies and Defaulted Taxes
Timely payment of property taxes is crucial to avoid delinquencies and the potential consequences of defaulted taxes. Understanding these terms and the associated timelines can help property owners manage their tax obligations effectively.
Delinquency and Delinquency Dates
What constitutes a delinquency in property taxes? A delinquency occurs when a current year installment payment is not received by the due date. The Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector sets specific delinquency dates for each installment:
- 1st Installment: Due November 1, delinquent after December 10
- 2nd Installment: Due February 1, delinquent after April 10
How is a payment considered timely? The Treasurer and Tax Collector must receive your payment by the delinquency date, or it must be postmarked by the United States Postal Service on or before this date. If the delinquency date falls on a weekend, it’s extended to the close of business on the next business day.
Defaulted Taxes
When do property taxes become defaulted? Taxes are considered defaulted when they remain unpaid at the end of the fiscal tax year (June 30). Defaulted taxes can lead to more severe consequences, including additional penalties and potential loss of property if left unaddressed for an extended period.
What options are available for managing defaulted taxes? Los Angeles County offers payment plans such as the Five-Pay Plan, which allows defaulted property taxes to be paid in 20% increments over five years, along with current year taxes. This can provide relief for property owners struggling to pay their back taxes in full.
Direct Assessments and Special Charges
Direct Assessments are an important component of property tax bills in Los Angeles County. These charges cover specific services or benefits provided to your property, often by local agencies or special districts.
Understanding Direct Assessments
What types of services are typically covered by Direct Assessments? These can include:
- Weed removal
- Landscape maintenance
- Flood control measures
- Refuse collection
- Sewer services
- Sidewalk repair
- Street lighting
How are Direct Assessments added to your tax bill? The Department of Auditor-Controller adds these charges to the Secured Tax Roll at the request of local taxing agencies. Unlike Ad Valorem taxes, Direct Assessments are typically fixed amounts based on the specific services provided, not on the value of your property.
Escape Assessments
What is an Escape Assessment? This is a charge for a taxable or assessable event from a prior year that was not included in that year’s tax bill. It “escaped” assessment at the time but has since been discovered and added to your current bill.
How does an Escape Assessment affect your tax bill? These assessments can result in additional charges for previous years, potentially increasing your current tax obligation. The county offers a Four-Pay Plan to help property owners manage these unexpected charges, allowing payment in 20% increments over four years without penalties or interest.
Exemptions and Tax Relief Options
Los Angeles County offers various exemptions and tax relief options to eligible property owners. Understanding these can help you reduce your tax burden and manage your property tax obligations more effectively.
Common Exemptions
What types of exemptions are available to property owners? Some common exemptions include:
- Homeowners’ Exemption: For primary residences
- Veterans’ Exemption: For qualifying veterans
- Disabled Veterans’ Exemption: For veterans with service-connected disabilities
- Church Exemption: For properties used exclusively for religious worship
- Welfare Exemption: For properties used for charitable purposes
How do these exemptions work? They typically reduce the assessed value of your property, thereby lowering your overall tax bill. The amount of reduction varies depending on the specific exemption and your circumstances.
Tax Relief for Special Circumstances
Are there relief options for taxpayers facing hardships? Yes, Los Angeles County provides several programs for taxpayers in special circumstances:
- Military Personnel Relief: For active duty military personnel who may be unable to pay on time due to their service obligations
- Disaster Relief: For properties damaged or destroyed by a calamity
- Senior Citizens, Blind, or Disabled Tax Postponement Program: Allows eligible homeowners to postpone payment of property taxes
How can property owners apply for these relief options? Each program has specific eligibility requirements and application procedures. It’s important to contact the Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector’s office or visit their website for detailed information and application instructions.
Efficient Payment Methods and Account Management
Los Angeles County offers various payment methods and account management tools to help property owners efficiently handle their tax obligations. Understanding these options can streamline your property tax management process.
Electronic Payment Options
What electronic payment methods are available for property taxes in Los Angeles County?
- Online Payments: The county’s website allows for secure electronic payments
- Electronic Check: An online payment method that functions like a traditional paper check
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Available online or by phone (fees may apply)
How do these electronic methods benefit taxpayers? They offer convenience, speed, and often provide immediate confirmation of payment, reducing the risk of late fees due to mail delays.
Impound/Escrow Accounts
What is an Impound/Escrow Account? This is an account set up by a property owner with their mortgage lender to pay property taxes (and often homeowners insurance) as part of their monthly mortgage payment.
How does an Impound/Escrow Account work? The lender estimates your annual property tax and divides it into monthly payments, which are added to your mortgage payment. The lender then pays your property taxes when they’re due.
Closing/Settlement Statements
What is a Closing/Settlement Statement? This document, also known as a HUD-1 Settlement Statement or Settlement Sheet, provides detailed closing information for a real estate transaction. It includes escrow deposits for property taxes, commissions, loan fees, and other related costs.
Why is the Closing/Settlement Statement important for property taxes? It ensures that property tax obligations are clearly outlined and accounted for during the property transfer process, helping new owners understand their tax responsibilities from the outset.
By utilizing these payment methods and account management tools, property owners in Los Angeles County can more effectively manage their tax obligations, reduce the risk of late payments, and ensure a smooth process when buying or selling property.

Cave Diving – Sergey Dolotov about his first ascent in White Crack cave on Tetis.
ru I will dive … Why the evening joyful expectation of a meeting with the cave was replaced in the morning by the search for “excuses”, I do not understand. Nevertheless, I continue half-asleep to carry out the entire standard morning training protocol.
In the end, spitting on all the torment and throwing a heavy backpack with clothes over my shoulder, I move towards breakfast, persuading myself on the go that I can always refuse to dive without explaining the reason.
I had complicated relations with this cave, or rather, it did not want to see me and accept me. Twice. But, during my last visit to Sharm, Gena went through the cave to the end, and an excursion dive was waiting for me. There were no signs of news…
White Crack is located on the inside of the southern tip of Woodhouse Reef, Tiran, Sharm El Sheikh. Discovered and explored to a depth of 60 m by Gennady Fursov. Then passed with the installation of the liner to a depth of 96m by Sergey (Crazzzy) Andreev with the support of Gennady Fursov and Andrey Ryansky.
Swaying on a small wave, the boat moves briskly towards the reefs of Tirana. Gena habitually assembles a classic staging kit, while I am forced to be creative, inventing a configuration on the go, and, traditionally, from improvised means. Thoughts “… why not send everything to …” subsided slightly, supplanted by voluntary-compulsory “creativity”, but they did not want to leave completely. Mumbling under my breath something like “… you, fool, how many have been taught not to climb the devil knows where in untested configurations …”, I twist the “coffee maker” SF-1 into a sidemount version. So, where to attach a can of cracker blower? With what? Where is the buoy, disappeared somewhere again … Yeah, here it is. On the shelf, on the shelf, so as not to forget to put a cracker in your pocket.
Phew… I think I managed to assemble something that looks like a diving structure. Do not forget to set the mixtures in decompression meters, the sling cutter on the VRki strap, check the lights, we don’t take the lead coil – the cave has been passed, the guide has been hung, a couple of spools – and that’s enough.
We get dressed, we check, at this time the bot slowly goes to the “reset point”. Interestingly, this time we will again traditionally wander from one coral tower to another, or will we immediately find the right one? We jumped, looked down – it looks like we are in place. Sign exchange: “Ready? Ready!” – and go to the depths. I immediately notice that in the Nomad it is much more difficult, compared to the classic wing, to keep the horizontal right-left balance when three full stages are hanging on one side. Okay, we’ll survive, with all this garland it won’t take long to swim.
Used scuba gear: pSCR SF-1 side mount, 15 liter steel cylinder with V valve, three Alu80 stages, 2 liter composite inflation cylinder, DiveRite Nomad sidemount wing mount, AquaLung: Legend – 2 regulators pcs, and Calipso (oxygen), Apex Tek3 and DST, DUI TLS350 drysuit, DiveSystem TechFins fins, Halcyon Explorer 18W HID flashlights, DiveRite LED 300 Flashlight and Heser LED, VR3 dive meters – 2 pcs and Suunto D9 in Gauge mode, knife, sling cutter, two spools 30 and 70 m, decobuy.
Traditions should be observed – they strayed, but the second approach leads to the goal. I go down into the crevice leading to the entrance to the cave, and start unfastening and attaching stages on the shelf, then I switch to bottom gas and start the tour.
As Gena later told me, I was so focused on the preparation that I overlooked a hefty turtle that was chewing soft corals in the same hole, even almost touched it with flippers a couple of times….
The fissure, after two short horizontal cul-de-sacs, goes down almost vertically, narrowing, and then swings open into the cave. It immediately becomes clear where the name came from. The cave, indeed, is almost white from the inside: the floor, rough walls, ledges and shelves are covered with very light silt. A narrowing hall-branch goes down to the left, the lantern goes to the left, I look around, and turn right down, almost “below me”, following the mover.
After the turn, a wall with a negative slope hangs overhead to the left. It looks very unusual, as if a huge concrete slab is absolutely flat, only slightly rough. This is the first time I have met this in the Red Sea caves. The right wall falls down in steps. Here is the end of the runway, the depth is about 95 m, the right (along the way) wall is pressed against the left by ledges and the ceiling closes overhead. Below, after a few meters, you can see something that looks like a narrow passage – immediately thought: you need to look, what if …
I’m approaching, the depth is about 100 m, the hand with the lantern – forward, yeah, “suddenly” took place, behind a short narrow passage you can see the volume. So… the evening ceases to be languid… the tour ended suddenly, the rebreather circuit smelled of an unplanned solo first ascent… Pressure gauge – everything is in order, VR pads – TTS power reserve is good, self-awareness is normal, a little excitement, a little fear too – balance. A favorite phrase of obsessive Arab sellers-barkers flashes through my head: “Friend, zahady, for a minutka, just look at it . ..”. Agreed, let’s go.
Narrowing is easy. I look around and quietly go nuts – this is not just a volume, this is the second shaft, going up and slightly to the right, parallel to the one I went down, smoothly tapering at the top. The bottom of the mine, along the “concrete slab” on the left, continues to slowly descend. In the distance there is still a narrowing, outwardly similar to the one just passed.
Depth – 104 m, so where to go? Judging by the relative position of the shafts, they must be connected at the top. The question is whether this connection is passable. We must try to see. On the other hand, the continuation of the cave down is very attractive, but it is scary to go beyond the END limit of 30 m at such a depth, in the overhead, solo, behind two narrownesses.
Gas set: bottom – Tx 10/60, run/first deco – Tx 20/30, deco – EAN50 and oxygen.
I start a smooth climb up, along the second shaft, looking at the VR-ki, so as not to break through the ceiling of the first deep stop. Stop, that’s enough. The shaft narrows, it looks like there is a turn to the left. Surely it goes into the main passage, somewhere below the first narrowness. The temptation to jump out immediately closer to the entrance is great, but if I don’t climb through and have to return the same way, such a “saw” will increase the decompression obligations too much.
Caution outweighs, I fall down, make a few strokes with fins towards the deep part. 109 m, but it does not become clearer – there is further continuation, or not. That’s it, it’s time to turn around, depth, total ascent time (TTS) and gas reserve – all indicators are at the limit. Ahead is a long road to the surface – almost three hours. I sneak into the inter-shaft passage and emerge to the first deep stop, here it is – the first step of the ladder with a step of 3 meters, leading home.
Step by step I go to the “finish line” to the exit from the cave, I see the light of a lantern from above. I draw with my flashlight OK – no answer. I repeat, then I look closely – the light from above is dim and yellowish. It is clear that Gena, without waiting, left me a beacon. Indeed, when I am “released” to this depth, I see the included backup hanging on the hoist. I immediately remember our Thai voyage (cave courses with Cedric Verdier) and look around in search of a slate with a note. No. Well, I really wanted to know if we drink beer today …. The VRs flash alternately, reminding you to switch to the first decosmos. Well, they will have to be patient, I have not yet crawled to the shelf with stages.
I remove the flashlight from the guide, click on the D-ring, turn it off. I continue to climb. Here is the shelf. In order not to increase the decompression time, I first stick into the decogas, flush the circuit, switch gases on the dive meters, and only then begin to place the stages on the harness. Something constantly pushes to the right under the elbow …. It turns out that the blower can jumped off the makeshift suspension, and now it just floats near me on the hose. Well, okay, it doesn’t matter anymore, I’m in open water, we’ll get to this “badass” as well.
Gradually rising, I go to the reef wall. Today the current is weak, so it will be possible to choose the most beautiful and interesting places. There is plenty of time ahead, this corner of the reef is hardly visited by recreational groups and therefore retains its unspoiled beauty.
So, either hanging for 5-10 minutes in pleasant corners, or slowly swimming along the reef in search of the next point of observation of the life of the sea, I while away the decompression time. When I stop in one place for a long time, marine life completely ceases to pay attention to me. Fish swim 10 cm from the mask, the bottom comes to life and begins to move and crawl, tuna and other large fish leisurely pass at arm’s length.
At some point, meditation is interrupted by Gena, who comes down to me from above to ask how things are going and how long I’m going to look at the fish. I extend my hand to him with VR headphones, he watches TTS, the immersion profile. Everything is clear to him, but I write on the drain that I found a continuation. I finally calm down that Gena and the guys on the boat are now aware that I am alive and well and why, as usual, the dive is dragging on for a long time. The only worm that moves inside is the wife, who has remained on the shore today, is worried. We did not enter the water early, and then the dive turned out to be long. I’ll get out – I must immediately call …
Again I catch myself that the minutes of the top stop last the longest when there are 30, 20, 15 minutes left…. As soon as the number 10 is replaced by nine, it becomes much more fun. And so almost every time, on dives with a total duration of more than 2.5 hours. It’s funny.
Here it is, nine. It’s time to get together. I move along the reef closer to its middle, rehook the used stages in such a way as to quickly bring them to the deck to meet them. Once again I examine the entire economy in search of something that can catch on and interfere with the exit. It’s time. The last 4 meters I emerge very, very lazily. Everything, the dive is over, the surface, the sun, the breeze. The total time under water is 224 minutes. Close the contour and on the neck, mask on the back of the head, wash, now the lung valve in the mouth and a big OK to the bot. They saw, they go to pick up ….
…In the evening, with a glass of light and soft Tullamore Dew, I sit with my wife on the terrace of the hotel room. Pictures of the day’s dive run through my head. And this is where it gets really scary… But also joyfully. There is a sequel to White Crack! We did it!

Here you will find the Weapon Build menu among the many menus in the game. As for what and how to build, there is nothing new in Biomutant-e in this respect. You have to dismantle and modify existing weapons and improve them with all sorts of spare parts and consumables.
Components and resources are made from anything that can be dismantled, so during the game you must constantly collect resources for building, especially if you come across something interesting and unusual.
Again, crafting in Biomutant is one of the key elements of the game. The faster you win, the easier and more fun it is to play.
Why is the damage done to monsters so terrible?
Sometimes it’s impossible to defeat just one beast when the damage doesn’t seem to transfer at all? In fact, that’s how it was designed. Biomutant enemies are also able to defend themselves and block damage in a variety of ways, including blocking armor.
Highly armored monsters are even marked with a shield icon (next to their level number) and can only be defeated with high penetration weapons (“piercing”) and appropriate modifications.
Simply put, if the monster’s attacks are ineffective, it is likely to use a very weak weapon. We must get or build something more powerful and penetrating. Or we may fall under a much higher monster standard, and then it will be too early to fight him. Therefore, first draw and create a suitable weapon, and then join the fight.

Biomutant Crafting – how to create, upgrade and modify equipment
Crafting is a key mechanic in Biomutant. Players can combine different components in a billion different combinations to create completely unique weapons. Armor cannot be crafted, but can be upgraded for additional benefits. In this guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about how the biomutant creation system works.
Biomutant Crafting Tips
Biomutant crafting requires materials. They can be found in the open world or in recycled useless tools. Crafting itself can be done in the crafting menu, while upgrades can only be done at the workbench (an orb in a key area of the game).
Armor crafting.
The creation of armor in Biomutant is limited to two options: upgrade and modification. It is impossible to create armor from scratch. Therefore, players have to buy from merchants or work with armor found in the world.
Armor UpgradeBiomutant armor can only be upgraded at a workbench. They can be found on hot air balloons all over the world. There are two types of improvements: qualitative and material. Please note that this is not a real statistic, but only improves the level of shields. Many materials are also needed to upgrade armor.
Armor modification. Armor can be modified in the Create menu. Each armor has a predetermined number of spaces. The higher the rarity, the more places. Additions can be made to these slots to increase the item’s functionality and rarity. Note, however, that adding these additional features comes at a hardware cost. In addition, additives can be replaced at any time, provided sufficient materials are available. Finally, note that the front and back armor do not have slots and cannot be modified.
Weapon manufacturing
Unlike armor, biomutant weapons are flexible. This functionality can be divided into three mechanisms: creation, change and improvement. They also act differently in ranged and melee combat. It should also be remembered that some weapons, such as tribal weapons, do not have access to the crafting function.
Creating a weapon To create a weapon, open the Create menu. Remember that the type of weapon and style of wang fu only depends on the base you choose. In addition, the construction also requires a number of materials
- Close up: 1x base + 1x handle + superstructure
- Distance: 1x base + 1x handle + 1x spout + 1x stock + 1x bit + 1x magazine
Weapon mods. Like armor, weapons (far and melee) can be modified to improve their functions and rarity level. Of course, this requires materials that you must obtain. Each weapon has a predetermined number of slots that can be slotted with add-ons. However, these additives are not permanent and can be replaced.
Weapon upgrade. Like armor, upgrading weapons requires players to find a weapon workbench at the top of the popular one. There are two types of modernization: material and qualitative. Both of these upgrades instantly improve weapon stats. However, like everything else in Biomutant, they require a number of components.
That’s all we’ve learned about how crafting works in Biomutant. Additional help on the game can be found in the detailed Biomutantwiki guide.
Typical damage is 156 to 256, plus 20 radiation damage. The weapon has good armor penetration and has the ability to increase damage by 10% for every 4 meters passed by the projectile. Rating – 5.5 stars.

One of the main advantages of Biomutant is the ability to create your own unique weapons and armor in the game from materials that can be found throughout the giant world. You can literally combine everything you find in ruined villages, giant factories, and every other place you can imagine. Pencils can become attachments for military weapons, a brush can be turned into a one-handed knife, tubes can serve as muzzles, you get the idea. How to make such a wonderful weapon? Look below for everything you need to know.
How to create weapons and armor in Biomutant
Once you get past the tutorial and start exploring the world, you’ll start finding dozens of random items all over the place. Some of them are parts of weapons and armor and are used to create completely new weapons or modify existing ones. By going to the Gear menu located in the main menu, you will be able to see the “Craft” tab. Navigate to it, click on it, and then select the desired section. You can select any part of the body: torso, legs, shoulders, etc., as well as select the main or additional arm to go to the weapon menu.
After selecting the desired area, you have several options. Let’s start with armor. If you have chosen a torso for example and you already have a chest piece with multiple attachment slots (this will be indicated in the item info), you can add some parts to it to increase its stats or add some abilities. To do this, you will also need resources, which you can see at the bottom of this same page. Boards, adhesive tape, all kinds of materials. Select the desired add-on, check if you have the necessary resources, and click the “Create” button. Your object will be ready immediately. Please note that it is not possible to create armor from scratch.
腕
When it comes to weapons, things are much more complicated. You have two options. You can either modify an existing weapon, as in the torso example above, or create an entirely new weapon from scratch. There really isn’t a difference in effect you can achieve, and modifying an existing weapon will save you some resources, making it ideal if you only want to use one specific weapon. On the other hand, if you want to have multiple options, for example, for multiple builds and settings, then you will have to create a lot of new weapons.
In any case, when modifying or creating a new weapon from scratch, you will have to select its parts. These parts also determine the type of weapon you will receive. The “Base” part of each weapon indicates the type of weapon being created (single-barreled shotgun, shotgun, rifle, etc.). The rest of the parts just change the look of the weapon, its stats and abilities, if any.
However, you don’t have to worry about using parts, as they are not consumed during the game. You can disassemble the weapon at any time and restore all used parts. However, the materials used to create the corresponding weapon will be consumed. This can get in the way at first, but there’s nothing to worry about, as you’ll soon be swimming in resources. Needless to say, in the world of biomutants, this process becomes easier over time, as you can buy parts from several dealers and outposts. Don’t be afraid to experiment a lot with creating new toys, it will only make your gaming experience even better.
And that’s all you need to know about how to create weapons and armor in Biomutant.
Before we talk about specific pistols, swords and sticks, remember that not all of them are available immediately. Some of them require you to complete certain levels or progress through the story. In addition, you will receive a suit to protect against various types of threats. This is required to enter special areas.
Blaze Gloves
Gloves can be obtained by completing the Boom side quest. You don’t need to craft anything. Just follow the mission signs.
Gloves deal standard damage of 274-299, additional fire of 35, and high attack speed. Rating 3.5 stars.
Lump Pinhandle Rolling Pin
Another side quest weapon. You need to help a character named Lampcake bake cookies.
During the quest, you will have to defeat a mini-boss. If you complete all the tasks, your reward will be a rolling pin.
Typical damage ranges from 287 to 354. Additional fire damage is 125. Roller is a pistol and has good attack speed. Its rating is 3 stars.
Pri Murgel Sword
One of the most powerful swords in the game is easy to get by completing side missions. You need to light the beacon on the island.
Light indicates a cave to the right of a nearby rock. Go there and defeat the mini-boss.
To get the sword, the symbol plate must be correctly illuminated. It’s very simple. The plates light up one after another, and there are no errors.
