- Encourage participation in other sports or physical activities
- Ensure adequate time for academics and homework
- Allow for unstructured play and relaxation time
- Discuss the importance of time management and prioritization

I am not the first time in Tarkhankut with my family. Huge thanks to the guys who organize this tour! Valentina, who is in charge, and all the other assistant instructors, who make an incredible effort to make the tour happen. It is necessary! It is necessary for all of us and for many people who have not yet been here. Every time here everything is rethought in a new way. It’s a huge gift when we get together here. Every time I go here, it’s exciting how the group will turn out. The way people change and the way they share feedback is great. Many thanks to Zhenya, who solves all issues: water, transfer, and so on. Many thanks to Vasily for delicious food with additives! Many thanks to Val for the practice and patience! Many thanks to the volunteer Vasya for musical instruments and volunteer help! Thanks to Katya – the little mermaid who immersed us! Thank you Sergey for your support with humor and for the atmosphere! Many thanks to all the participants for the sincere conversations and support! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to practice yoga! Thanks to everyone who came to see them!

In the summer we tried to work out at the camp. As a parent, I liked that the child was distracted from the phone and began to benefit from “freezing” in the computer. Young but responsible teachers. Well equipped classrooms. We decided to continue our education at the Small Academy. The child runs to classes with pleasure.

My son is now resting in Scarlet Sails. I want to express my deep gratitude to the administration and workers of the camp. My son is 8 years old, in the camp for the first time, but he doesn’t want to go home at all, but he misses us, he talks to us on the phone, but he doesn’t want to go home. There are a lot of events of any kind, there is no time to be bored. Leaders are great! Meals 5 times a day, very tasty according to the son. For me, the main thing is that it is rational, varied and gives seasonal vegetables and fruits. When asked what to bring you from delicious, after a pause, the son said, well, lollipop, it says that he is not at all hungry, they gave strawberries and cherries and apricots and many other things and cookies, waffles and juice – they all give them. Special thanks to the medical staff, for the first time I meet this (the eldest son went to camps for 8 years) daily monitoring of well-being, the throat turned red immediately, rinsing and treatment with medicine. Direct resort! I was very surprised by the laundry, it was possible not to give a wardrobe for 21 days. In short, everything is very cool!
