Who is eligible to train at Create A Pro Wrestling? What ages?

Create A Pro Wrestling will be offering wrestling instruction to anyone who’s dream it is to be a professional wrestler. Applicants over the age of 18 with no prior training will train in the beginner program. Applicants over the age of 18 with some prior training will train in the intermediate class. Those with experience must be evaluated by a trainer to be allowed.

What sort of shape or size do I have to be in to train?
Create A Pro encourages future students to be in a healthy shape, but it is not a requirement. There is no height/weight limit or requirement. All sizes welcome. At Create A Pro you will be conditioned upon enrollment.

Some days I can not make training, is that okay?

Do you want to get involved in wrestling but don’t think an in-ring career is right for you? We also cater to individuals who want to try their hand at less physically demanding roles. Our non-wrestling training sessions are for you if you want to become a referee, commentator, ring announcer/MC, or learn more about event production.

Refereeing – Knowing how to officiate a match is harder than it looks. There’s more to this highly demanding role than just counting to three, the wrestling rule book is longer than any novel. To be a referee you need to understand the ring inside and out, including how to set one up. Knowing how a ring is supposed to sound and feel is an important part of keeping everyone involved in a match safe at all times.

Our refereeing course provides the basics of being a wrestling referee or can help experienced referees enhance their knowledge.

Commentary – Watching a match and knowing the names of wrestlers, and the moves they’re performing is one thing, being able to informatively communicate that knowledge in real-time is a challenge on a completely different level. Good commentary can heighten the drama unfolding in the ring, adding to the overall presentation of filmed events in a way that can’t be matched by anything else outside of the ropes.

Find out how to keep up with fast-paced action, unpredictable events, and how to develop an in-depth understanding of the wrestlers competing at an event.

Ring Announcer/MC – Learn how to set the stage for in-ring action as a ring announcer, providing the audience with important details about the matches taking place at a live event. Every wrestler has a unique way of being introduced, it’s the responsibility of a good MC to ensure they know what information is needed to introduce contestants correctly.

Understand how to conduct research into a match card before any microphones are switched on and you’ll be in a good position to engage the crowd.

Production Crew – Filming a wrestling match isn’t as simple as pointing a camera at the ring and hoping for the best. Ringside camera work requires an understanding of how to frame shots, follow the action, and being mindful of your surroundings at all times.

Backstage production includes setting up backstage promos, managing the PA system, how and when to cue entrance music, operating lighting and smoke machines with expert timing, and adjusting audio levels in a rapidly changing performance environment.

All non-wrestler training takes place at the WAW Academy and Performance Centre in Norwich, Norfolk.

At the sports base of USUE, a children’s training camp for beginner athletes from three sections: the Dynamo Sports School, the Scarlet Sail sports club and the Eurasia fitness club was organized.26 young talents took part in this gathering. While Timur was training children in a sports school for a small coach’s salary of 50 thousand tenge, he was working on his own method. Observing how parents react negatively to the invitation to bring the child to wrestling classes, Timur decided to change the very approach to training.

When opening his own club, Timur had to learn the basics of marketing and work in social networks. The efforts were not in vain – today all kinds of boys go to school: both “hooligans” and victims of school bullying.

Thinking about the image of the children’s wrestling club, Timur decided that his emblem should symbolize openness and friendliness – thus a mischievous wrestling bear cub was created.

– I decided to concentrate my efforts on three main areas of work: emotionality, family and gradualness.I believe that the emotional involvement of children in sports is crucial, so we give the opportunity to prove ourselves both physically strong and not so naturally gifted children. So every child has an interest in training m, – Timur explained.

According to the athlete, it is necessary to create conditions for involving the family in the process of teaching the child to wrestle. When parents go on mountain hikes with the boys, attend training camps or help during competitions as timekeepers, for example, the child, seeing their support, gets an additional incentive to achieve success.

At the same time, Timur believes that there is no need to chase the result. His training approach is individual and designed for a systematic and gradual path to success.

Unfortunately, funding for children’s sports leaves much to be desired. therefore Timur took upon himself the solution of the commercial aspects of the development of the school.

– By the way, my friends, who are also former fighters, explained to me the need to build business processes in the school so that I could continue to remain independent and, while maintaining minimum tuition fees, afford to finance the sports career of gifted children.We are slowly but surely moving towards this goal, – Timur said.

The clients of the “Ayu” club are currently boys from 8 to 15 years old. Preparations are underway to launch a health-improving junior group, where general physical training and some elements necessary for a future wrestler, such as acrobatics, will be given, so that children who have already matured come to basic training more prepared.

While preparing the students for the competition, Timur drew attention to the fact that they better understand the tasks set by the coach if there is a picture of the fight in front of their eyes.Then he decided to give animal images to those styles of wrestling that are used on the carpet. So, in the arsenal of tactical training, the coach has such styles as bear, wolf, rhinoceros, crocodile, python, mongoose, octopus and cheetah.

Timur plans to build his own gymnasium, for which there is already an investor – a non-profit organization represented by the public “Fund for the Development of Wrestling”. However, for now, the problem is to find a premise or a plot for its construction in the southern capital.

– We want to build a wrestling gym to create the foundation for our work. However, when contacting the Akimat of Almaty city with a request to consider the possibility of assistance in the implementation of the project within the framework of public-private partnership and help us with a place to build a club at our own expense, unfortunately, so far we have received only verbal support, – noted Timur. – We still hope for the help of the akimat in this matter, because in fact we want to develop children’s and youth sports and are ready to invest significant own funds in this project.
