Mega Health’s Mega Lax is one of the many supplements on the market today.

7.1.2. Comparative analysis of designations
Word designations are compared with word designations and combined designations including word elements. Figurative and three-dimensional designations are compared with figurative designations, three-dimensional designations, combined designations, including figurative or three-dimensional elements. Combined designations are compared with combined designations and with those types of designations that are included in the checked combined designation as elements.
It should be borne in mind that verbal designations can include both strong and weak elements.

The strong element is original, non-descriptive, and sometimes underlies a series of signs of one copyright holder, formed by attaching to it various parts of words or unprotected designations (for example, “LIOTON”, “LIOTON GEL”, “LIOTON 1000”).
A new applied sign with the same strong element can be considered as confusingly similar to the corresponding series of signs.

Weak elements include in particular:
