Summer Camps
Although Good Nick Squash is primarily about playing squash, we offer so much more. Our annual summer squash camps are great for beginners to learn the sport and for more advanced players to improve their game. Camp participants will be able to learn new drills, play condition games, focus on speed and movement, learn about proper nutrition, develop match strategy and analysis, and even work on strength and conditioning with top fitness coaches. Individual training programs for junior players
Squash 365 embodies the
Good Nick Squash (GNK) core philosophy of program design for the individual. We work with each students daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to maximize their
squash training for a given time of year. GNK develops players of all abilities, interests, ages, and levels. Everyone can learn this amazing game and develop a lifelong love of squash!
Squash 365 participants can count on GNK to design, execute, and follow through on each part of a holistic program that matches a player’s training process to their interests and goals. Children of all ages from a beginner level to a highly ranked, elite player can benefit from a process oriented goal based system that draws guidance from GNK, the student’s parents, other specialists, family and friends.
Our Squash 365 program designs include: squash/life analysis; process and goal setting; semi private lessons, group lessons on both technique; awareness development on relative point structure and tactics; physical capacity development-individual need based fitness training; diet consultation; video analysis; match analysis; tournament coaching, training and scheduling; equipment support; college process education and support; life coaching and mentorship; and more.
Lessons
Racquet sports are very popular in America. Though most people are more familiar with tennis and racquetball, squash is deserving of attention in its own right; the game is uniquely challenging due to the fact that more effort, speed, and concentration are required to play it, regardless of your age. Squash is easy to learn at any age and helps develop athletic capacity in any child. Known as a lifetime sport, squash can easily hook anyone with proper coaching and support!
Good Nick Squash is dedicated to teaching the skills necessary for every junior to have success and develop passion for the sport. Our junior squash training is second-to-none; with squash lessons designed to suit a variety of age groups, our junior clinics will teach your children all components of the game needed for long term engagement.
Payment Policy – Players that sign up for Fall, Winter or Spring lesson packages and clinic sessions are paid in full prior to the start of each session. Your lesson or clinic time slot will be locked for the session, please note we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Schedule permitting, one make up is typically offered between sessions. Space permitting, juniors may also join another day and time offered to make up a missed session.
All other lesson and clinic payments must be paid on the day with a check to CNJS.

Our coaches are knowledgeable and experienced, ensuring that your child will be able to pick up and progress their squash skills. We offer a natural progression of clinics through our coaching system. No matter what the level, players are supported and trained with the most up to date ‘athlete first” principles, including: character building, ethics, etiquette, rules and refereeing, technique, tactics, environmental awareness and more.

6-8 Yr Old Clinic
This clinic is designed to introduce kids to the game in a way that is fun, exciting, and supportive. Our clinic designs focus on awareness, development, capacity, and support. Clinics include: warm ups/physical capacity development, skill introduction and development; reinforcing and games based activities, as well as, metacognitive training and awareness. All levels, abilities, and learning types are encouraged and supported through the process!
9-14 Yr Old Clinic
For beginner and intermediate players, this clinic is designed to introduce new players and progress younger players that are already playing. All of our clinics focus on ‘athlete first’ development in four principle areas: awareness, skills, games based activities, and metacognition. Our ratios are small and each clinic is theme based to focus on a specific skill inside our progressive system.
Junior Tournament Elite
If your child has been playing in regular national U.S. squash tournaments, this clinic is the ideal choice for junior squash tournament training. As a more intensive program that goes far beyond the basics, your child will gain the tools and experience needed for success at a competitive level. Ages 9-15.
Lawrenceville/Elite Invitational
Our oldest age group clinic is an intense training program that includes dynamic warm-ups, technical training, tactical training, tournament match preparation, psychological awareness work, and off-court flexibility, strength, and speed training. Ages 13-18. Players younger than high school age will be invited by the Good Nick Squash staff.

US Squash Junior Tournament Coaching
The GNK Staff will be traveling to JCT, Gold, Silver and Bronze National US Squash junior tournaments throughout the season. Due to Covid 19 there are no sanctioned junior tournaments being offered. We will update this site as soon as we hear of any events from US Squash.
Cost for coaching is $500 for the weekend plus coaches expenses divided by families. Individual matches can be arranged for $100/match. Fees for coaching factors in coaches time away as well as time prior and post players matches.
