You should get the Focus V Pro if…
You like the portable cylindrical design, glass mouthpiece and removable battery options of the Focus V Original, but would prefer precise temperature control, digital display and battery indicator that the Focus V Pro has to offer.
Digital Display & Full Temperature Control
The Focus V Pro vaporizer offers an upgraded display that allows for precise temperature control. The Focus V Pro’s temperature can be set anywhere between 80°C – 240°C (176°F – 464°F) giving users an excellent range to vaporize dry herbs. Another benefit of the digital display is the battery life indicator on the Focus Vape Pro which allows you to better monitor the life of your battery.
Removable 18650 Battery
The Focus V Pro vaporizer features a removable 18650 battery. This 18650 battery will give users around 1 hour of battery life depending on the temperature settings used. Switching to a charged battery is as effortless as twisting off the cap on the bottom of the Focus Vape Pro and inserting a fresh battery. Additional 18650’s can be purchased to give you even more charge time.
Adjustable AIrflow
The Focus V Pro vaporizer has a unique airflow ring which is adjustable. Users can regulate their airflow by turning the ring to their preferred setting. This feature is intended to restrict airflow if you tend to draw slower and want more vapor or increase airflow for a smoother draw; However, in practice, the Focus V Pro is better geared towards those who are looking for flavorful hits, you won’t find as high of quality vapor like you would on the Zeus Arc S which is also a conduction based unit.
Haptic Feedback
The Focus V Pro has haptic feedback that tells the user when the device has been turned on or off, or if the device has reached temperature. Instead of staring at a light to figure out if your unit is ready, it will simply buzz, helping take some of the guesswork out of operating your Focus Vape Pro vaporizer.
Pyrex Glass Mouthpiece
The Focus V Pro comes complete with a pyrex glass mouthpiece for a pure flavor experience. The Pyrex mouthpiece is also very simple to maintain. The pyrex glass used for this mouthpiece is fairly robust and should handle daily usage, but extra Focus V mouthpieces can be purchased if they ever fail.

Lots of strengths with few weaknesses. Produces lots of vapor. Heats up quickly. Capable of operating at higher temperatures than most of its competitors. I have only two criticisms/suggestions. First, I prefer longer sessions than the device offers. Second, the manufacturer should bring back the bubbler accessory.

Replacement battery options with precise temperature settings are the best combo. The focusV pro provides these features. I am so glad that I picked this one instead of all the others.

Pretty surprise after experiencing the performance of this vape. I have other expensive ones as well, but no one has that consistent and smooth vapor quality as it has. I ordered this vape with a bubbler that is perfect to cool down the vapor quality of this vape. Size is so good and easily carry vape. Just put it inside the bag or pocket and go wherever you want to go.

Revolutionary!! Well pretty close anyways, takes portable vaping to a new level and I would go as far as saying there is no need for non portable vape this piece of kit covers all the bases and is super convenient with as good a vow quality as its big brother. Precise temperature control feature is more than needed in it and the design is no doubt attractive.

I have come from a combustion background and after using this conduction style vape which was recommend by my brother, I am really happy that I have switched to this style of vaping. This vape doesn’t burn my herbs, it cooks them and I can even use them several times until they are done which saves me a lot of money. It doesn’t produce that big clouds and hits but I am still satisfied with the results as it is more convenient and easy to use. The battery timing is pretty great and it also comes with a removable battery which is really convenient and time saving.

Who’s the Focus Vape Pro for?
The Focus Pro is a great vaporizer for those looking for a pocket-sized portable that heats up fast, is easy to use, delivers surprisingly robust vapor, has a removable battery, and comes in at under $100.
Lots for a little
Focus fits a ton of features into this affordable, small package. Fast heat-up time, adjustable airflow, replaceable 18650 battery, digital OLED temperature control, pass-through charging, and vibration to let you know when it hits temperature and is ready to vape.
Fast heating
The Focus Pro is intuitive, easy to use, and does not require any special technique to get great vapor. Load, turn on, heat up, and vape. Simple. With the Focus, you get to full temperature and are ready to vape in just around 30 seconds.
Flavorful vapor
With the combination of a ceramic oven and conductive heating, you’re guaranteed to get thick, tasty draws from the Focus Vape Pro. Airflow is adjustable to allow for thicker draws with less of an air mix, or thinner draws and more air, depending on how the mood takes you.
Great battery life
With a removable, high-capacity 18650 battery, the Focus Pro gives you about 60 minutes of runtime out of the box. Expect between 8 and 12 sessions (5 to 8 minutes long), plus you can opt to buy a second battery and always have an extra, charged, and ready to go.
Tough design
The Focus Pro is durable, the body is tough enough to take a few spills in stride, and with the screw-on oven lid, your material is safe from dumping out in your pocket. Though the leather texture of the silica gel covering the vape is “different”, the Focus Pro looks clean in person and feels good in the hand.

Multitasking vs single task focus: which is better?
How often do you look at your watch at the end of a working day and ask yourself: where did all the time go? You have been busy all day, constantly doing something, but the feeling of incompleteness, incompleteness of processes does not leave – it haunts you when you go to bed, it prevents you from relaxing and meeting the next day with renewed vigor.
The problem of a large number of tasks and questions that need to be answered here and now every day haunts almost every one of us. Someone finds a solution in multitasking, trying to perform several important things at the same time, someone in single-tasking and sequential transition from one to another. Re-read the book by Devorah Zak “Single-tasking. Get more done by focusing on only one thing” and collected all the pros and cons of different approaches to work.
Devora Zach
Mann, Ivanov & Ferber, 2017
Multitasking helps us survive in the chaos…
In fact, there is no such thing as multitasking – it’s just that our brain is able to switch between several things so quickly that it creates an illusory feeling that we are thinking about everything at the same time. We can say that this is a kind of self-deception, which the brain trades suspiciously often (however, as well as other cognitive distortions). In the modern sense, multitasking is the ability to quickly switch and thus perform several tasks in parallel.
Why do we even do this? The answer is simple: the modern world sets its own pace. The abundance of information on the Internet and social networks are both a solution to a number of our problems, and the problem itself – after all, when we have so much in front of us, how to understand what is important and what is not? It is not surprising that it becomes more difficult to single out the main thing, because everything seems to be the main thing.
Multitasking is the result of our countless attempts to be everywhere, because there are so many opportunities, needs and requirements, and so few hours in a day. Thanks to her, we seem to have time to spend time with the child, complete a work task by Monday afternoon, and pay attention to household obligations, all in the same morning hours. Moreover, in multitasking mode, we learn to plan and divide planned tasks into pairs. For example, go to the store and throw out the trash at the same time; go on a lunch break with a colleague with whom you need to discuss project issues; listen to a lecture and parse letters in the mail. This approach reduces the number of cases and saves time.
And yet, it is worth paying attention to the fact that back in 2010, scientists at the Paris National Institute INSERM conducted a study in which they asked subjects to first perform two tasks at the same time, and then three. MRI data showed that in the process of doing two things, two frontal lobes are activated in the brain and a person’s thinking in some sense bifurcates in order to successfully complete each of the tasks. But as soon as the third case was connected, the subjects began to get confused and make mistakes. So, no matter how convenient multitasking is for you, you should still not pay attention to more than two difficult activities at the same time.
…but single-tasking can help too
The idea of single-tasking seems to many to be something beyond fantasy, since it is difficult or almost impossible to imagine conditions in which you are required to perform no more than one thing. However, researchers at Harvard University concluded that constantly shifting the focus (multitasking) reduces productivity and at the same time increases the amount of time spent on solving problems.
The link between success and multitasking is a stereotype that is literally woven into our culture and the times we live in . For example, remember the last time you counted something: money, objects, your own pulse or the number of steps under your feet, and then you lost your way, and you had to either start over or quit the lesson without finishing. In a dispersed state of mind, a person can hardly cope with even the simplest task, because he is constantly in submission to external distractions. Every new source of attention we give even a few seconds to disrupts concentration, saps energy, and reduces productivity. Moreover, this is absolutely independent of age, despite the myth that young people are supposedly better at living in a modern world abounding in information and prone to constant change.
A study conducted at a Vermont university also showed that 42% of students have applications open on their laptops and smartphones that are not related to their studies in 42% of cases. This figure directly indicates a high level of distraction, which in some sense can be considered a real epidemic. When we switch between two complex tasks (messenger chatting and storytelling are equally difficult), the functions involved in the process compete for the resource of the prefrontal cortex, which cannot “split” so that everything is enough for everyone. As a result, there is a deconcentration, a breakdown, and not one of the tasks is performed as well as it could be done without distractions.
Therefore, the common belief that multitasking is a sign of professionalism is more myth than truth, while single-tasking demonstrates discipline and a high level of concentration. The ability to focus on one task and not be distracted until the required break comes or things are completely finished is a sign of a high level of control over oneself and the world around.
Such a person simply does not allow external and internal factors to distract him from a truly important matter. Moreover, when we pay attention to only one thing, we unconsciously engage in the prevention of brain shrinkage.
According to scientists, stress and overload that accompany people who tend to do several things at the same time lead to shrinkage of the prefrontal cortex of the brain cause frequent negative reactions and inability to think clearly.
So the desire to do a lot and never stop leads to the fact that a person stops caring about quality, in addition, unconsciously placing himself in stressful conditions. However, it is worth shifting the focus of attention to quality, and not to quantity, as important details are no longer overlooked, and in fact it turns out to be completely immersed in the “flow” – a state in which a person is maximally focused and involved in what he is doing. This approach reduces stress levels, allows you to feel a surge of energy and fully feel your professionalism, which is useful for brain activity.
On the other hand, single-tasking, while often a necessity, is very difficult to implement. First, you need to work with attention and concentration; secondly, to learn how to plan in such a way that everything can be done in a new and unusual rhythm; thirdly, to prioritize and say “no” to what actually does not make any practical sense. Each of the points is a separate habit that takes time and willpower to form and become part of life.
However, if you approach this with all responsibility, performing tasks one by one, and not in the mode of quickly switching between them, will help to achieve much more. When attention is focused on one thing, things go faster and more efficiently, and along with this there is a feeling of pleasure from the work done, as well as time for restful sleep and rest, during which you can recover enough to spend the next day even more productively.
Ford Focus, II generation restyling (2008 – 2011)
Often, manufacturers do not risk making major changes when restyling popular models.
As a rule, the case is limited to some lining on the body, an almost imperceptible increase in headlights or slightly different bumpers. But Ford specialists decided to take a chance and the Ford Focus, which was restyled in 2007, only resembles its predecessor in general forms. Almost all body parts, with the exception of the roof, have been changed. The hatchback variant has brand new hood, fenders, headlights, bumpers and mirrors. The sedan has undergone a change, mainly at the front. The rear of the Ford Focus II differs from its predecessor only in modified headlights and bumpers. The updated Ford Focus 2 with all body styles (sedan, three- and five-door hatchback, station wagon and convertible coupe) meets the “kinetic design” philosophy that has been characteristic of all Ford cars lately. In general, the design of the Ford Focus 2008 makes a less revolutionary impression than the first generation of the brand, which literally blew up the market. The point here is that when developing the first Focus, Ford marketers, first of all, sought to get away from the stereotype of the obsolete Ford Escort.
But before the Ford Focus 2, completely different goals were set – it had to be an impeccable car that could claim leadership in its class. Ford Focus 2, the size of which has increased compared to the previous version, has become longer by 50 millimeters and wider by 25. The wheelbase has expanded by 40 millimeters, and wheels can now be up to seventeen inches in diameter. Thanks to these changes, the Ford Focus of the second series next to its older brother looks like a giant. The rear hatchback pillars somewhat break the overall harmonious impression. They have become more inclined and because of this, the taillights look less expressive. But this small flaw can not spoil the high praise that the Ford designers deserve. In the profile of a Ford Focus 2 car, it looks extremely holistic and harmonious. The nice thing is that most of the details, in addition to aesthetic, also have practical functions. So, for example, the visor above the rear window helps to improve the aerodynamic properties of the car, optimizing the air flow.
The Ford Focus 2 body generally has one of the lowest drag coefficients in its class.
There was no revolution in the cabin either. Ford Focus 2 of 2007 is distinguished by the use of high-quality finishing materials and the quality of performance of all, even the smallest, details. The combined color scheme of the interior looks very harmonious, and the seats delight with upholstery that is pleasant to the touch. Even the budget configurations of the Ford Focus 2 do not have “rattling” plastics in the interior and give the impression of a solid European car. Adjustable steering wheel and driver’s seat allow you to create all the conditions for comfortable driving. All control buttons are located exactly where you expect to find them. To improve ergonomics, Ford engineers equipped the car with an adjustable pedal assembly that can drive up to 50 millimeters to the driver’s seat.
The direction indicator lever, located under the steering wheel, houses the control functions of the on-board computer and the operating modes of the electric power steering.
Ford Focus 2 2009 has three of them: sporty, comfortable and standard. All devices on the front panel are read perfectly. The logical control of the microclimate system is present on the Ford Focus 2 of any configuration, and on the “charged” version of the Ghia there is even dual-zone climate control. There are no complaints about visibility from the driver’s seat. You can, of course, find shortcomings in visibility when moving backwards, but no more than other cars.
Ford Focus 2 provides comfort not only for the driver, but also for passengers. The increased dimensions of the Ford Focus 2 made it possible to expand the space for rear seat passengers. There is still a little space here, but already quite enough. The rear sofa can accommodate three passengers, although, of course, two will be more comfortable here. It offers passengers cup holders, compartments for papers, individual lighting bulbs. And on the Ghia version there is also an individual climate control system.
The dimensions of the Ford Focus 2 allowed the trunk to be slightly enlarged.
It is quite roomy, its volume in the sedan is 370 liters. And in the hatchback and station wagon versions, it can be expanded by almost four times due to the folding rear seats. True, only a stowaway fits under the trunk floor, but there will be quite enough space for the tool.
Filling the car with various options is not inferior to expensive European counterparts. The Ford Focus 2, which is priced well below theirs, boasts fashionable bells and whistles such as a rain sensor, dual-zone climate control, and tilting xenon headlights. Of course, there are electric mirrors and power windows, heated mirrors, central locking with remote control. The security system is represented by airbags for the driver and passengers, belts and side curtains. On the Ghia version, a Sony radio tape recorder specially tuned for the Focus saloon is provided.
Specifications Ford Focus 2 also improved significantly. If you can say “good” about the appearance of the car, then the dynamic qualities deserve an “excellent” rating.
The car is equipped with gasoline engines ranging from 1.4 to 2.0 liters – powerful, but economical. The fuel consumption of the Ford Focus 2 is no more than eight liters per hundred kilometers, even with the most powerful engine, and if we consider the most economical version, then the Ford Focus 2, whose consumption is only six and a half liters per hundred, claims to be one of the most economical cars in its class. In addition to gasoline engines, the Focus line also has a two-liter TDCi turbodiesel. Reviews about the Ford Focus II boil down to the fact that the diesel power unit is superior in torque to its gasoline brothers. In addition, the diesel Ford Focus 2, whose fuel consumption is significantly lower than gasoline, allows you to significantly save on fuel, which is important at current prices.
Ford Focus 2 has almost the best chassis in its class. When using any of the electric power steering modes, the Ford Focus is perfectly controlled. It holds the trajectory in the corner perfectly thanks to ESP, but even after disabling this function, it continues to behave quite predictably, if a little more intimidating.
When switching to sport mode, the steering becomes slightly heavier, which makes the feedback in the turn more pronounced. And to facilitate maneuvering in urban crowding, the “comfort” mode is suitable, which provides the steering wheel with maximum ease. Well, the “standard” mode is standard, to suit any type of driving. Ford Focus 2 is a car with a real racing character behind its elegant appearance. The car demonstrates excellent acceleration, and after 3000 rpm, the throttle response is frankly pleasing. Noises do not spoil the impression of the engine running at high speeds, since the sound insulation of the engine compartment is at a height. Silence in the cabin is also facilitated by side windows that have become 20% thicker. The Ford Focus 2, whose suspension performance has always been on top, did not disappoint this time either. The car clearly holds the track and turns, and swallows small bumps completely unnoticed by passengers. Experts also speak about the high balance of the car.
