ATTENTION! EQUIPMENT NOT REGISTERED UNDER A WARRANTY RETURN CARD IS NOT WARRANTY .
For each serial number of complex equipment: ASN, USN, railway overpass, station “Kaskad”, UTED, UIZhGE, TRC “Livenka”, UPN, UPM, out of production, a Warranty Return Card is attached.
The form of the Warranty Return Card is shown in the figure.
The warranty return card has an individual number and is subject to mandatory accounting at the equipment manufacturer. The individual number, equipment modification, version, serial number and warranty period (in accordance with the operational document) are affixed by the manufacturer’s QCD employee, confirming the record with the QTC’s signature and stamp when the product is released from production.
Immediately after receiving the equipment, the consumer must issue a Warranty Return Card:
- Fill in the details: name of the consumer enterprise, address, contact person, phone number, document on which the equipment was received, name of the supplier enterprise, date of receipt, additional information.
- Confirm the data with the signature of the head of the consumer enterprise and the seal.
- Send the completed Warranty Return Card to the address of the equipment manufacturer for its registration by the equipment manufacturer by registered mail with notification.
To speed up registration, the completed Warranty Return Card can be duplicated by e-mail: .
The warranty return card can be sent with the equipment manufacturer’s service representative who performed commissioning.
Upon receipt of the Guarantee Return Card, represented by the QCD employee, the manufacturer registers the Guarantee Return Card:
- Specifies the date of registration of the Guarantee Return Card.
- Approves the record with the signature of the head of the relevant production and the seal of the relevant production.
- An approved Warranty Return Card is returned to the owner of the equipment by certified mail with 10 days’ notice from the date of receipt by the manufacturer.
