The Dragonfly Nine introduces new Flex iQ options for both Attack/Midfield and Defense/LSM positions, allowing players to choose a shaft that perfectly complements their playing style and role on the field.
Attack/Midfield Flex iQ Options
For offensive players, Epoch has introduced the Flex iQ2, one of their stiffest flex options to date. This new option is specifically designed for step-down shooters who benefit from a stiffer shaft to maximize energy transfer during passing and shooting.
Defense/LSM Flex iQ Options
Defensive players now have access to three specialized Flex iQ options:
- iQ3: A new addition designed for close defenders who prioritize hard checks, precision, and quick ball movement
- iQ5: Engineered for balanced performance across defensive responsibilities
- iQ8: Optimized for long-stick midfielders and defensive players who require additional flex
James Miceli, Principal of Epoch, emphasized the importance of these new flex options: “Our team of engineers and designers all play lacrosse, and spent countless hours making sure the iQ2 for the Attack/Midfield family and the iQ3 for Defense/LSM wasn’t just stiffer but engineered to be stiff for a specific style of play. What they designed in the end is absolutely astounding.”
Dragonfly Nine: A Comprehensive Range of Options
The Dragonfly Nine lineup offers a wide array of choices to suit players of all positions and preferences:
- Attack/Midfield: 30-inch length with iQ2, iQ5, and iQ9 flex options
- Defense/LSM: 60-inch length with iQ3, iQ5, and iQ8 flex options
- Goalie: 40-inch concave shaft (C40) with iQ3 flex
- Face-off: 30-inch shaft (F30) with iQ5 flex
All Dragonfly Nine shafts are available in multiple geometries: C, E, and X, allowing players to choose the shape that feels most comfortable and provides optimal control.
Made in the USA: Quality and Innovation Combined

Epoch Lacrosse Releases Latest Dragonfly Lacrosse Shaft: Dragonfly Nine
MINNEAPOLIS– Epoch Lacrosse, a U.S. design and technology company that specializes in lacrosse, announces the release of its Dragonfly Nine shaft. With the introduction of the Dragonfly Nine, Epoch has truly challenged their own legacy by taking the legendary Dragonfly name to new heights with new technology and performance benefits. For 2019 Epoch Introduces their new HD Resin Technology and they have added new flex iQ options for Attack/Midfield and Defense/LSM for Dragonfly Nine.
Epoch’s engineers have been working with their US based material suppliers for over 2 years on the latest resin technology specifically for their Dragonfly family of shafts. To accomplish this, Epoch worked with their engineers to make sure the new resin system showed improvement and also worked within their proprietary manufacturing process to produce even better shafts with improved durability. Epoch’s HD Resin improves the overall shaft but also adds direct benefits to each of Epoch’s Technologies, giving lacrosse players a better shaft and increased performance on the field.
“We spent a lot of research and development on our new HD Resin and we couldn’t be more excited for it to be introduced to the Dragonfly Nine shaft,” said Jason Daniel, Epoch Product Engineer. “The main goal was to optimize mechanical strength properties especially in impact resistance. When our test results came in we were truly impressed with what we saw. We saw improvements where we wanted it but also saw how the HD Resin added benefits to other technologies.”
In addition to HD Resin, Epoch has added new Flex iQ’s to both the Attack/Midfield and Defense/LSM families. One of the newest flex options for the Attack/Midfield families will be a Flex iQ2. This will be one of Epoch’s stiffest flex options and is designed for those step-down shooters who benefit from a stiffer shaft to help transfer their own energy through the entire stick when passing and shooting. Epoch is leading the industry with their specific iQ5 and iQ8 flex points that are engineered for specific defensive position. This year Epoch will be adding an iQ3 Flex point to that line up, designed for close defenders who defend hard, throw precision checks and look to get the ball up the field as quickly as possible. The iQ3 Dragonfly Nine is engineered to be stiffer for when you are in close around the goal and also when you need to throw a quick outlet pass from deep in the corner to get the ball up field.
“We are extremely excited about the new Flex iQ options for Dragonfly Nine,” said James Miceli, Principal of Epoch “Our team of engineers and designers all play lacrosse, and spent countless hours making sure the iQ2 for the Attack/Midfield family and the iQ3 for Defense/LSM wasn’t just stiffer but engineered to be stiff for a specific style of play. What they designed in the end is absolutely astounding.”
The Dragonfly Nine is available in attack/midfield 30-inch Length and defense/LSM 60-inch. Both are available in multiple Geometries: C, E, and X. For the 30” options you have your choice of three flexes: iQ2, iQ5, and iQ9. The Defense/LSM family will also have three Flexes available: iQ3, iQ5, and iQ8. For goalies the Dragonfly Nine line will feature an iQ3 40-inch concave shaft known as C40 and Epoch’s game changing face-off shaft, the F30 will be available in a flex iQ5. The Dragonfly Nine is 100 percent made and designed in the U.S. and is now available for purchase at authorized Epoch retailers. The Dragonfly Nine is $140 MSRP for the 30-inch, $145 MSRP for the 40-inch and $200 MSRP for the 60-inch. Dragonfly, summary of a lesson on familiarization with nature
Summary of a lesson on acquaintance with nature, topic “Dragonfly”
Author of the lesson: Davydova Svetlana Alekseevna, teacher-methodologist of the highest qualification category.
Lesson objectives:
To acquaint children with the peculiarities of the appearance and lifestyle of a dragonfly. To consolidate the knowledge of children about the structure of an insect: three pairs of legs, a pair of antennae, the body consists of three parts – head, chest, abdomen. Teach children to understand figurative expressions and comparisons. Dictionary: predator, giant. Teach children to sculpt a dragonfly from plasticine, conveying the structure of the insect’s body, complementing with details from natural material. To foster interest in the nature of the native land and respect for it.
Equipment:
Pictures depicting a dragonfly, plasticine, boards, ash seeds, pine needles.
Dragonfly
Dragonflies
Course of the lesson:
– Take a look at this picture and find out who will be discussed in today’s lesson.About the dragonfly.
Dragonflies hunt in the air: they fly, crackling their wings, and keep their strong hairy legs folded in a butterfly net at the ready. It is in them that the unlucky victims fall.
In an hour, a dragonfly can eat 40 houseflies and will immediately start chasing mosquitoes, butterflies and other flying animals, and if there is no one, then it begins to grab those dragonflies that are smaller and weaker.
In a word, the dragonfly is a dexterous predator, strong and very big-eyed.
– What does “predator” mean? A predator is one who eats other animals.
And the eyes of a dragonfly are all eyes. They are huge, almost full head and see in all directions. In a dragonfly, the eye consists of many small eyes, each of which can look wherever it wants.
For gluttony as soon as dragonflies are not called – “flying sharks”, “air pirates”. – Why do you think?
Killing at least one dragonfly is like releasing a whole cloud of biting insects.
The dragonflies themselves are eaten by birds, and the larvae of dragonflies are good food for fish.Because the female – the mother dragonfly – flying over the reservoir, drops her eggs into the water. The eggs hatch into larvae and live on the bottom under water. They are waiting for prey in ambush. Then the larvae grow up, crawl out to the shore, straighten their wings, and now a dragonfly flies. But the dragonfly does not live long – 1. 5-2 months.
In cold and bad weather, dragonflies, like many insects, seem to freeze, sit lethargic somewhere in secluded places. They also don’t like it when it’s too hot.
Dragonflies fly at great speed – they can overtake the plane. For this they are called “heavenly horses” and “devil’s needles.” In flight, dragonflies can also suddenly turn in the right direction, “turn on” reverse, make a loop or zigzag, fly up vertically like a helicopter, or drop sharply down.
– Let’s show with our hands how dragonflies can fly. (Children, following the model of the teacher and verbal instructions, perform turns, loops, zigzags, “vertical takeoff”, “pique” in the air with their hands).
In ancient times, giant dragonflies lived on our planet.
– How do you understand the word “giant”? Very big, huge, from the word “giant” – a giant.
The wings of these dragonflies were the same size as my hands. (The teacher spreads his arms to the sides).
Different peoples have their own signs and legends associated with dragonflies. The Japanese believe that dragonflies should not be killed, as their appearance portends victory in the war. And in America, dragonflies were called “servant servants” because it was believed that dragonflies warn snakes of danger and prey.If anyone kills the dragonfly, the snake will take revenge on him.
But you and I know that you cannot kill dragonflies not because of that, but because they are living creatures and eat a huge number of biting insects.
– Now let’s sculpt a dragonfly out of plasticine. A dragonfly is an insect. And each insect’s body consists of three parts: head, chest, abdomen. Divide a piece of plasticine in half. Roll a thicker “sausage” out of one half – this will be the breast of a dragonfly. Divide the remaining piece of plasticine into two equal parts again. From one we will make a ball – the head of a dragonfly, and from the other a thinner “sausage” – an abdomen. Bring all the parts together (head, chest, abdomen) and bend the abdomen up at the very tip.
– What is missing in our dragonfly? We will make the wings from the ash seeds you collected during your walk. The dragonfly has two pairs of wings, two wings on each side. How many wings does a dragonfly have? Four. The dragonfly has a pair of antennae on its head. How much is a pair? Two. Let’s make an antennae from pine needles. It remains to attach the paws. All insects have 6 legs: 3 on one side and 3 on the other. Please note that we attach the legs to the dragonfly’s chest, not to the abdomen. We will also make the paws from pine needles.
– Now, dragonflies, fly and sit on this branch. (Children carry their products and attach them to a branch; the teacher evaluates the work: “Your dragonfly is like a living”, “Well, just like a real one”).
Questions:
1. How do dragonflies hunt? What do they eat?
2. What is unusual about the eyes of a dragonfly?
3.What are dragonflies called?
4. How do dragonflies grow?
5. How can dragonflies fly?
6. What dragonflies lived on our planet in ancient times?
7. What new words have you learned today?
8. What signs and legends about dragonflies do different nations have?
Out of class:
Watching a dragonfly while walking.
The riddle of the dragonfly
Blue airplane
Sat on a white dandelion.
On a daisy at the gate
A helicopter landed –
Golden eyes.
Who is this? …

A dragonfly, having eaten 40 houseflies in an hour, immediately begins to chase mosquitoes, gnats, butterflies and other flying animals, and if there are no alien victims, it begins to grab blood brothers, those dragonflies that are smaller and weaker. They hunt in the air, fly, crackling their wings, and keep strong hairy legs folded in a butterfly net at the ready. It is in them that the unlucky victims fall. In short, the dragonfly is a dexterous predator, strong, agile and very big-eyed.
The eyes of a dragonfly are all eyes, both in quality and quantity. First of all, they are huge, almost to the top of her head. The visibility is excellent, almost 360 °, the visual acuity is high, and how could it be otherwise if a dragonfly’s eye consists of 30,000 faceted eyes, each of which can look where it sees fit. It is well written about this by I.Bunin:
Stands, the Dragonfly flutters 90 100In the scorching darkness above me,Chamomile beaded dewCountless eyes are boiling ...Dragonfly eyes close-up
The British say "Four eyes see more than two" ("Four eyes see more than two"), and if there are not 4, but 60,000 ?! Where can the poor fly survive? Although the fly in this respect is "not a bastard", it also has many-eyed eyes (8000), but the speed and maneuverability of a dragonfly is much higher.
Dragonflies, four-winged cannibals, aerial corsairs, flying sharks, aerial hyenas, are called as soon as dragonflies are called for gluttony. Mosquitoes, pushers, bloodsucking mosquitoes and mosquitoes especially get from them, and therefore killing at least one dragonfly is like releasing several thousand biting insects. The dragonflies themselves are eaten by pike-holes, shrikes, starlings, hobby falcon and many other birds, and dragonfly larvae are good food for fish, and birds do not mind eating them when they come ashore.Small species of dragonflies (lutki, beauties, arrows) do not feed on the fly, but crawl over the plants and collect insects.
The life cycle of dragonflies is curious. Their marriages "are made on the fly," that is, they mate in the air. The female, flying over the pond, drops the ripe eggs into the water. Sometimes it attaches them to any floating objects, sitting down on the water. Small dragonflies choose aquatic plants for this. Naiad larvae hatched from the eggs of large dragonflies live at the bottom of reservoirs, periodically molting. At first, after the first molt, they are small, but after molting ten times, they grow and eventually reach five centimeters in length. In small dragonflies, the larvae are correspondingly smaller. They do not swim after the prey, but wait for it in ambush. They grab her with a very clever device. The lower lip of the larvae is transformed, as it were, into a lever with hooks. The lever ready for attack is folded under the throat of the larva and is not noticeable. At the sight of prey, it is thrown forward with force, the hooks squeeze the victim and bring it to the mouth.I. Akimushkin, a zoologist and popularizer, successfully compared the actions of this lever with a boxer's hand, first bent at the elbow, and then in a straight blow thrown forward. The larvae move in jerks, according to the principle of a rocket engine, pushing a strong stream of water from the rear end of the abdomen. They can just crawl along the bottom, gradually moving their legs. Larvae in small dragonflies move with the help of tail plates, they do not have a "rocket engine". When the time of the last molt comes, the larvae crawl out onto the shore, shed their tight covers, and the new generation of still weak dragonflies dries up for some time in the sun.Under the influx of "blood", their wrinkled bodies and wings gradually straighten, they acquire a normal color and, rising into the air, begin life anew. That's just this life for every newborn dragonfly there is nothing at all - one and a half to two months. During this time, they must feed themselves, find a sexual partner, lay eggs and die.
In cold and bad weather, dragonflies, like many insects, seem to freeze, sit lethargic somewhere in secluded places, and at this time they can be taken with your hands. They also don't like it when it's too hot. In the very heat, none of them "is fighting for a place in the sun." They hide in the shade, in holes, under bushes, awnings, or stand on the tips of blades of grass and branches, lifting their abdomen up vertically, like the barrel of an anti-aircraft gun. It is in this position that the irradiated area of their body is smaller.
Dragonfly flight speed is phenomenal. For her they are called "heavenly horses" and "devil's needles." Entomologist Y. Dmitriev describes a case when the passengers of one plane saw a dragonfly-rocker through the window. She flew not only not lagging behind, "ear to ear" with the plane, but also overtook it, again returned and again flew alongside. The aircraft's speed was 144 km / h. As for the maneuverability of dragonflies' flight, it is such that no aircraft can keep up with them. They can suddenly turn in the right direction, "turn on" the reverse, go in a dive, make a loop, an intricate zigzag, fly up vertically like a helicopter. The high degree of adaptability to external conditions, the well-developed behavior of dragonflies, as well as the completeness and grace of their forms, indicate that dragonflies are a product of long evolution.Indeed, ancient dragonflies with a wingspan of 90 cm lived on Earth already in the Carboniferous period, and all these 250 million years nature has been polishing its dragonfly brainchild, bringing it to a unique perfection.
A number of signs, legends and myths are associated with dragonflies among different peoples. According to some of them, dragonflies should not be killed, as their appearance portends victory in the war (Japan). In America, dragonflies were called "serpentine soothsayers" because dragonflies were believed to warn snakes of danger or imminent prey.If the dragonfly - "servant of the snake" is killed, the latter can take revenge.

Abstract of the lesson in modeling "Dragonfly"
Modeling.Lesson summary.
Topic: "Dragonfly".
Compiled and conducted by:
Elena Vladimirovna Potapova.
Objectives of the lesson:
To acquaint children with the peculiarities of the appearance and lifestyle of a dragonfly.
To consolidate the knowledge of children about the structure of the insect: 6 legs, a pair of antennae, the body consists of three parts - head, chest, abdomen.
Teach children to understand figurative expressions and comparisons.
Replenish lexical dictionary: gluttonous, giant, predator.
Teach children to sculpt a dragonfly from plasticine, supplementing with details from natural materials.
To foster interest in nature, respect for it.
Equipment:
Pictures depicting a dragonfly, plasticine, planks, ash seeds, pine needles, matches, harvesting a flower meadow in the previous lesson.
Course of the lesson:
-Guys, listen to the riddle. The answer will be the topic of our lesson.
Looks like a helicopter
Flying over the water.
Wings are flapping, chirping,
She wants to sit on a leaf.
Will bulge his eyes
Helicopter -... (dragonfly).
There are pictures of dragonflies hidden on the board.
-Now guys, we will check your answers (pictures open and children are happy to make sure that they have correctly guessed the riddle).
- Today in the lesson we will talk about a dragonfly, and not only talk, but also sculpt it.
Dragonflies are one of the most ancient insects. Dragonfly is predator , and very fast and dexterous. The dragonfly catches small insects with serrated jaws right on the fly, and large ones - with its paws. To feast on large prey, she has to go down to the ground and sit on a blade of grass or twig. Dragonfly hunting is an interesting sight. If an insect enters her field of vision, the dragonfly freezes for a moment in the air and rushes to her.The prey of a dragonfly is most often insects harmful to humans, such as flies ..
The eyes of a dragonfly are very large and occupy almost the entire surface of its large head. During the hunt, the dragonfly sees simultaneously everything that is happening in front, from the side and behind it.
The structure of the body of a dragonfly: large eyes, 4 transparent wings, movable head, antennae on the head, abdomen, tail.
All dragonflies are predators, they play a very important role and are useful for humans and animals, eating parasitic insects and carriers of infections. For example, mosquitoes and flies.
But the dragonfly does not live long - 1.5-2 months.
In cold and bad weather, dragonflies, like many insects, sit sluggish somewhere in secluded places. They also don't like it when it's too hot.
Dragonfly is a very gluttonous insect . An adult insect feeds almost all day without a break and can eat at least 40 large flies in one hour.
Practical part.
- And now we will sculpt a dragonfly from plasticine.
The dragonfly is an insect. The body of a dragonfly consists of three parts: head, abdomen, tail .. Divide a piece of plasticine in half. We will roll out a thicker sausage from one half - this will be the abdomen of a dragonfly. Divide another piece of plasticine into two equal parts. From one we will make a ball - the head of a dragonfly, and from the other a thinner “sausage” - a tail. Connect all parts together (head, abdomen, ponytail).
- What do you think we got a dragonfly? What is missing in our dragonfly? (There are no wings.)
-That's right, we'll make the wings from ash seeds. The dragonfly has two pairs of wings, two wings on each side. How many wings does a dragonfly have? (Four).
- There is a pair of antennae on the dragonfly's head. How much is a pair? (Two).
- Let's make an antennae from pine needles.
- It remains to attach the paws. The dragonfly has 3 on one side and 3 on the other. Please note that we attach the legs to the abdomen of the dragonfly. We will make the legs from matches.
- And now, our dragonflies will fly to the flower meadow.(Children fly like dragonflies, carry their products and attach them to flowers (pre-made in the previous lesson). Children admire their crafts. The teacher admires the children's dragonflies.
Dictation at the beginning of the year (5 cells) + texts for children with HVZ | Teaching materials on the Russian language (grade 5):
Dictation at the beginning of the year
Clouds crawled across the sky, from time to time they obscured the sun, and then the earth was covered with cold blue shadows.
Children were surprised to notice how strange the dragonfly behaves when the clouds are falling on the sun. The sun was hiding, and the dragonfly became lethargic and slowly slid down. The sun appeared, and she rapidly rose up and began to hunt.
Children noticed more and more. In the stream of sunlight, the body of the dragonfly swelled, became strong and smooth. In the cold shadow of the clouds, it shrank, wrinkled and began to spring. It looked like the seat of an old chair.
The sun seemed to heat the air from within the dragonfly, and he expanded it.In the cold, shadowy strip, her body shrank again, became flabby. And then it became like a balloon that was pierced with a needle. This was actually the case, but the guys did not know this, and therefore could not explain the strange behavior of the dragonfly.

Facial skin biorevitalization what is it
Biorevitalization - what is it?
This term has two meanings: on the one hand, it is super-moisturizing of the skin by replenishing the content of hyaluronic acid in it, and on the other, it is the activation of the work of skin cells. Sooner or later, we begin to notice more and more signs of loss of the skin's ability to retain moisture - small wrinkles appear, a gray complexion upsets, the skin becomes sluggish. Why is this happening?
The ability to retain moisture depends on the content of hyaluronic acid in the cells. Most of it is found in the connective tissue of babies. By the age of 40, the level of hyaluronic acid decreases by 2 times, by the age of 60, ~ 10% remains. This process can be stopped and reversed by introducing hyaluronic acid preparations into the deep layers of the skin - i.e. biorevitalization procedures.
Non-injection laser biorevitalization of skin
The procedures aimed at rejuvenating the skin of the face and eliminating the obvious signs of skin aging are currently very popular among specialists in aesthetic medicine and their clients. With all the wealth of choice, it is difficult to imagine a more effective solution to this problem than biorevitalization. And if earlier this procedure was associated with certain inconveniences and risks inherent in any injection technique, now we can offer our clients a comfortable, atraumatic procedure that gives a comparable result - laser biorevitalization.
Problem
One of the main factors of skin aging is a decrease in the content of hyaluronic acid and a closely related decrease in moisture content, skin thickness, loss of elasticity. The hyaluronic acid content is highest in the connective tissue of newborn babies. By the age of 40, the content of hyaluronic acid decreases 2 times, and by the age of 60, the skin contains 10 times less hyaluronic acid than in youth. Dehydration of the skin causes its aging, loss of tone and turgor.
This process can be stopped and reversed by injecting hyaluronic acid preparations into the deep layers of the skin. The increase in the level of hyaluronic acid revitalizes the skin in a short time: thanks to the restored elasticity, the skin looks fresher, smoother and more relaxed. And if earlier this could be achieved only with the help of injections of hyaluronic acid preparations, today we have a safe, atraumatic technique that gives excellent aesthetic results.
Meet: laser biorevitalization from Vitalaser (Germany)
The essence of the method lies in the complex effect of an athermal therapeutic laser with a wavelength of 785 nm and a special gel based on low molecular weight hyaluronic acid.
During the procedure, under the influence of laser radiation, the transport channels in the stratum corneum are opened and low-molecular fractions of hyaluronic acid actively penetrate through them. Further exposure to laser radiation stimulates the restoration of the three-dimensional matrix of hyaluronic acid and the formation of a depot of the drug, which persists for a long period. It provides long-term hydration and skin regeneration with a powerful lifting effect. In the dermis, under the influence of radiation of this wavelength, metabolism is stimulated, the synthesis of collagen and elastin increases.
Laser biorevitalization technology Vitalaser combines the effects of an athermal infrared diode laser and the unique Hyalupure® gel containing the highest possible concentration of micronized dehydrated hyaluronic acid.
The maximum effect occurs 24 hours after the procedure, which makes Hyalupure® different from similar methods that use chemically split hyaluronic acid and provide a quick but short-term effect.
Hyalupure® is a unique development of Vitalaser GmbH.
Thanks to the patented technology of dehydration of synthetic hyaluronic acid under the influence of temperature and ultraviolet radiation, it was possible to obtain fragmented hyaluronic acid, which has the ability to quickly penetrate into the skin through transport channels that open under the influence of an athermal IR laser. Unlike other technologies for crushing hyaluronic acid, Hyalupure®, after treatment with an athermal laser, is able to restore the volumetric structure of the matrix and bind the same number of water molecules as natural hyaluronic acid.
At the same time, the volumetric distribution of hyaluronic acid in the skin is much more even than in the case of injections of drugs used for biorevitalization. 7 laser sources provide an even distribution of energy over the skin surface, which reduces the time of the procedure. In addition, the energy density transmitted by the laser is minimal, which completely eliminates the risk of burns. Even with prolonged treatment, the temperature of the affected area does not rise by more than 1 ° C.
Benefits of Vitalaser® technology:
- Ease of use
- Immediate visible result
- Long-term effect
- No contraindications and side effects
- No pain and complete comfort of procedures
Main Results:
- Significant reduction of wrinkles
- Effective skin hydration
- Smoothing deep pores
- Lip augmentation
- Increased elasticity
- Visible skin rejuvenation

The last dance - CULINARY SKETCHES - LiveJournal
"You sang everything? This is the case! So go dance!"
I found the beautiful dragonfly in the most deplorable state. She hung in a web and only sometimes made sluggish attempts to free herself.
I don't know if this dragonfly sang merrily in the summer, but on an autumn day it was time for her to dance. The last dance of the captive was so close that, probably, she had already heard his music.
And it looks like the web was not the first of its troubles. The once magnificent dragonfly outfit was noticeably frayed, the transparent wings had significant gaps, and half of the paws opened serious injuries to the observer.
For the good luck of our heroine, the web she got into turned out to be empty - the spider left her.Otherwise, the owner would have already come running and dealt with the poor fellow, completing the life of a dragonfly just as swiftly as, in front of my eyes, another spider put a fat point in the biography of a bumblebee that accidentally flew into its net.
However, was there any luck in this situation? Indeed, in the absence of a spider, the dragonfly had to die slowly, from exhaustion.
But this is nothing special either. Death in the surrounding nature is one of the everyday phenomena of life and the non-reflective living thing accepts it, as it accepts the end of the day or the change of seasons, like the sun or food.
Death is an unconditional, another gift of fate, maybe a bitter taste, but what it is.
I pulled the doomed out of the web, she could no longer fly, but only flapped sluggishly, not moving from her place.
How long was she a prisoner? How long have you eaten for the last time? The usual food of the dragonfly is small insects, which it turned out to be caught. But the hunter from my new acquaintance clearly would not have left.
And then your correspondent remembered how last year he fed the ascending hornet with honey.
What if you treat a dragonfly with honey?
The thought turned out to be correct - the dying woman willingly accepted the honey drop offered to her, eagerly dined on it,
sat a little longer, apparently, gaining strength and pondering her further actions, and then flapped her wings and flew decisively.
