Enquiry
Firstly, our customers enquire with us for the product they want, either using a drawing, a sample, or even simple photos.
Ordering
Once the customer has reviewed our prices, they will find our prices beat any of our competitors, they will then typically send an order via email. The order would be sent with a drawing or sample of the knife, and our well trained draftsmen will prepare a production drawing for the blades. The order will then be acknowledged with the customer and any drawings will be sent for approval if needed.
Receiving the Goods
Once despatched, the courier will deliver the goods to the door of our customer. The customer would then check our delivery note and make sure that all items have been received correctly. They will then either install our high quality blades into their machine, or put them on their shelf for the future, made from food-grade stainless steel, our blades will remain rust-free for months if stored correctly.
Enquiry
Firstly, our customers enquire with us for the product they want, either using a drawing, a sample, or even simple photos.
Quoting
Once we receive the enquiry, we submit all the relevant information to our highly-skilled production team, they provide accurate production time estimates to allow the quotation to be prepared, an official quotation is then emailed to the customer.
Manufacturing
Once the drawing is approved, our production team will begin the manufacturing process. High-quality steel is acquired and cut to size, any cutting edge is added to the blade as per our drawings.
Packaging and Despatch
Once the goods have been approved, they are passed onto our packing team. The goods are securely packaged and protected in high quality packaging materials. If the blades require any markings to be etched, then this is also done at this stage using our state-of-the-art laser etcher. Once packed, the goods are despatched using our chosen courier, or using a particular method as per request of our customer.

GMOs are dangerous because they are unpredictable… in many countries of the world, incl. in Russia.
A genetically modified (GMO) organism is an organism into whose genetic apparatus a gene or genes of another organism has been artificially inserted.
Experimental creation of GMOs began in the 70s of the XX century. In 1992, pesticide-resistant tobacco began to be grown in China.
In 1994, genetically modified tomatoes appeared in the USA that were resistant to transportation. Since that time, the production of GMP began to gain momentum.
There are four general reasons that call into question the justification for the creation and use of GMOs and GM products in human nutrition:
Adverse effects of GMOs:
Their use can be harmful to health, their cultivation is dangerous for the environment, and manufacturing companies use genetically modified organisms (GMOs) as one of the levers of the economic enslavement of agriculture.
This is, firstly, the spread of various forms of allergies. In particular, infant formulas containing GM soy are suspected of causing more allergic reactions in children. The danger from the use of transgenic products and organisms is higher than from chemical compounds: they do not break down, but are accepted by the cell, where they can multiply and mutate uncontrollably.
Secondly, the spread of GMOs also leads to a reduction in the diversity of other varieties and breeds. This diversity is the basis of sustainable agriculture.
Thirdly, pesticide resistance genes, passing from GMOs to wild species, turn species that were not dangerous for agriculture into weeds and pests. In addition, there is a transition of traditional pests to new crops.
It is impossible to speak with 100% certainty about the dangers of all transgenic products. And in nature, there are organisms that are unsuitable for human food (poisonous and mutagenic). Work on the creation of GMOs must continue, and these products must be tested in research institutions and labeled. Uncontrolled consumption of genetically modified foods may have unpredictable consequences in the future. To fully understand all the risks of eating transgenic foods, several decades must pass and several generations fed on GMF should be replaced.
The safety of transgenic products is still not well understood.
Firstly, they have become widely used only in the last 10-20 years, and this time is not enough to talk about their safety. After all, the effect of manipulations with genetic material can manifest itself in the second and third generations.
Secondly, , such studies are carried out mainly by GMO manufacturing companies, so it is difficult to talk about the objectivity of their results. Independent researchers come to opposite conclusions.
But there are already facts that human health can suffer.
For example, transgenic soybeans used in the production of baby food as a milk substitute can lead to allergic reactions in children, which manifest themselves not only on the skin and mucous membranes, but also accompany pathologies of the respiratory and digestive systems.
Not only people, but also the environment can suffer.
For example, British scientists have found that the commercial cultivation of herbicide-resistant GM rapeseed and sugar beet can lead to a sharp decline in the number of birds and insects living around “transgenic” fields. And in Canada, it was found that as a result of random crossing of three types of GM rapeseed that are resistant to different types of herbicide, “superweeds” appeared that are resistant to almost all agricultural chemicals.
The further effects of such uncontrolled biocontamination are difficult to even predict.
Another significant aspect of the distribution of genetically modified products is the emergence of economic dependence of farmers and agricultural enterprises on manufacturing companies.
Monsanto Corporation, for example, has developed a terminator gene that can make seeds sterile after the first harvest. This means that farmers have to buy new seeds from the company every year, at prices set by the company. Another development of “Monsanto” – seeds that do not germinate without the use of special chemicals produced by the same corporation, the so-called “addict” seeds. And the claim that transgenic seeds require less pesticides is also not true: some varieties of GM soybeans require even more to grow than conventional soybeans.
Entire countries become dependent on biotechnology corporations. Thus, agriculture in Argentina has almost completely reoriented towards the cultivation of transgenic products.
While scientists continue to argue endlessly about whether genetically modified foods are harmful to human health, ordinary Russians have long decided on their opinion on this matter.
According to opinion polls, more than 95% of consumers do not want to buy transgenes.
Main requirements of the International Day of Action against the Spread and Use of GM products and organisms – “the right to information, choice and safety”, special labeling of all transgenic products, independent examination and preservation affordable alternative to GM food.

Every year we have to deal more and more with genetically modified products. They are used in agriculture and the food industry, however, despite the assurances of producers of genetically modified crops, their use poses a serious danger to human health.
Therefore, environmentalists and doctors are trying to ban the production and use of GMOs, so as not to expose the inhabitants of our country to terrible danger. For these purposes, April 8 was declared the International Day of Action against Genetically Modified Foods and Organisms.
A genetically modified or transgenic organism (GMO) is an organism in whose genetic apparatus a gene or genes of another organism has been artificially inserted.
Experimental creation of GMOs began in the 70s of the XX century. At 19In 1992, pesticide-resistant tobacco was grown in China.
