The health center is specially equipped to provide on-site tests such as blood draws and employment physicals and drug testing. There is no need for patients to travel to Williams or Flagstaff for routine tests, immunizations, check-ups, prescriptions or to see a primary care physician.
North Country HealthCare’s doctors and care providers are dedicated to providing primary care to you and your whole family. Our family practice offers walk-ins and same day appointments for routine and sick visits. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable payment options for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our low-cost options include a sliding fee scale discount program which is based on income and family size.
North Country HealthCare is the primary community health center in the area. In 1991, a small group of doctors and nurses, health and human service representatives and consumers worked together to establish the Flagstaff Community Free Clinic. In 1996, the clinic transitioned from a volunteer organization into a state and federally funded community health center.
Today, North Country HealthCare serves 11 communities across northern Arizona, providing quality medical care to all while building healthier communities.

Hurtt Family Health Clinic provides highly accessible, preventative, primary and specialized healthcare to homeless and underserved families through multiple full service medical, dental, vision, mental health, chiropractic, and health education facilities.
Hurtt Family Health Clinic has three fixed clinic sites and is a low-cost, family primary care clinic that serves individuals by appointment and on a walk-in basis. Services include: well-baby and well-child checkups, well-woman exams and clinical breast exams, physical examinations, management and treatment of diabetes and chronic illness, provision of medication when applicable, low cost referrals for specialized needs, and patient education classes including chronic illness management, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
The Clinic also contains a laboratory where patients can receive immunizations and vaccines.
