All forms of cooperation are determined by the basic composition of the rights and social obligations acquired by an individual member after choosing the appropriate form of participation.
The form of participation is indicated in the accounting documents of an individual member of ISEF RF.
1. GENERAL participation form
Mainly intended for information exchange between ISEF RF and an individual member. On the one hand, an individual member of the ISEF RF is fully informed about the state and prospects for the development of the Union. - expanding the forms and methods of cooperation between the trade union organization and employers and other social partners;
- preparation and training of trade union activists to carry out work to involve workers in trade union membership;
- consolidation of funds from the trade union budget for the implementation of programs and tasks facing the trade union committee;
- conducting quarterly monitoring of trade union membership.
- Development of corporate relations:
- conducting an annual survey of university employees in order to identify shortcomings in the activities of the trade union committee;
- hosting annual end-of-year concerts for union members and university staff.
- organizing and holding New Year’s holidays for the children of university employees;
- active use of trade union awards of various levels for rewarding and encouraging members of the trade union.
- Legal work:
- development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the trade union bureaus of faculties and shop committees, as well as the trade union committee;
- increasing the role of the human rights activities of the trade union committee as an incentive to motivate trade union membership;
- timely informing trade union members about changes in labor and pension legislation.
