Since Warp was created in 2016, Warrior has implemented its proprietary pre-knit technology into the Burn and Evo lines of heads. Now in its fifth iteration with the Burn XP, the technology has never been more advanced, providing a reliable and consistent pocket.
The new ISO Warp Mesh, however, is a game-changer — a customizable piece of mesh with all the best qualities of Warp knit technology.
ISO Warp Mesh can be strung into all lacrosse heads just as easily as any other piece of mesh on the market. Stringers will notice the larger, stretched out diamonds in the middle of the mesh. This is the “sweet spot,” the place where the ball sits in your pocket no matter your preference (low, mid-low, mid, mid-high or high).
MESHES WELL
ISO Warp Mesh isolates the state-of-the-art Warp knitting technologies and lets you have a fully customizable experience. Consistency is the name of the game.
Pre-stretched. Cut down on unwanted break-in time.
Resistant to the elements. Have peace of mind knowing your custom setup will perform regardless of weather conditions.
8-diamond soft mesh with enlarged channel provides superior control, hold, and feel.
STRINGING 101
Note before stringing ISO Warp Mesh into your head:
There is a front and back. The front has a textured surface with small bumps on it as well as raised welts in the larger-diamond sweet spot that provide added hold.
The pre-stretched pocket allows you to decide where that part of the mesh will sit in the head. Create your preferred pocket, whether it’s low, mid or high. Adjust the location of the sweet spot by folding the top of the mesh over before putting the top string in, raising those larger diamonds up in the head. The more you fold, the higher the pocket.

HELPFUL INFORMATION
- Useful Articles
Welded mesh is a kind of high quality metal structure with certain dimensional parameters. The manufacturing process is carried out using metal rods, which are welded to each other by spot welding. Due to the high quality manufacturing process, the mesh has durability, structural strength and is resistant to environmental conditions.
The material of manufacture is stainless or low carbon steel. It is from these types that manufacturing occurs due to the resistance of materials to corrosion and moisture. Steel is a fairly cheap material, and during operation it is easy to bend and unbend, cut.
Application
Welding meshes have a huge range of applications due to the strength of the structure, although the meshes are quite light and flexible. Welded mesh is a more practical and convenient material than bar reinforcement – it still needs to be knitted, and the mesh is already a finished product.
They are relevant:
1. During the process of plastering.
2. When laying the foundation, ceilings and floors.
3. When laying brick and block construction.
4. For strengthening foundations in road construction.
5. When installing and erecting fences, fences.
6. Wide application in the agricultural industry – the construction of cages, pens for animals.
Benefits
Welded mesh has a number of advantages:
1. Strength – the mesh is resistant to tearing, deformation and stretching. The steel bar has an enlarged structure, so under heavy loads the mesh will retain its geometric patterns.
2. Welded meshes are resistant to temperature extremes and weather conditions.
3. If the mesh is galvanized, then it will protect it from corrosion – moisture resistance.
4. Excellent contact with other building materials or mixtures, such as concrete.
5. Differs in safety, has hygienic properties and meets all sanitary properties.
Species
Currently, you can buy a welded mesh of the following types:
1. Welded mesh in a roll has excellent flexibility, so it is actively used and used in the construction of fences and barriers.
2. Welded mesh in rectangular cards. The rigidity of this design is higher due to the larger diameter of the wire. In construction, it is of great importance – when pouring the floor, floor screed, laying building bricks, when building houses and structures, and when building roads.
3. Masonry meshes are used as a reinforcing component in the construction of a structure. Due to its use, the strength of the structure can be increased.
4. Expanded mesh – a sheet of metal, stretched to the sides and having the form of diamond-shaped cells, which are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. Among the works with this material are widespread: reinforcement of plaster work, reinforcement of tile laying, reinforcement of facade work. It can also be used when fencing plots or territories, as a design solution.
5. PVC coated welded mesh is made of high quality galvanized wire. For a longer service life, a plastic coating is attached to the anti-corrosion coating. It is used as protections, parks, sites.
Dimensional characteristics
Each type of welded mesh has its own dimensional characteristics. More popular and in demand are meshes with a width of 0.25-2 m. The length of the welding mesh can be 2 and 3 meters. Welded mesh in rolls is 50 m long and 1-1.5 m wide.

When reinforcing the asphalt concrete road surface, the geogrid has proven itself Hatelit (Hatelit), which is a combined geosynthetic. The base material is made of high-quality polyester (polyester) with a bituminous coating, and geotextile is used as the mesh substrate. This combination makes the geogrid durable and resilient, which significantly improves the quality characteristics of the road surface during operation.
Features Hatelit
Hatelit geosynthetic mesh is produced in Germany on advanced equipment and in strict observance of the technological cycle. The raw material is high-modulus polyester, polyester or polyvinyl alcohol, which have a dense and elastic structure. The top layer of polyester has a honeycomb shape, which increases the elasticity and rigidity of the final material.
Bituminous impregnation prevents mesh deformation from aggressive environments, fungus and bacteria, and the bottom layer of geotextile increases the convenience of the material during installation and creates a reliable foundation for the cells. Impregnation with bitumen occurs after connecting the cellular part with a lightweight non-woven substrate, so the material is a single whole – it does not delaminate after laying and easily takes on dynamic vibrations from traffic on the road.
Bituminous coating guarantees reliable adhesion of the geogrid to asphalt, which minimizes pavement breaks during operation. Of the features of the geomaterial, we note:
- Durability,
- Resistance to temperature fluctuations,
- Chemical inertness,
- Resistance to acidic and alkaline environments.
Benefits of using geogrid
When using Hatelit geogrid in road construction as a base for asphalt concrete pavement:
- Prevented a shift of the layers of a road pie,
- The costs of laying and operational maintenance of the road,
- are increased, the maximum load on the highway is increased,
- Minimizes the probability of the appearance on the road and ruts due to the deformation of the coating.
The geomaterial also protects the road from the negative impact of groundwater and reduces the requirements for the density of the soil layer at the construction site. Asphalt does not get damaged longer in places of constant braking of vehicles, and the load from vehicles is evenly distributed along the base of the road.
In addition to road works, the combined synthetic is used as a reinforcing material in the construction of hydraulic structures and landfills. The characteristics of the grid increase the service life of structures, so the economic effect of its use is beyond doubt.
The geogrid does an excellent job of separating road surfaces with different fractions, and is also used as a technological gasket between the concrete layer and asphalt. Laying the material does not take much time, but the quality of the road surface is increased by an average of 30%.
Characteristics of Hatelit
Let’s consider the main characteristics of geosynthetics using the HaTelit C40/17 mesh model as an example. With a mesh size of 40 by 40 mm, the weight of the material is 330 g/m2, and the ultimate strength in longitudinal and transverse tension does not exceed 50 Kh/m. The tensile strength of the mesh when elongated by 3% is 12% along the length and width of the material, so the performance of asphalt concrete when it is used increases noticeably.
