Techno Summer Camp offers a balanced technology education program combined with traditional summer camp fun, hosted at over 150 prestigious universities across the country. This amazing camp specializes in providing computer education to kids ages 7 to 18. The camp is currently the leading technology summer course in North America with a wide variety of courses in digital coding, game design, programming, app development, web design, video production, photography and more. The Techno-Camp curriculum is designed to teach practical, high technology to children and teenagers. Children will receive the most valuable theoretical knowledge in the field of STEM – science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as practical skills in working with cutting-edge software. Training takes place under the guidance of professional, experienced teachers in small groups – up to 8 students per teacher, which provides individual attention to each student.

Each season offers a new curriculum and professional software from Adobe, Apple, Microsoft and other industry leaders. In order to maximize the potential of the curriculum, an interest in the subject being studied and a desire to learn something new in the field of computer science is necessary. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced programmer, the instructors will find a fun and interesting way to develop your skills. If you already have a specific goal or idea in mind, the instructor-educators will work with you on it and point you in the right direction. All students leave the Tech Camp with hands-on software experience and their own portfolio.

- Guaranteed 8:1 ratio (eight students per instructor) to tailor the curriculum to the needs of each student, from beginner to advanced

Entertainment:
Students will meet like-minded peers from all over the world and enjoy both learning and entertainment. Lots of entertainment is on offer: board games, sports games, gaming tournaments, karaoke, frisbee, movie night and more, which vary by week and location.
Accommodation
Students live in a student residence on the university campus. Boys and girls live separately. Adults live on each floor. Safety is priority number one! Camp staff oversees all activities, activities, dinners and entertainment. Every staff member who comes into contact with students is thoroughly vetted and properly trained. Almost all staff have certificates of first aid courses. The guys are fully provided with all the equipment necessary for the project – each student receives his own computer for classes during his stay in the camp.
Nutrition
Techno Camp management values the well-being of students and knows that proper nutrition is essential for academic success and is the foundation of health. Fortunately, food on many university campuses is changing for the better today, with more and more organic, dietary, and organic foods and meals on offer. Meals are organized in the student canteen (sometimes in catering places), you can choose what you like from several options. Three meals a day are included in the cost of the stay at the Techno camp. There are shops on the campsite where you can buy additional snacks or drinks. Dietary arrangements are possible.

The cost of the program depends on the location of the camp. Request the cost and list of camps from our managers. Check-in on Sundays at 18:00, check-out on Fridays at 15:00-16:00. If you wish, you can extend the program or choose another training program for one or more weeks, additionally paying for the stay at the weekend camp.

During the Summer Discovery camp, participants will meet other teenagers from 43 states of America and more than 60 countries around the world.
About the program
Georgetown University offers over 30 different courses. It is possible to take two or more courses during the program, but it is important to consider that they must fit into your personal schedule. All subjects of the program are taught at the university level.
Courses available:
– Academy of Business and Entrepreneurship,
– Law Academy,
– Global Leadership Academy,
– jury trial,
– American business and economics,
– sports and entertainment law,
– public speaking and debate,
– introduction to medicine.
Class sizes average between 10-20 students and are held Monday through Thursday.
Duration of one lesson: 1 hour 30 minutes – 2 hours. All courses are taught by university professors.
Most classes have homework, projects, or tests. Scores are classified according to the traditional A, B, C, D, and F system. Official score statements from Georgetown are available upon request.
Accommodation
Program participants live on the Village C campus in the Residence Hall building side-by-side with employees and students of the university. The residence is home to a resident consultant who is ready to help resolve any issue 24/7. And the view from the residence overlooks the Potomac River.
Students live in double rooms with their own bathroom. Each room includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and wireless internet access. The residence also has living rooms, games rooms, laundry. The residence is within walking distance of the O’Donovan Dining Hall, academic buildings and Yeats House.
The O’Donovan Dining Room serves 3 meals a day. Special options available (dietary or vegetarian menu). Rooms are checked periodically to make sure everything is in order. There is a medical center on campus.
Extracurricular Activities Program
On the campus of the university there are many ways and opportunities to stay in shape, as well as have fun. In addition to jogging or cycling along the Potomac River, Georgetown University has extraordinary sports and recreational opportunities. The campus has a stadium, indoor tennis courts, basketball courts, and a multi-purpose sports field.
Tournaments are held periodically.
If sports are not that interesting for you, there are other ways to relax in the camp. Since Georgetown University is located in the prestigious area of Georgetown, it is full of modern shops, almost fifty restaurants and cafes, cinemas, and a huge number of museums, monuments, theaters and sporting events. In the evening, karaoke evenings, talent shows, and trips to the cinema or bowling are held on campus.
And of course the mandatory weekend excursions which include:
– roller coaster ride at Six Flags America,
– National Mall Walk from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial,
– a day in Baltimore with a visit to the National Aquarium and Johns Hopkins University and the waterfront,
– visiting a football match,
– walks around Georgetown,
– a tour of 14 museums of the Smithsonian Museum, the largest museum complex in the world,
– and canoeing along the Potomac River.
