Invoice | Form and sample
In order for the buyer to be able to pay for the product or service, he is issued an invoice form for payment. You can download it for free in word or excel on this page. The document is drawn up in two copies: one is transferred to the buyer, the second remains with the company.

By law, it is often not necessary to use an invoice for payment. It does not apply to financial statements and is used only for internal document management. This means that the form of the invoice for payment can be any, and you can choose a convenient format: word or excel.
The law specifies the cases when it is mandatory to issue an invoice:
- if the contract did not specify the amount to be paid,
- for operations for which there is a payment of VAT,
- if the seller is exempt from VAT,
- if a company on OSNO on its own behalf sells goods or provides services under an agency agreement,
- if the customer has made an advance payment to the seller or transferred a preliminary payment.
How to draw up an invoice form for payment
The document should note:
- company name,
- details,
- bank name and details,
- invoice number and date of its compilation,
- name of the payer of the account,
- product name, characteristics and price.
The head of the company and the chief accountant must sign the invoice for payment.
Corrections to the invoice cannot be made. If you make a mistake, take a new form.

How to issue an invoice for payment from an individual entrepreneur: sample
The invoice form for payment for individual entrepreneurs is no different from the company invoice. In the “Supplier” column, the name of the individual entrepreneur and his details should be noted: name, TIN, contacts.
