KLAX - Kingston Youth Lacrosse Online Registration
Boys Teams:
U15 (7th and 8th grade)
U13 (5th and 6th grade)
U11 (3rd and 4th grade)
U9 (1st and 2nd grade)
Fees:
$200 per player
$175 for 2nd sibling
$480 limit per family
Girls Teams:
U15 (7th and 8th grade)
U13 (5th and 6th grade)
U11 (3rd and 4th grade)
U9 (1st and 2nd grade)

There is an additional fee of $25 for the US Lacrosse membership which is required by the league for insurance purposes. Credit card payments may be made online.
Register on or before November 30, 2016. You will be able to take full advantage of the Scheduled Payment Plan.
A late fee of $25 will be added to your total registration cost starting December 1, 2016.
*Registration closes January 16, 2017.*
***Players that do not have their balances paid in full by March 2, 2017 will be put on a wait list***
